I’m 36 weeks pregnant. I was 120 lbs for the wedding and gained 70-75 lbs with single child .. Thank you for posting this video as I really thought something was wrong with me coz I see women gaining only 20 - 50 pounds. This video gives me lot of strength and positive energy …
I just want to clarify, because i recently learned and i took a poll but breastfeeding does not always lead to weight loss for some. I truly depends on the person and baby.
Simmply Samm Ive gained and kept so much weight with breastfeeding everyone keeps telling me that you lose weight when you breastfeed. Nope i’ve gained weight and kept weight. 10 months in and I haven’t lost any weight.
i truly believe its what you eat and also empty calories by drinking sodas and certain sauces because when you breastfeed your body really is burning sooo much calories and what does that end up to? people being overly hungry and usually people over eating, usually not healthy stuff either especially with a newborn its usually quick unhealthy stuff. But myself and others while breastfeeding was losing weight by not over eating unhealthy things and I've also gained lots of weight by being so hungry from breastfeeding and eating the wrong things and just plain over eating. So yes I believe breastfeeding CAN help lose weight based on the fact that it burns soo much calories and the food you are eating BUT that's only if you're not overeating and eating the right things. Which like i said isn't always the case with newborns and wanting quick options. meal prepping would be the answer to that.
I heard that the women who don't loose weight from it are generally the ones who continue to overeat or don't eat healthy.. So they consume more calories than they are loosing through breast feeding
Yes! It really just depends on your body, because some people hold onto weight more than others. I haven't lost my last few lbs and I'm 8 months PP, BUTTTTTT I also don't eat super healthy so I'm calling a foul on my part lol. I've always held onto weight a little more though so that could also be it.
So very true. I’m breastfeeding and eat 1600 calories of good & healthy food. Plus doing 16:8 of IF. Plus a lot of clean water. Plus exercising 5 times a week. Still Not loosing weight. Could not even return to my prenatal shape.
Oh my gosh 😭 I needed this! I’m 4 months post partum and I feel so overwhelmed at all the weight I want to lose. My friend had her baby after I did and she literally told me “oh I’m only 5 pounds heavier than my pre pregnancy weight“ I wanted to cry lol it’s so nice to see someone on here that I can relate to!!
glitterdix D girl I just had my 2nd baby and I’m almost 5 months post partum and I am the heaviest I’ve ever been 😭😭😭😭 I got within 10 pounds of my pre pregnancy weight eventually after my first then got pregnant again by surprise and now I’m struggling
I feel that. I went from 130 pre pregnancy (so small and had a beautiful figure) I went to 210 (weight the day before having her) and now I’m stuck at 180-190 and have the body shape of a potato now 😞
Thank you so much!! Finally someone like me. I'm 5"3 and I weighed 128 now i weigh 180 and I'm 32 weeks. It's so hard seeing your body change this much. I worry if I want get down to a healthy weight. I hate being this big it's hard to walk and cant cross my legs. I'm so swollen. And my double chin has a mind of it's own. I cant wait to work out and feel more healthy
What you just wrote brought me right back to that pregnancy! All I can say is be encouraged that it will be over soon and you can start the journey back to your normal self, AND you'll have a baby to snuggle that will make EVERYTHING worth it!
I’m in the same boat! I used to stay around 128 then after I had the baby I was over 200 lbs after having the baby just 9 weeks ago. Right now I’m 185 and having a hard time losing :/
I gained 50 with both of my girls. I feel you! I never was one to only gain 18 pounds. I was 180 with both and I'm only 5'3. You look amazing! And congrats on baby 🍼 two!!!
Thank you sooo much! and thanks for sharing...its harder to share our struggles with one another, but when we do it really helps lift up each other! Thanks so much for watching!:)
Sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
Justine, you’re giving me so much hope!!! I will be eight months postpartum in three days. I am used to being 115 to 120 pounds as well because I’m 5’1 petite and normally lean. However before pregnancy I was 136lbs and by the time I hit nine months I ended up weighing 190lbs. After having my baby boy I’ve lost 20 pounds and I’m still maintaining 165lbs. My goal still is 115-120lbs and I’m just stuck because I am breast-feeding which is making me hungrier and due to me having a cesarean I’m still a little skeptical of certain exercises to do but I am usually a walker and I can walk 45 minutes a day 4-5 days a week but my lifestyle is pretty busy, so most days when I leave work I just want to come home and relax with my baby and end up not taking a walk. Anywho I really enjoyed this video, you give me hope and best believe it before the end of the year I’m going to try to reach my goal. Thank you!!
You look great where you're at and your story is inspiring! I'm 33 weeks pregnant with a SURPRISE pregnancy accompanied by a serious diagnosis I had to have surgery for while I was pregnant! All of this right in the middle of my weightloss/weightlifting journey that I had to put on hold because I got sick. So believe me when I say you are helping me out so much with your positivity and just knowing I can do it. I'm currently restricting a little, just because I am not that hungry in the summertime and I know my body can handle it but after this little girl's comes out I'm going to hit the road hard and get this weight gone! Glad I found this video!!
I know this is 9 years later😅 butttt!!! My journey is about the exact same as yours! 115ish at my fittest. Then 140 before pregnancy and then 200 when I got pregnant!! I’ve lost about 15 pounds so far!! I’m excited to keep it going! Thank you for sharing your story!
I just want to say congratulations on your weight loss journey!! I myself am now pregnant with my second child , pre pregnancy weight was 140 lbs, I am now at 187 pounds and 5 months pregnant! It is really depressing, my doctor keeps encouraging me to diet and exercise, but it is so difficult when you’re working full time and have a 6 year old to raise . But after I give birth I definitely want to breastfeed and eat healthy , definitely taking all of your information into consideration, I know exactly how you felt ! With my first child I didn’t gain as much weight and was able to lose it . This time around I felt hopeless, pregnancy is supposed to be a joyous time . And I feel so lost and down ! Watching your video has definitely given me some hope ! You look amazing !
With my 1st I started out at 180 after years of racking on weight from birth control, and I am 6 months pregnant with my 2nd and am sitting at 210. I've dealt like such a lost cause and this video really inspires me to make myself healthier for myself, my babies and my husband
same with my first, then with my second it happened again only i started at 150 and got to 210. I never had eclampsia, I just had what they called Edema (the water weight part) so uncomfortable, so not cute. I looked like a big blob. There was so much water the anesthesiologist even commented that it was making it harder for him to find the spot for the epidural ahahha so that took longer. Then after delivery followed of month of sweating, it was like a needed a waterproof bed pad aahah With each pregnancy (i'm on my third and final now) the water weight comes on faster.
This is sooo encouraging because these are like my exact numbers from marriage to pregnancy and so on and I’m soooo depressed but I actually am a person who likes going to the gym. I am determined to drop all this weight but I never ever thought I could even gain this amount of weight!! So I’m so happy I saw this because there’s hope...
I'm 5'6 and was at my best, the healthiest weight at 140lbs. This was after baby number 1. Now I am almost 3 weeks post partum now with baby number two, and 165 (was 180 at delivery). I am encouraged to get back to 140 slowly and ensuring I keep up my milk supply. ❤
I gained 80 and I’ve lost 30 but have been stuck at the same weight for 18 months because I do overeat and I have such a hard time controlling it :( I’m still trying everyday. You look beautiful!
:( I’m about to be 29 weeks pregnant and I’ve gained 55 pounds. I started my pregnancy at 145 and I now weight 200. I’m so so depressed, I don’t know how to stop the weight gain when I’m constantly hungry and all I think about is losing the weight after my daughter’s born but I don’t see it being easy.
@@sierraward8014 it’s hard. I see women who gain like 30 pounds and I just don’t get it. I ended up having preeclampsia which explained the massive amount of water weight at the end but the actual 50 pounds was what I gained from food and then the baby+placenta was only 10 pounds. It’s difficult I’m trying to just eat healthy and not over restrict myself because I know I just give up after a few weeks of that. I always worry my husband thinks I’m ugly now but he says I’m not. You’re beautiful but I get it it’s really hard to gain so much weight and then being exhausted from having a newborn is intense. My mom said she didn’t have the energy to lose the baby weight until I was 4. It’s a process.
So proud of you! You’re beautiful when you’re pregnant too! I lost about 90lbs a year before I got pregnant and now I’m 7 months and have gained about 40 pounds back. I’ve been so nervous and upset but watching this really helped me feel better!
Definitely needed this video. I’m on baby number 2, got pregnant again when child was 8 months 🤦🏾♀️ while trying to lose the weight I had.Since having my first child my self esteem has been an all time low... currently 190. But thanks to your video I feel encouraged to lose weight after I give birth to my child. Thank you
Ah! I experienced the same sweating but for several weeks after my baby was born. He is almost 3 months now and i have gained 20lbs post partum! I got all the way up to 190 (my heaviest weight yet!) Searching for videos that will help me jump start without affecting breast milk supply! Finding balance. I really appreciate the video! What an inspiration ❤
You've given me so much hope and inspiration -- I am definitely going to start this candida cleanse. I am almost a year postpartum and still 40lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight and have been sooo discouraged by this fact, I found it so hard to give up sugar and deal with cravings throughout pregnancy, postpartum and our breastfeeding journey. So thank you!!!
I like how real you are in your videos and that you show your faith. A lot of the other videos I’ve watched of other people are overthought and overplanned. Yours flows well.
I'm really happy for you! I'm still trying to lose 11 months post partum, I did not get lucky in the nursing to lose weight camp, if anything, nursing makes me GAIN weight and my body holds onto every pound for dear life.
I am pregnant currently and I'm SOOOO scared that I won't loose the weight I've gained! I lost a bunch of weight before baby and then gained it all back.. I'm not able to exercise because I have a torn meniscus that's got worse with pregnancy.. I'm so scared I won't loose it because I've gained so much from being so hungry and struggle eating healthy often.. I'm glad for this video of encouragement, to show that it can be done
Yes, it can be done. I’m sure you will lose the weight if you work at it. Nursing my babies is what helped me lose the weight the most. Thanks for watching
Wow congratulations! I feel the same way when I look back at pictures of myself. I was 195 when I got pregnant with #1 then got preeclampsia, and YES I TOO GOT THOSE NIGHT SWEATS! lol then got pregnant with #2 But I didn't lose the weight from the first so I blew up to 260. After she was born I told myself enough was enough and got strict with myself. I used myfitnesspal and worked out with RUclips Bikini Body Mommy challenges. I got down to 185 then got pregnant with #3 so now here I am today again back at 185 and my goal weight is 140, supposedly it's supposed to be 130 but to me that's too much I feel 140 is a good medium 😉 Thanks for the motivation!!
This was awesome to watch! You have really motivate me to START something with this postpartum body, I have been so out of touch with my body but honey after listening to your journey I know I can do it!!!!
6 minutes in and our weight stories are exactly the same (only me within a span of two babies) I'm now nursing my 7 week old and weigh about 165. Now really trying to get back down to at least 130!!
I’m glad you posted this! I have such a similar story! I’m 18 weeks pregnant! 5’2” my healthiest weight was 115. Then I got in a relationship and in 4 years gained like 20/25 pounds! I was 148 before I got pregnant! Now I’m 152 18 weeks! I’m scared to gain so much weight because I was trying to get back to 115 and then got pregnant! So glad you posted this!
Omg, I can’t not believe how our faces can change with a lot of weight. That’s me right now 😭😭😭 and Im pregnant again and I just can not wait to lose about 35-40 pounds
New to your channel thank you so much for being so real. I am depressed because I’ve gained so much weight during my pregnancy and I can’t wait to have him already so I can loose this baby weight.
I felt the same way after I had my son because of the water weight I was having night sweats for 1 week and dropped 30 of the 64 pounds I had gained during my pregnancy....I really wish more women would talk about the sweats it is very common to have a lot water weight and not know it!
That's great! Just wanted to share that some women hold into weight while nursing (me!!!) -- so to others: don't get discouraged if nursing does nothing to help you shed pounds!
I didn't lose it from nursing either and bam, I'm pregnant again so I'm trying not to get too discouraged. I still have 30 lbs from my first pregnancy to lose. I'm trying desperately to not gain much this time bc I gained like 70 my first pregnancy and was on my way to losing it.
Thank you so much for following me! I noticed you over on insta as well! My second pregnancy was so much easier than the first! I hope it is the same for you!:) Congrats on your second! That is so exciting!:)
Thank you so much for sharing! It took me a little over a year to loose all my baby weight (70lbs total). I loved your tips/tricks that you shared and wish I knew some of that during my journey!
I started out at 170 and ended up at 295. I lost 50 lbs just from having no appetite within the first couple weeks of postpartum and now I seem to be stuck at 245. My target weight is 120. But I seem to be stuck and depression REALLY doesn’t help at all
I’m also 4’9. I definitely have an hourglass shape and it’s still visible but it’s my stomach, legs, and butt where I need to lose weight. And it’s hard because I’m supposed to be on a low or no fat diet because I have no gallbladder
Omg I feel this! I was about 120 at my best weight. Was up to 135-140 when I got pregnant. Gained 60+ pounds during pregnancy. The day I was induced I was 195 pounds. I had an appointment at like 8 weeks postpartum? And I was 175. Which made me sad because I had only lost 20 pounds. 4 months postpartum I was back up to 180 😞 I'm now almost 6 months pp and I've been working out and eating healthy and I'm scared to weigh myself. I breastfeed exclusively. Hoping I can fit some clothes by summer because I have about 3 outfits that fit right now and I dont want to buy "fat clothes" because I am determined to lose weight.
I feel so much better after this video. I started off 125 when I met my man, was 155 when I got pregnant and now I’m 7 months 190 😂 hoping to get back down after pregnancy but I really don’t want to stress
FYI, you were beautiful at 8 months pregnant. When you showed your look at 8 months, I'm like huh??? She looks beautiful! Your face was full and cute! However I totally understand how it feels to be a size that your not used to or personally comfortable with, so right on! Your still beautiful with or without the weight! 💕😍
Hi, Thanks so much for sharing! As I was watching I kept thinking that your story and numbers are so similar to mine!! My regular weight is around 120 and I gained 65+ pounds with each kid (and I have 3). I also suffered from really bad psoriasis (since h.s. age) & eczema that went away during my first two pregnancies but came back really badly right around 4 months pp with all 3 kids. To make a long story short, I lost all of the weight the first time through pumping, second time through low-carb, and third time through keto/low-carb. 6 months into the keto diet, my skin started clearing and now I am 99% healed. It's really amazing and I love the diet because I get to eat a lot of yummy & fatty foods and still indulge in sugar-free treats. Anyways, just wanted to share. You look great and love your channel! :)
This video made me feel optimistic. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and I’m at 155 lbs and I’m only 5’2 :( Pre-pregnancy I was 125 lbs and I wanted to lose weight then... This is my first baby so idk what to expect and honestly looking at the mirror makes me feel depressed because everything has gotten swollen and I don’t look like myself!
I was looking for a video that was more than just 25, 30, 40 lbs. I used to be 120 lbs about 5 years ago. Steadily gained weight after stress and environment change. Now I’m 215 lbs even after dropping a significant amount after pregnancy. I literally weighed 2 of me, and that’s been hard to swallow. I want to change things for myself but it’s been so difficult.
I can totally relate!❤️ I used to be 135-ish and I got up to 207 just before my baby was born a few weeks ago. Don’t be discouraged! By the way, have you tried the keto diet? It works amazing and I wish it would be possible for me to lose weight that way, but I live in India, where keto is just not feasible.
I gained almost 60 pounds with my son, and about 30-35 with my daughter, but I also lose 30 pounds right away! I feel ya there! I just started watching your videos, I'm having a hard time finding a routine and scheduling my life and staying on top of things and you're really helping me with that! Thanks for your videos!
Thank you so much for this video, I’m 5 months post pregnancy and still 30 pounds higher than my pre pregnancy weight :(. I must add you looked beautiful pregnant.
Omg this is literally my experience with weight while pregnant. I am now having a second baby and it is happening again... all that water weight, all that extra weight is so uncomfortable and disheartening. I look in the mirror and literally don't look like the same person. Even though I did lose that weight with my first son, I still keep watching videos and researching ways to get back down to my regular size after my second son is born in July.
Really!? It is so nice to know when you ar not the only one! Sorry it is happening all over again! At least it will go away when you have the baby! Just remember that!!!
RUclips analytics are reading my brain haha! I have my 6 week check up in 2 days and after that, ITS GAME ON! This wonderful video came at the perfect time! Congratulations and thank you for this!
I know this was 5 years ago but I just found your video!! Thank you for this!🥰 my baby is 8 months old now and I haven’t been very good losing weight haha I am getting back in the game and I have about 35-40 lbs to lose. Did the cleanse have any effects on your breastmilk or on baby?? I was thinking of doing a specific diet like keto or low carb, but I’m wondering if it would be ok because I’ve read breastmilk can pass ketones to the baby?? 🥴 hope you can answer 🙏🏼 thank you so much again!!
I'm very thankful that you recognized that people should consult with their doctor. I'd recommend consulting with a Registered Dietitian. A lot of diets can really mess with your metabolism permanently.
I’m 8 months pregnant, I stopped weighing myself in the end as it was really upsetting me. I suspect I’ve easily gained 60lbs. Thank you for giving me hope ❤
I was able to loose all the weight plus more but I’m sure it was most of my muscle 😩. Now have to get into toning my body & loving the stretch marks that were left in my lower stomach & thighs.
I’m 5’2” and need to get down to 105 lbs (yes this is a healthy BMI still because I’m short) and I’ve got 11 days till induction, estimating I’ll be at about 175 when I give birth, so I need to lose 70 lbs😅😅😅 I’m gonna give myself 9 months to lose the weight that took 9 months to gain. Started pregnancy at 128 lbs and to lose it by 9 months I need to lose a little more than a pound a week😬👌🏼 That’s not too bad but I need to stay motivated because I’ve struggled with depression before because of my weight and I know that postpartum depression is a real possibility..
Im currently 35 weeks pregnant and I feel like I've gained so much weight. I dislike having my picture taken. I literally covered up my mirrors in my room because I feel discouraged in my weight gain.
I had about 30lbs of water weight and probably another 30lbs before my pre pregnancy weight. Im just tired of looking "soft and mushy" ..I had raised BPs and was induced to prevent preeclampsia. But Breast feeding makes me so hungry. Im just trying to stick to a plan. Just looking around for motivation so im glad i stumbled upon your video.
I’m sure you will do well. But no matter what the number is the most important thing is a healthy happy baby! Looking at their faces always took my eyes off my imperfections. Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing! I'm also a mommy and I haven't really lost weight. I've been the same weight after postpartum. I've gained 20 pounds and haven't lost. I'm currently eating clean and going to the gym.
No problem! That's how I felt for the longest time...it wasn't too bad as my first concern was to produce milk for my baby...but the diet I talked about is what really helped me! It didn't affect my milk supply at all either! Just don't give up! Good job for exercising! Haha I need to be more like That! I DO have a Zumba class though~!
Ugh, with my 3rd (recently, now 6 months postpartum), I went from 115 to 178, so in total, I gained 65 lbs I only shed 30 so far but time is sooo slow on the weight loss journey 🥺😭
Nice video. Congratulations! Losing weight is difficult and I so wish that our nation wasn't so 'heavy'. The foods we eat in the US definitely make us gain weight. I lost 30 lbs last year and have kept is off. I've started my own RUclips channel to help inspire others. I believe that a whole-foods (no junk, nothing processed), plant-based diet is the answer. Good luck to everyone on their weight loss journey! 🌺
How tall are you!? Much needed video! I'm 3 months postpartum with my 7 child. My last 5 children I've had every year since 2016. Lol I've been gaining weight with each baby 50-70 lbs at a time I breast feed so I tend to lose the weight but this time I had my last child really close and I didn't drop the weight as fast. I ended this pregnancy at 180, but last time I checked I was 165. I've been trying hard to get my weight down been focusing on eating more protein and exercising at least 4 times a week. I haven't weighed myself in a month. Can't wait to check my progress. I still feel fat tho 😂. Cloths fitting a little better tho. I'm 5'2 and I believe a healthy weight for my body comp is 125-130.
Ugh before this pregnancy I lost 65lbs and now I've gained half of it back already and I'm only 6 months pregnant. So needless to say I'm looking into as many ways I can lose weight after my baby is born lol might go back keto but I just hate restricting so much.
You are gorgeous at all presents but I am so excited to start my journey now. Currently not so happy with the weight/shape but I am going to put in the work! Thank you for sharing 🖤
I am breastfeeding my baby who is 2y10m now and I keep gaining weight, so not always breastfeeding helps shedding the pregnancy weight. I may have some condition I do not know about, but anyway, the weight keeps slowly going up. I canot wait to stop breastfeeding and start diet and excercise, I hope it will help. I suspect I have some underlying condition as I started gaining slowly my weight about 6 months before I got pregnant.
Beautiful story, thank you for sharing. I love how you are so real and yourself! Keep it up ♥️. I have been gluten free for a few years now, and recently had a beautiful baby girl and she can not handle dairy, so I’ve had to give it up and I’m amazed how much it has helped my skin! Nooowwwww the sugar.... that’s the hardest part for me 😬. I know I have to do it... thank you for your inspiration!
Mine was super similar with the preeclampsia and weight gain and everything except breastfeeding made me gain weight. I had lost 40 pounds a week after I had my son but then breastfeeding made me gain. But I dealt with it because I wanted to breastfeed my son
I am also in that category those who gains weight while breastfeeding. With my first baby I started losing weight once I stared weaning. This time also trying to exercise and diet but no significant weight loss. I totally understand your situation.
Yes, breastfeeding helped me lose what I had gained. I only did it for 6 weeks and that also helped me to get back into the gym. I started very slowly but yes ladies, you can do it! I'm 6 months pregnant with my second and can't wait to be fit again. I've gained so much more than I did with my first and I'm so anxious to lose it!!!!
Honestly this is so encouraging. Similar story to yours. Got comfortable and gained closer to 30lbs during the last three years of my marriage. I’m shorter like you so I started my pregnancy at 150lbs. I struggle so much with body image so I’ve been really concerned with how much I’ll gain and how hard it’ll be to lose the baby weight. Doesn’t help that my mother said she gained 50lbs with all 5 of her pregnancies. 😩
I was 138 before my pregnancy and at the end I was 171 and by the first month I lost 20 and by a year I was weighting 134 I only drink water and no sugar! I didn’t work out! Now I’m 138 because I eat Mira sugar than I should!😬😂
Omg me 😂😂 i love this video I weighed 122 before pregnancy and I already weigh 160 and im 7 months pregnant im so ugh right now but im so excited to see you back in your normal weight makes me feel super comfortable with myself because i feel i may jus lose that weight quickly I calculated the weight and it says i may just be 198 when baby comes and im going to breastfeed 🤱🏻 as well so i pray that helps thanks so much for being transparent god bless you😍😍😍🙏🏻🌻🌻🌻
I'm 3months postpartum I need to loose overall 75 pounds to get to my goal weight 50 lbs from pregnancy first then 25 lbs to get to my high school weight
I was 135 prob closer to 140 w my first baby and was close to 200 I think at the end w him 😬 lost all the baby weight but had a diastasis. Had my daughter 13 months after gained about the same I think but lost the weight.. gained a crap ton back bc of a medication I was on and was a little over 200 after having my third august 2022. I LOVE fitness so that’s not an issue but mannn it is hard to be kind to my body I have a diastasis to heal, and am currently working on strength etc. I have 8 and 10 lb weights I use at home and do cardio too. I can’t fast or anything yet bc I’m breastfeeding but I just wonder why some of us gain more in pregnancy? Both my girls were 8lbs and I know we make extra blood and fluid and the placenta weighs and extra pb or so but it hurts me knowing with my first I worked out everyday in my pregnancy like meticulously. I was still active duty navy.. would walk and jog around my apartments untill the late second trimester , did RUclips workouts, drank almost a gallon of water a day (no joke!) when we bought our home we got a puppy I always took on walks and we had I pool I swam in. Maybe I gained “too,” much but I’ve never had gestational diabetes and everything else looked fine in my pregnancies besides me weighing more than what was average Or recommended 🤷♀️.
I had preeclampsia with my first pregnancy and didn’t get rid of the weight. With my second pregnancy my weight went down and up and at the end I gained only 2 pounds but was still 222. I’m currently 3 weeks postpartum I don’t know what my weight is but my pre pregnancy clothes are big on me I still have the c section swelling though. Hopefully I can get down to a healthy weight for 5’4” body.
So my experience is totally different from what I've seen written here. When I got pregnant I had 74kg for 1.65cm. At the end of the pregnancy I had 89kg. Once my baby boy was out, after 3/4 days I lost 10kg. And it has been almost 4 months since he was born, I managed to loose 3kg ONLY. crazy. I'm stuck with 77kg. I breastfeed, eat ealthy, do cycling, gainage (don't know how to say in English)... It's hard. But I'm not gonna give up 💪 greetings fellow mums!!

Yes! It really just depends on your body, because some people hold onto weight more than others. I haven't lost my last few lbs and I'm 8 months PP, BUTTTTTT I also don't eat super healthy so I'm calling a foul on my part lol.
Same...😥
glitterdix D girl I just had my 2nd baby and I’m almost 5 months post partum and I am the heaviest I’ve ever been 😭😭😭😭 I got within 10 pounds of my pre pregnancy weight eventually after my first then got pregnant again by surprise and now I’m struggling
@@bridgetj7003 did you ever end up losing the weight?
I feel that. I went from 130 pre pregnancy (so small and had a beautiful figure) I went to 210 (weight the day before having her) and now I’m stuck at 180-190 and have the body shape of a potato now 😞
Bri you’re not alone! I also turned into a potato with no ass. I won’t give up though. I can’t give up. We have to get our body back Rain or shine!
@@GraceForTheDayr rgr😮
I’m in the same boat! I used to stay around 128 then after I had the baby I was over 200 lbs after having the baby just 9 weeks ago. Right now I’m 185 and having a hard time losing :/
How are you doing today now that it's been 5 years ? ❤
Same i get so fat...but i eat a ton too. Frankly i didn’t give a damn...i listened to my body
Sorry to be offtopic but does anyone know a tool to log back into an Instagram account..?
I was dumb lost my login password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me!
Oh my gosh this totally mirrors my experience I’m 3 weeks postpartum with my third child and I’m 192 lbs and this was so encouraging to me thank you!
I’m 5’8” and 206lbs at 6 weeks post partum, goal weight is 150lbs.
You're story is almost spot on with my first born. I started at 140, ended up about 200. Put on a ton of water weight from pre eclampsia!
Yes my same story
Aap ne kaise kam kiya weight
Yes, same here!!!!
Literally same :/
same with my first, then with my second it happened again only i started at 150 and got to 210.
Do you have an update?? Did you give birth already and get back into the gym???
Update?
Thank you
I am so glad! 2 babies is soo fun! Congrats!
Am in shoes😭
You've given me so much hope and inspiration -- I am definitely going to start this candida cleanse. I am almost a year postpartum and still 40lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight and have been sooo discouraged by this fact, I found it so hard to give up sugar and deal with cravings throughout pregnancy, postpartum and our breastfeeding journey. So thank you!!!
I like how real you are in your videos and that you show your faith. A lot of the other videos I’ve watched of other people are overthought and overplanned. Yours flows well.
Thank you! I wish I had more time to plan but kiddos keep me busy haha, glad thats a good thing!💕 Thank you for watching it means a lot!
How's your weight loss journey going
Omg !! This is my exact story !!
I know! IT's crazy!
I'm glad I found this video I'm currently 190 at the end of my pregnancy just like you. I'm hoping to lose weight as soon as I can
That's great! Just wanted to share that some women hold into weight while nursing (me!!!) -- so to others: don't get discouraged if nursing does nothing to help you shed pounds!
Thank you for sharing! We are all different! But we are all in this together, it's good to share our experiences!
Girl I'm so glad I found your channel. I'm on my second pregnancy and am so encouraged by your story. ❤️
Thank you so much for following me! I noticed you over on insta as well! My second pregnancy was so much easier than the first! I hope it is the same for you!:) Congrats on your second! That is so exciting!:)
Natalie Martel55 I am too!! Also looking this up as I get ready to have second baby 🙌🏾
4 months postpartum I was back up to 180 😞
I'm now almost 6 months pp and I've been working out and eating healthy and I'm scared to weigh myself.
Our babies are so worth it!! Try to keep being optimistic. We can lose the weight. Congratulations on your soon to be born little one :)
All I have to say is wow you look amazing!! I lost so much weight while breastfeeding 2 months after stopping my weight went 📈
Glad it was helpful!
Haha they serious do! Congrats on your baby!!!!💕
That’s awesome! I’ve lost 60!
Congrats! That is such an accomplishment!
This is such a help to me. I'm currently 6 months pregnant with my first, and I feel like a water balloon. Lol 🎈
I started my baby journey at 145 pounds, I was on IVF drugs which adds weight. Now I am 180 pounds.. I am 8 months pregnant.
That is me exactly! BUT our babies are sooo WORTH IT!
Congratulations mama! Im gona need to incorporate these tips into my workout challenge im struggling through right now.
Thank you!
Im currently 35 weeks pregnant and I feel like I've gained so much weight. I dislike having my picture taken. I literally covered up my mirrors in my room because I feel discouraged in my weight gain.
you looked great at 145! wow
I’ve only gained 8 pounds so far and, I’m 4 months. I’m trying hard not to gain too much weight.
She looks so beautiful before too ! But great to be healthy and lose weight for sure!
So encouraging thank you for sharing your journey!
Thank you for watching 🫶🏼
Starting my postpartum weight loss journey now 8 months after having my baby... but I am so ready to loose the weight
Just watch what u eat! no milkshakes or cookies etc:) Good luck!:)
I lost weight when I got pregnant. I went from 195 to 183 by the end of the pregnancy then I was down to 158 after I had her
Wow! Just proves every woman is so different! Congrats on your baby!
thank you
you look AMAZING!!
Thanks Page!!!:)
Thank you for this video! I am trying to loose the extra baby weight as well. I appreciate your examples and meals you made, super helpful
Great vid! Thanks for sharing. Is the chia pod the same as chia pudding?
Ugh before this pregnancy I lost 65lbs and now I've gained half of it back already and I'm only 6 months pregnant. So needless to say I'm looking into as many ways I can lose weight after my baby is born lol might go back keto but I just hate restricting so much.
Idk but you looked so cute pregnant, but you look amazing now ❤️
Thank you!
I gained 70 pounds with my son ☹️4 weeks postpartum I’m trying to lose it all
You are gorgeous at all presents but I am so excited to start my journey now.
Thank you for being so honest with your journey! Very encouraging! Love that you shared the numbers!!
If it can help one person feel not alone then it is worth it! Thank you so much for watching!
This makes me feel soooo much better! Thank you so much! I’m extremely motivated to lose the weight once I give birth in April!
I ended up gaining 60 pounds when i was pregnant. Almost 40 pounds of it in the last trimester.
It’s rough! You and I really have to work hard to lose it! Thank you for watching
Whoa, that's SO impressive, Justine!! Way to go!!
Yes it is a slow journey but if you are determined you can do it!!!
Justine Marie 100% momma! Thanks!
This makes me feel so happy omg im so glad to hear this!
Nobody tells what exactly they do ,workout plan ,how much cardio and weight training, they only do brush over the plate that it.
I didn’t work out at all and no weight training, just the diet I talked about the candida cleanse for 2 months
Do you think going the candida diet is safe during breastfeeding?
Our weight is so similar and I also did blogilates! But you have inspired me greatly to continue my journey.
Oh gosh the night sweats!!
YES!
Your story is like my story 😅😅 without the part of loosing weight
I was 138 before my pregnancy and at the end I was 171 and by the first month I lost 20 and by a year I was weighting 134 I only drink water and no sugar! I didn’t work out! Now I’m 138 because I eat Mira sugar than I should!😬😂
It didn’t took me a year to get at 134 maybe two more months but last year that was my weight but now I’m at 138!
Omg me 😂😂 i love this video I weighed 122 before pregnancy and I already weigh 160 and im 7 months pregnant im so ugh right now but im so excited to see you back in your normal weight makes me feel super comfortable with myself because i feel i may jus lose that weight quickly I calculated the weight and it says i may just be 198 when baby comes and im going to breastfeed 🤱🏻 as well so i pray that helps thanks so much for being transparent god bless you😍😍😍🙏🏻🌻🌻🌻
with hard work and time it will come off! Don't stress it now just enjoy your pregnancy and baby!
I’m sure you can do it, of course it will take determination. I’ll be praying for you
Thank you for sharing... such an inspiration
I was 175 pre pregnancy
190 when I gave birth
I’m now 122
how long did it take you to get to 122?
So my experience is totally different from what I've seen written here. When I got pregnant I had 74kg for 1.65cm. At the end of the pregnancy I had 89kg. Once my baby boy was out, after 3/4 days I lost 10kg. And it has been almost 4 months since he was born, I managed to loose 3kg ONLY. crazy. I'm stuck with 77kg. I breastfeed, eat ealthy, do cycling, gainage (don't know how to say in English)... It's hard. But I'm not gonna give up 💪 greetings fellow mums!!
Thank you so much for sharing, I've been looking forward to this video!
