It’s simply stunning! It deeply saddens me when somebody takes one of these beautiful town houses and rips out all the gorgeous the woodwork... I’m so delighted they didn’t! The “Jack and Jill Bathroom” in between bedrooms #3 & 4 is so well done... The Water-closet and the combo tub & shower are fabulous! The hidden half-bath seemed a little out of place, especially with that “White Door”. It stuck out like a sore thumb because, of all the other doors were Black. The only thing I would have done differently... l would have installed a cast iron Clawfoot Tub. Everything was spot on and so beautiful! ♥️👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Beautiful. Whoever was able to rent this was truly fortunate. 2nd bedroom on 1st floor would have been mine. I'm so gratified when these places are not made to look like fancy clinics by taking the warm wood tones and painting it all white. Back garden space just fits. Great. Area to be on those hot NY nights, and I can see a tasteful Christmas display there in the winter.
The music is a perfect touch while showcasing this beautiful home.
