I am leaving this comment because I heard that you got a tyroid problem and I wanted to give you a little tip: kale and all its family can cause problems with the tyroid, if you eat them raw. However they are safe to eat when cooked or steamed. So I would suggest to avoid kale salads =)
Love your videos... I have another couple of challenges I face.. I have type 2 diabetes as well as my stage 3 kidney disease... I have to be careful of potatoes ,carrots and anything with high sodium... I love chick peas and hate I can only eat them once a month... I can't use agave or honey...😭😭😭Tomatoes can only be eaten twice a month😭😭😭... These few challenges really bite... I have to constantly change ingredients all the time... But I shall perserve.. Keep on cooking...
Two weeks ago I started to add spirulina in my smoothies. It's is good for people with hypothyroid like me... could you prepare more recipes for people with a thyroid problem. Thank you!!!

I love your videos! A question, does the salad keep crisp and fresh for 4 days in the fridge? This is something I always wonder when I watch people's meal prep video.
I wish I could meal prep like this, but I have a family to cook for and I don't have room in my fridge for all those containers! I do my best by prepping some things on the weekend or the night before, but my lunches are usually just dinner leftovers.
Seriously the amount of effort you put into your videos is amazing!!!
