The clashing and slashing of steel is so satisfying for me. I love a good clash of combat, and the Black Knight has some serious skill
This sport will get so much larger.
They should have other fun rounds such as capture the flag. Or an Annex game mode.
I realize Im kinda randomly asking but do anybody know of a good site to watch new tv shows online ?
@Gordon Bentley meh I would suggest Flixportal. Just search on google after it :) -kai
@Kai Ramon thanks, I went there and it seems like a nice service :D I appreciate it!!
@Gordon Bentley you are welcome =)
My experience with longsword fencing has taught me that it's overwhelmingly shoulder bashes followed by side light punishes and, occasionally, an unblockable finisher. ;p
Careful with crushing counters
Ad motem irumicus!
Feint the top unlockable into crushing counter. Works 90% of the time
Great rounds!
As an IMCF longsword fighter.... I do not want to fight the guy in the black brig. He's got some insane speed and tenacity.
As an expert youtube commenter I will gallantly take him on.
He's Irish, it's in their blood.
He's fast but has terrible balance. He's just just more on an offensive fighter; the other guy did a decent job at parrying.
What is the song used in the background i keep watching this video just to hear it.
Great fighters!
Where are the best battle ready swords? Sold at
I don’t understand why that they aren’t jabbing or thrusting?
그럴듯 하네요!
How the swords dont cut?
Armor?
They’re specifically made without a cutting edge
You don't know much about physics do you? Steel doesn't cut like paper. Been watch to many movies if you ask me... :P
Because they're blunt plus good luck cutting through steel like a butter.
yo its the masons
So how did knights actually kill each other?
Ligma and sugma, also covid vaccine.
When they fall onto the ground you can slide a knife into some of the cavitites of the armor. Either that or a brain injury from blunt impact on the head. Those where the most probably causes for armored knights to die on the battlefield.
They moved away from swords, to hammers, and rapier swords. Hammers to dent, or pointy ones to pierce the armor... and rapier type pointy swords to poke in the joints.
the ref?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Makes me think of the song Heavy Metal
what kind of irish name Piotr is, lol
War hammers would have made it a quicker result
but this isn't a warhammer fight now is it. it's a longsword fight.
@@tundra5171 it was boring, they may as well have used wiffle bats, if you want to larp in plate mail use weapons that you need steel to protect you from
@@tundra5171 I use dice for my warhammer fights
@@speakupriseup4549 The point isn't the danger involved in the duel, but the skill and ability displayed by the combatants. Yes, in real combat war hammers would have made it quicker, but so would a glock, handgrenade, or ballistic missile.
Notice the point? Just because it was more effective doesn't mean they should use it in the duel. If the point was to beat the enemy into submission, of course they wouldn't have used longswords. That being said, the point isn't to beat the enemy into submission, the point is to have a *longsword* fight. If it's boring, that's your opinion, but that doesn't give you permission to bash someone else's enjoyment of the fight, or the sport in general by calling it larp.
It's futile to expend this much energy using a sword against a fully armored opponent. In reality, the stronger and more skilled knight would close the distance, take him down, mount him and thrust a dagger into a gap in the armor.
This is tournament fighting, as was done in those times. A show of strenght, speed and stamina, not an attempt at killing.
