Hi Guys! Amazing video! We're planning on purchasing this as well for our classrooms but with a size of 40, do you think it can handle it? Thanks!

Hi Josef, the NeatBar and NeatBar Pro will automatically ‘group’ attendees if the headcount exceeds 9 and 13, respectively. The NeatBar Pro and Board should be okay for rooms up to 6 x 6mtr. If we can help further please do get in touch.

Is it possible to disable the feature in the Neat Board whereby it detects each person in the room and "puts them in a box"? I'm thinking of the situation where it's perhaps 25+ people in the room.

Hi Ken, the NeatBar and NeatBar Pro will automatically ‘group’ attendees if the headcount exceeds 9 and 13, respectively. The ‘group’ or ‘headshot’ option can be manually selected within the settings menu. Hope this helps!

Very good video. Many thanks. I would like to see more of what happens with a couple of others on the call, remotely, and the sound quality of communication between.

Hi. Thanks for your reviews. It would be helpful to list the make and models of the technology devices you discuss. In this video, for example, the wireless speaker/microphone is referenced as "this device" which is not very useful for those looking for specific products. Best.

Thanks for the feedback Barry. The speaker we use in the meeting room is a Poly Sync 20 USB/Bluetooth smart speakerphone. Hope this helps!
