through high school I turned my iPhone alarm on the loudest ringtone and make alarms every 5 minutes. The only way I could wake up was with a cigarette and coffe. Still made it to school doe even tho I only got 1 1/2 hrs of sleep lmfao.

Pro tip: change the sound often so your brain doesn't get used to the sound of the alarm, and use different sounds for each alarm. If you sleep through one alarm and turning it on and off again doesn't help, change the sound of that alarm. This way you aren't angry at the alarm for not waking you up and any roommates you have will be thankful you don't let alarms run all day regularly. This comes from someone who literally takes 3 hours to wake up without alarms.

through high school I turned my iPhone alarm on the loudest ringtone and make alarms every 5 minutes. The only way I could wake up was with a cigarette and coffe. Still made it to school doe even tho I only got 1 1/2 hrs of sleep lmfao.

Pro tip: change the sound often so your brain doesn't get used to the sound of the alarm, and use different sounds for each alarm. If you sleep through one alarm and turning it on and off again doesn't help, change the sound of that alarm. This way you aren't angry at the alarm for not waking you up and any roommates you have will be thankful you don't let alarms run all day regularly.
This comes from someone who literally takes 3 hours to wake up without alarms.
