The limited screen time that the show was allowed is what ruined it in my opinion. It just didn't have the time to reach its full potential, and that crippled what would've been a great anime. It still managed to be passable, like an injured racer who made fifth place, but it could've at the very least reached second with more episodes.

Well everyone here is saying they hated the anime here i am going back and watching it over and over again. It was one of my favorite of the season. I only wish it would get another season or some type of continuation.

1:02 onwards gave me goosebumps the melody is just too awesome and you can also get this feeling if you already watched the anime and you love openings. :D
1:13 to 1:20 is my favorite part. The anime wasn't too good but the Op was amazing If there is a second season I cant wait to see what the Op is gonna be like. Back to topic the way they danced and the music really is amazing by its self. I hope you all like it

I think I'm one of the only people here who liked the anime. before everyone starts becoming butthurt over that, just realise that everyone is looking for different features in different anime. it could be story, dialogue or even top quality sexual scenes if that's what you want. what I'm trying to say is that no one should arguing in the comments but I guess my opinion doesn't matter...
Is no one going to talk about how weirdly refreshing this show is compared to it's brethren? --Tor isn't the harem's punching bag. --Tor isn't secretly overpowered. --Misunderstanding's get cleared up really quickly. --No infuriatingly tsun girl --Two girls just openly confess without faffing about forever. Otherwise, it's a pretty by the numbers battle school harem, but Absolute Duo has enough distinguishing traits that it's a perfectly serviceable popcorn show.
I literally have seen only one episode of this show back when it first came out and to this day only thing I remember about it is how wonderful this opening is.
when the part and julie and tooru dances are just symbolic and the sync with the music itself are just badass. too bad the anime are just too short, since the novel are actually fairly decent (worth reading at the least).
A really good anime that needs a another season there was a lot of questions that went unanswered. the anime opening itself is awesome fluid animation and well done

For sure, if you dont like the genre it would be bad regardless, but it did the genre much better than most, sadly it just never continued. And this op is def one of the best ive heard, still a top 10 after like 5 years of watching anime

I love this anime even if its getting hate. It's one of the first non-mainstream anime i've watched and is also what drew me towards anime as a whole.
