This video was irritating to watch. Too much jumping back and forth between the same couple of business owners. Just show us the fiery moments of each ones pitch one at a time rather than jumping back and forth between them and having us confused who the dragons are arguing with until we see their reaction.

yep I agree, Richard was my favourite dragon too. So chilled and laidback and suave and just personified the Australian attitude. Never said a nasty or snarky thing ever. Him, Neck Jenkins and Sara Davies were my faves, but I like Touker as well and admit Theo was entertaining but definitely also a pretty big D.

Actually, Deborah said in an earlier episode that maximising revenue at the beginning is key and penny-pinching with expenses isn't going to save a business if the revenue is low. This is the opposite to what you've described.

Most of these dragons actually are not there to insult you, they really want to consult you with the hope that if you will get a no now they might follow your business afterward. The only thing they want to know are numbers and how much turnover and when you will have your break-even.
