  • In this video, I talk about the causes of inflammation in the body and how inflammation can lead to autoimmune disease. I mention the different triggers that cause immune system imbalance. I also explain what is leaky gut and how that gives rise to autoimmune disease. Once we understand the factors causing inflammation, we can address them and reduce inflammation in our body.

    I work 50 hours a week and stress out a lot at my job. Also, I had inflammation as well. My body felt unbalanced. Also, I was told inflammation can lead to jaundice, which is yellowing of the eyes and skin.

    Thank you. Simple and easy to comprehend. The OVERLOAD keyword I agree the most relating to Autoimmune condition. But I disagree with "attacking own immune system", based on personal experience.
    "Bacterial Toxins". It stays inside my body that caused my immune system to overworked (OVERLOAD). The toxins reach all over my body causing arthritis (rheumatoid, spondilitis, up to graves). Also I believe that "pain" in inflammation is actually the toxins reacting; it's like a gas.
    I shall focus on Leaky Gut.
    You may find it difficult to absorb the term "jaadoo tone". Just inspirational for you that for 8 years i've been experiencing that, and still going. Perhaps that can inspire you, why 45% of autoimmine case difficult to pin point the cause.
    Short inspirational for you, "jaadoo tone" is airborne pathogen. Maybe sometimes in the future you want to venture to proof my theory.
    Thank you for this presentation.

      I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and I assure you the body does attack your own system. I live it. Once you become one with the body you can feel when you eat something that is not good and causes the cells to attack.

    What would be "the right amount of exercise"?? I have Hidradentitis Suppurativa, and I've read/heard that exercise, rather excessive exercise, should ge avoided. I weight train, moderate-heavy, about 4 days a week. How does one gauge how much exercise is needed?
    Love your video, by the way. Quick, concise, and hits the mark. Thank you ❤🙏🏽

    Which Zinc supplement is best, could you suggest any brand?

    • @Cook2Nourish
      @Cook2Nourish  3 года назад +2

      You can eat zinc rich foods like most seafood. Pumpkin seeds and nuts are a good source too (if you have reintroduced nuts and seeds on AIP). Pure Encapsulations and Thorne are two good brands. I also like Biotics Aqueous Zinc since it is better absorbed.

    Autoimmune disease can be caused by various things yes but it can be caused by diet. Things that we have an allergy or have developed an allergy to. Some people have such a good immune system that they can battle with these inflammation for decades but yes eventually it will cause an out immune disease because you are over taxing you immune system and it will start attacking your own body rather than the cause it's basically the I'm system gone haywire.
