It’s good clean secular music to listen to, But I truly miss the Christian aspect of NEEDTOBREATHE… I wonder how Christ feels about the obvious movement away from glorifying him? - Colossians 3:15-17
A few other tracks on this album, like “Fall On Me” are clearly referring to/from God. Even songs on their previous latest albums like “We Are” are bout their relationship with the Lord. They never lost their Christian roots. As a listener of their albums for a years, I can tell when a song has spiritually rooted lyrics, even when they don’t say “God”, it’s obvious it’s about him just by the description in the words. Their song “West Texas Wind” which is about their struggle on the earth and their need for God, on their last album even names it. “God, I know you can hear me, so please come near me. I’m ready to let the world go. God I need you.”
