    okay but how did you find a dimension of the circle which you mate with gears (120mm & 240m)

    Shouldn't the helical angle be different for the two helical gears, because they are of different radii, therefore the angular velocities are different? Shouldn't the larger gear's helical angle be less than the smaller gear's helical angle? Thanks.

    I don't have gear option in tool menu what can I do?

      Go to Tools --> Add-ins and add it. like he shows at 2:00

    There must be another easier way. This is way too many steps for doing such a common assembly.

      Easier way??? This is as easy as it gets.... You don't even have to model the gear manually
