I really enjoy the way you talk about/break down each photo. It's informative for me as someone who's just started learning photography. Thank you for the great content!
I have the 645 1000s and only bought the prism viewfinder recently; the waist level viewfinder makes portrait format photos virtually impossible lol! Great video! I’m also blessed with stunning sunrises here in Arizona. Would love to visit the Gold Coast!
Nice pics for the first roll! When you say medium format got more resolution than 35mm, can you actually see the difference in quality between two when both scanned in a lab as standard scans?
Thanks Adam, I think in reality I was noticing the smaller grain size when compared to 35mm, because generally lab scans are similar resolution in 120 and 35mm.
Moon Energy Hi! The finder on this camera has a light meter built in, so it tells me what shutter speed to use based on what aperture I choose. Thanks for watching!!
Hey Andrew, I’m using the ae finder in this video as it has an internal light meter. The extra eyepiece is actually a magnifier to help with focus that you can attach to the finder :)
Thanks Conor! Got this one on Ebay actually from a seller is Japan. I get my film done at Shibui Film, Fotofast and Michaels depending on how I feel on the day

Cheers Sam, breaking down the photos is also helping me get better! It's important to ask yourself why you do and don't like a photo!
Nice job Cody, enjoying these vlogs
Thanks Brett! Much appreciated :)

Lovely pics, Cody. I think I'm gonna pick up an older M645. I had a Bronica ETRSi back in the day, which was nice, too.
Go for it Steven! The glass is bound to be the same for the older models
Loved this... I needed a good smile today!! So much running! Lol 😂 Love the photos. I love how you ended the video... you are a stitch!
Love love love your channel 🔥
Ah thank you!!
Super nostalgic for me! Love the Gold Coast, love medium format! Nice vid, mate.
Forgot that beach name, but surely I missed Gold Coast. Nice shot Cody, keep it up! #filmisnotdead

Awesome Cody! Stop by the lab next time your down in Tugun!

Which lens did you use?

Hey Daniel, these photos were all made on the 80mm lens :)
What beach is this? So beautiful, I’ve see a couple in the Gold Coast but not this one.
This is Tugun Beach! Such a beautiful spot
How did you figure what settings to put? Thanks!

Nice video. Which finder are you using, and what is the extra folding eyepiece?

Great video and lovely pictures mate. Where'd you buy the new camera? Where do you get your film scanned?
Thanks Conor! Got this one on Ebay actually from a seller is Japan. I get my film done at Shibui Film, Fotofast and Michaels depending on how I feel on the day
Who is @cosy._.wood ?
Beau Davis that is a good question. I’ll ask him tomorrow
The photos are great but what is the vary first song in the beginning of this video?
Dodged a bullet there 5:33
hahaha sure did
Nice video, but 80mm on a 645 medium format camera is actually equivalent to a 50mm on a 35mm camera!
Great images. You come off as rather Coy but that's nothing a can of pickled sphincter won't fix
Thanks for the feedback, what do you mean by Coy? Do I come off like that in more recent videos too?
