Good vid of a nice home. The one thing that I think you should add, is a night time view of the property and views. It would allow for people to get a good view of what they're buying, so to say.
That was a smooth journey and the music too. Love the place ,and who wouldn't ,far to many stairs for me but then I do need the exercise.. Thank you for taking us to view this stunning property ...Your vid is so good ,smooth ,relaxing .
Bertazzoni 366 Heritage with gas burners & convection oven, Sub-Zero fridge Classic Series with double freezer drawers, Bosch dishwasher, silent & efficient, Whirlpool W/D, most reliable on the market. It's like they picked my brain for all the things on my appliance wish list. They missed the Gaggenau pizza oven.
That's a Bertazzoni Heritage 366 with a convection oven, it's not just an oven, it's an Italian work of art. If I had $15,000 lying around I'd have one and make it the centerpiece of my kitchen. Not black though, scratches too easily.
if those ground level areas inside of these townhouses could have easily been constructed into full one bedroom apartments !! they could have increased the value of that property much higher !!!!
The lower levels were originally for staff like housekeepers, cooks or nannies, they weren't meant to be rented out. A lot of modern conversions have them as separate suites and rent them for twice as much as they're worth, might as well pay a mortgage and buy, it's cheaper in the long run and on par with rents in New York. It's appealing for the homeowners but not so much for renters. Nobody drives rental cars, they buy them for the same reasons, rent is a scam.
A great opportunity to sublease....that was my thinking the entire time! Who needs all this space? It looks as if two apartments were purchased and made into one unit. ❤️
I love that this is unfurnished. That way, I can picture how I would design the rooms. This is really nice, it gives the buyer lots to work with.
I always look forward to these tours. Thank you!
Same 😁
Thank you for your support, it means a lot!
I love that neighborhood. That is where I spent the majority of my life.
Great property! This home has so many hidden gems, I love the simplicity and the luxury mixed together. The garage was the cheery on top!
Thank you 😄
The rooms were pretty nice and big. Love outdoor spaces. ❤
This would be heaven. 🍸🍸🍸🥳
What an awesome home, as well as the awesome camera work! I love watching these videos. ❤
My goodness....charm & beauty all rolled up in one! ❤️

Thank you for the suggestion! Will try that out with another home in the future.
That would be awesome!!
Lovely house...when can we move in!!???
Another fabulous video 📹 👌🏾 😍
Thank you so much!
Absolutely perfect 👍 🤩
So gorgeous!
Nice video beautiful place
Bertazzoni Heritage stove...I want one soooo bad. Black is nice but they scratch easy, maybe in that orange/red colour, it reminds me of sunsets.
And, who doesn't love a beautiful sunset?! Get it! ❤️
What a gem
You can have the most amazing custom wine cellar, tasting room and lounge in the lower basement. Like a speakeasy back during Prohibition.
Great home
Perfect from the beginning to the end. 👍
Fantastic camera work!

I'm hoping there's an elevator...surely! Who can could these stars besides children? Beautiful...but, it's a no for me!
Absolutely gorgeous!! The only change I would make is turn the Garden level wet bar space into a full laundry.
Very impressive property. Did not expect the massive cellar area.

Formerly and famously the neighborhood of the African American elite from the 1910s-1930s, along with Sugar Hill.
stunning
looove NY style bldg ❤❤❤❤❤
Love it, Harlem’s best neighborhood
The kitchen was beautiful. I would have put it in the garden level, though.

This place is perfect 🥰
Love it! ❤ NY!
So many old cars. Retro cars club nearby or movie making in progress on the street? Or it's just usual for Harlem?
Thank you for your question & great guess! There was a movie being filmed on this street during the tour.
I see you noticed the vintage cars too! Lol
Couldn't help but to see the old cars...brought back wonderful childhood memories....my parents drove a brand new Buick deuce and a quarter! ❤️
Nice 🏠!
That street is giving old car realness yaass, and how do ppl move furniture with stairways that narrow?
What's with all the old cars out front.?

Ok but why does this resemble Tamron Hall’s house I hope she didn’t leave Harlem this is beautiful house
What was the asking price of this house
Thank you for your question! This house was last rented for $13,250/month.
