Not enough RUclipsrs focus on their hair characteristics. Instead they put too much emphasis on curl pattern. Im so glad you focus on what actually matters. Thanks for the video
Thank you so much. I have found women who have the same curl pattern as me, but completely different hair characteristics, and found I was harming my hair trying to do the things they did. I am just trying to share that curl pattern isn't everything!
I guess im asking randomly but does anybody know a method to get back into an instagram account..? I somehow lost my login password. I would love any help you can give me!
I really appreciate the way you give specifics on why you like a particular product and what the products do for your hair. It really helps me make an informed decision about what products to try.
Girl i never in my life met a girl with hair almost exactly like mine my sisters don’t even have my curl pattern your videos helped me out so much i have been natural since i was 16 and I’m 24 now But I’m still learning about my hair everyday. I have been perfecting my hair regiment and your videos definitely helped! So thank u!
I’m so impressed by your presentation and choices. I have the same type of hair but shorter. I’m going to purchase quite a few of these products. Thank you!
My HG detangling conditioner is the Herbal Essences Hello Hydration (it is for dry, damaged hair). I don't have dry or damaged hair, but those types of conditioners are the most moisturizing on the market. It doesn't weigh my fine hair down at all. I typically condition twice after washing (due to me using a sulfate shampoo, and it being somewhat drying on my hair).
My HG product is the Mane Choice ancient Egyptian glistening gel. OMG! I'm a low po chick and this does wonders. It defines and gives so much moisture.
Hi Kenya! I was wondering what characteristics in a hair product make it low porosity, fine hair approved? Do you look for certain ingredients, or perhaps the texture or consistency of the product? Thanks.
That mielle organics leave in is the only leave in that works for both me and my daughter. She has very loose curls and mine are defined but tighter like yours. Thank you for being a hair guru queen of substance!❤🙌🏾
I really want to try their products , but then again i am waist length... i don't know.. is their leave in suitable for thicker curls that are waist length girl? Have you tried it?
I agree with you on the deep conditioners. My pre-poo is Aussie moist, Shampoo - 22nd Century Woman shampoo bar-Oil I use grape seed oil. You have a few I need to give a try. TFS
I love the Got2Be BLUE hair gel in the bottle for a more defined look and great hold. I love Mixed Chicks leave in and I also like Aphogee green tea keratin leave in and Creme of Nature leave in. I love the Camille hair gel too! I am a hair product junkie so this list could go on and on lol. But Aussie and Pantene are my go to shampoos and conditioners. I also like some Shea Moisture products too.
If you like that H&S, try the Nizoral 1% (it's OTC in the US). I have the 2% version, but in Belgium that is all we have and it is OTC. It is very good for a flaky scalp. I have seborrheic dermatitis (aka cradle cap) and my hair is oily - you can *easily* mistake it for dry (that is what makes it so difficult to diagnose). In between using the medicated shampoo, I can keep this at bay quite well with sulfate shampoos. It works for me, no oil and conditioner on my scalp at all and keeping my scalp squeaky clean. That is key.
Marleen G. I have SD also. Nizoral was good but my scalp turned around totally with a topical solution called Fluocinonide 0.05%. It only takes a small amount and my SD was under control after about 4 weeks of applying. Now I only use it about once every 4-6months when my scalp gets that feeling. Try it!!!
CMs9169, Hmm, if mine wasn't under control right now... I will make a note of it and take it up with my doctor should things go south again. Thank you.

girl i just started using that white peony leave in and i'm in love!! i got the morrocan pear conditioner and i like it too. The curl maker is my fav as well. i ordered 2 or 3 during black friday.
I’ve always avoided videos on hair from girls with 3c-4c hair because I figured those products would weigh my 2c-3a spiral curls down until I realized my low porosity hair wasn’t curing as well because it needed moisture! I was following routines from girls with looser curls but much easier absorbing hair. Curl pattern isn’t everything!
Well I guess I’m number two to dislike the Mielle deep conditioner. Honey my hair was soooo dry and hard 😣. I had to wash my hair again in just two days with a cowash and the Manuka honey intensive moisture hair mask by SheaMoisture and I had to add a TON of Camille Rose moisture butter b4 my hair felt normal again. I think Mielle products work well with hair with a softer curl than mine. I’m afraid to try anything else after that deep conditioner. I’ll keep it for protein treatments only as it does not moisturize my hair. At. All! My holy grails are all from Camille Rose and the SheaMoisture high porosity line and the manuka honey line
The Mielle deep conditioner is a bit drying but good for protein treatment ^^ that's how I use it from now on like how u said. I was afraid to try the Camille Rose gel cause I heard it was too sticky but I think I'll give it a try
Finally my fraternal hair twin!! OMG! I am thankful to all the gurus out there providing valuable information, but noone near my hair type. THANK YOU!! Had to subscribe....#necessary
I thought I was going crazy when shea butter was drying my hair out! Ever since I started taking technique and product advice from other low porosity YTers my hair has been thriving. Now my holy grails are Joico Shampoo and conditioner moisture recovery line, curl Junkie smoothing lotion leave-in and the Curl Rehab as a deep conditioner, and As I Am Double butter cream. Still on the look out for a good styler right now using Eco but I can’t stand the flaking. Be careful because dimethicone alone is not water soluable.
Have you tried creme of nature argon oil intensive conditioner? It’s not all natural but always makes my hair feel moisturised. The shampoo is very good too! Both great for detangling as well👍🏾
Great video! My holy grail leave in is the Jane Carter’s Curls to go Untangle Me and Jane Carter’s elongated gel. I use them together for my wash and go. They never let me down!
Great review! Your hair is very similar to mine as well as low porosity. My holy grails are Trader Joe’s nourish spa shampoo and conditioner. I don’t care too much for the shampoo but it goes with the conditioner. Argan oil works for my hair. My hair is 4a/3b fine, medium density, low porosity.
Thank you for your honest assessment of Trader Joe's shampoo. I am a Trader Joe's junkie, and love their skin care, but sometimes get caught up in thinking they can do no wrong, LOL.
OMG I'm so happy I found your channel!!! I have been looking for someone that has hair like mine, and I totally agree 100% with all of the products that you have reviewed that I have tried. Just this morning as I was rinsing out my goats milk conditioner (DIY...best deep conditioner ever!!) I realized that I need something that will detangle my hair. It doesn't matter how gentle I am, my hair breaks when I attempt to style it. I have tried so many leave in's and none give me the appropriate slip that I need to avoid breaking my strands (a never ending battle with us fine hair girls). So...I thank you for your suggestions and I am def, a new subscriber. Now, if I can obtain length like yours, I will be so pleased!
Just found out I have low porosity hair (which would make sense because my hair is very curly and it's ALWAYS dry)! Anyways, this video was super helpful. Thank you!!! Oh, and you're gorgeous btw. :)
Most of what you recommended is expensive :/ If Mielle Organics made the deep conditioner jar bigger then I could understand. But that tiny little thing will last one or two washes and then I'll have to spend $15 again. I'll try out the Head n Shoulders though! I have the itchy dry scalp problem too. I've never tried Eden Bodyworks so I'll give that a go as well. Thank you!
+Lady Aleynia I definitely understand where you’re coming from and for me personally, having healthy hair is an investment. I like to invest in products that nurture my hair and help it become healthier so that in the long run I don’t have to rely on salon visits or extensions to get the look I want. I do have a video where I share my favorite affordable hair products further down my channel, it’s called “Best Cheap Curly Hair Products”. When I couldn’t afford more expensive items, those were my go-to products! I hope the shampoo and curl defining creme work well for you!
I understand what you mean. Your investment in your hair shows, it's beautiful :) It's hard for a student to get expensive products if they're struggling, though. I'll definitely check out your other video now, thank you for the recommendations!
I love Eden Bodyworks. I stock up on their stuff when I find them on sale at Sally's. I can usually find their stuff on sale for 50% off there or 30-40% off on their website or Target. No need to pay full price, but the downside is you have to be willing to put a good chunk down to buy enough product to last you until the next sale.
For a 3rd deep conditioner, I would try Qhemet Biologics Amlia and Olive Oil Heavy Cream. It's the most moisturizing deep conditioner I've EVER tried. And it's great for moisturizing and sealing in your elders as you like to say lol.
You should check out Miche Lush Deep Conditioner. It performs just like the TGIN Mask because they have similar ingredients but without the cone. There are a lot of videos on it,; it’s made by youtuber, Michelle B.
I have low porosity, thick, coliy, dense dry a** hair. Excuse my French. My question is, do you have any recommendations for creams? I'm in love with Mielle leave-in and mint oil and DC. I think i would kiss the maker of Mielle on her bare feet for making this awesome stuff. When I finish on my wash days, I'm dancing around the house because my hair feels soooooooooooooo good! I've never heard of any product with only 3 ingredients until Mielle. And Have you ever tried Soultanicals? or Alikay?
Lololll I feel like I almost made you make this video with all my questions 😂!! Thank you for this!!! I have super fine, thin, 4c hair, low porosity.. so I've binge watched and rewatched a lot of your videos for the past few weeks trying to solidify my regimene. I just went to target but I will return as needed 😂❤❤❤
Speaking on products, haveyou used the Keravada, bask&bloom, or curl origin products? How did you like them? Would you every do a meet & greet? Thanks for your informative videos
I would LOVE to do a meet & greet. I have used the bask & bloom so far and looove it. It was even in my September Favorites video. I haven't had a chance to try the KeraVeda and Curl Origin yet though.
PowerInYourCurl Ok great. I was thinking about getting and trying the Keravada and also get a set for my friend for Christmas. Thanks for all your tips and tricks
Thank you for taking the guess-work out of haircare product for Fine, Low Porosity hair. I am looking forward to trying the Mielle line! You are goregous too! Thanks again, and again!
I like the Mielle moisturizer. I learned about it from a few RUclipsrs but I think your reviews on that product really sold me on buying even though it is more expensive than the moisturizers I usually tend to purchase. However, I don't need a lot and do not have to use it everyday. I am loving it!
I have to agree with you that Mielle Organics DC is amazing. It actually gets better every time I use it. After using it with heat, my hair feels extremely healthy. I'm going to try our the OYIN products out next.
I would recommend that shampoo that she showed for washing your scalp when you have boxbraids, but take note that it depends on how tight your boxbraids are.
Mielle orgánics changed and spoiled my hair. I caught on sale and now I’m in a strong fight with my cheap self to repurchase. I love the smell too. People love the smell.
It does smell really good! Since this video I have moved on from a lot of Mielle products as well. Watch my latest Product Empties video to see what else I have added to my Holy Grail stash.
Love your videos🤗. Mielle leave and deep conditioner are part of my holy grails as well. I also love the Camille rose coconut water deep conditioner and clarifying shampoo. I just bought deva curls travel set and received one of their hair mask in my Sephora box last month. I've heard a lot about their Heaven n hair deep conditioner. Have you ever tried it since you're already using the no poo and the decadence condionter? That might be worth the try. I am also really loving the Eden Body Works Tea Tree oil and Peppermint shampoo and hair milk. Love it. Okay. Thanks for sharing. 🤗
I have heard of the Heaven in Hair and haven't tried it yet because I am afraid to fall in love with it and then have to pay the $38 every time I want more lol. I will probably give it a try eventually though haha. Thank you for watching and I am glad you enjoy the videos.
My scalp was very itchy as well. Try Dr. Bronner's tea tree. Its cleanse and have so much beneficial oils. Its a Castile soap its made with organic ingredients. I just love it because it work for me I've been using it on my 3b curly hair for two years now. Itch free lol.
When you were describing your hair, I felt like I was listening to myself. I just started transitioning around the first of the year so I haven't figured it all out. Because of uneven hair growth, it's easier to camouflage when I flat iron, so that's what I've been doing. I have twice as much hair on one side as I do the other and no dermatologist or anyone else can figure out why. I've yet to achieve a defined twist out, but growth is my priority. Can you recommend a scalp product specifically for growth. Macadamia Professional Anti-humidity Finishing Spray is the best hairspray I have ever tried. The Mane Choice sikening serum is amazing, and I want to try many more of their products.
Hey Deon, congratulations on your journey so far! A lot of learning your hair is simply trial and error and over time things just kind of fall into place haha. I do not put anything directly on my scalp for growth so I cannot recommend any products in good conscience but I wish you the best on your journey!
i think we are hair spirit sisters! I have most of these products! I just need you to do my hair! your hair is amazing as usual and i feel like your good care for hair is also reflective of your skin. Idk if that makes sense
Hi. I'm new to your channel and just learned I have fine, thick, low porosity hair. Can you explain what your wash routine is, like frequency? Thank you.
We have the same hair (not curl pattern, mine is small coils) we like a lot of the same products. I think you may like Elucence Moisture Benefits shampoo or Miss Jessie's super slip sudsy shampoo. I'm going to try the head & shoulders
I do want to thank you because the Mielle Organics has worked wonders on my hair, mine is high porosity. Have you ever used any of the Carol's Daughter product line?
You are so welcome! I want to say I have tried one product from Carol's Daughter but the synthetic ingredients in their products deter me from buying anything.
I too love the Mielle Organics Mint Almond Oil for re-moisturizing dry hair, and I also prefer coconut oil as a prepoo, because I don't like how it smells on dirty hair; otherwise, I would use it everyday because it's that nourishing to my hair. You really should try the Shea Moisture 100% Pure Monoi Oil. I used it as a pre-poo and saved hours on detangling, lol. It's coconut oil on steroids. I'm still experimenting with shampoos, but I think I like a couple of the Shea Moisture ones, such as the African Ginger & Water Mint and Curl & Shine shampoos. I just purchased the Eden Bodyworks Kids Coconut Shea shampoo, so we'll see how that goes; my sister really likes the peppermint tea tree one as a clarifier. I just bought the My DNA co-wash, and I think I'm really going to like it, based on a spot test I did. I also just bought the Shea Moisture High Porosity masque, because 'Akushika Gone Natural' recommends it for 4C hair. I also really love the Peace Rose Oil conditioner by Shea Moisture as a co-wash and moisturizer; it detangles, makes the hair silky soft and smells phenomenal. I have severely dry, low-porosity hair, so I have to layer on leave-ins and moisturizers on wash day. I find that if I do a good job moisturizing on wash day, my hair will stay moisturized for weeks at a time as long as it's in a protective style, such as twists or plaits. I'm really loving the Shea Moisture Extra Moisture Detangler, Qhemet Biologics Amla and Olive Heavy Cream, Camille Rose Almond Jai, Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie mixed with JBCO, and Talijah Wajid's The Great Detangler. To seal everything in, I recently discovered that Nature's Blessing Hair Pomade or Dax Bees-Wax works really well. I am not a fan of gels at all, but I will put Shine ''n Jam Extra Hold on my edges sometimes. I also recently purchased the Mielle Organics Ginger & Honey styling gel but have yet to use it. Based on a review/demo by Naptural Elenore, I would like to try the Curls Blueberry Bliss leave-in and Curl Control Jelly.
Ooo this Monoi Oil.. I must try *grabs keys and heads to Target* That Peace Rose Oil line from them just looks like I am going to like it but I haven't heard to many reviews on it. Glad to know there are some stand outs from the line. I love Qhemet Biologics and their Aethiopika Hydrate and Twist Butter is really good in my hair too if I am light handed. Thank you for sharing all your faves!
You're welcome....caring is sharing. The Peace Rose Oil Masque is sold in packets in Target, and I've seen at least one very positive review of it on YT. I know you struggle with tangles, as do I, so definitely give that Pure Monoi oil a try. I managed to get a tiny drop out of a dry bottle I had on hand and was able to smooth out and detangle one whole quadrant of my hair. It also smells really good. I suggest you sniff before you buy it, because I bought some from Wal-Mart that was defective; I noticed right away because the scent was totally off, and it lacked slip; it was almost like someone refilled the bottle with something other than Shea Moisture. I promptly returned it and will shop it online or in Ulta or Sally's from now on. Good luck!
I'm mad at myself for just now seeing this!!! The reasons why you like to use something or not use something also work for me but I just didn't know how to describe it right. And I don't use those products but I might try some.
Looking for products for my daughters low porosity hair! I was wondering if you have any recommendations on how much to use and what order/when you use them? Just on wash days or like what’s your everyday in between wash day routine. Thanks so much!
Thanks for all the recommendations!!! You might enjoy the Curls Blueberry Bliss gel. It's moisturizing and has a softer hold. It smells great too! :) I'm definitely addicted to the Curls refreshing gel cus it smells amazing✨✨✨ I also started using the mielle scalp oil for length retention ...but it helps with an itchy scalp! ! You might like it between wash days to keep your scalp happy. 😊
@power in your curl I recommend trying the Morracanoil intense Hydration treatment!!!!! That product is hands down so moisturizing and it leaves my hair so soft it it does keep your hair like that after you wash it out!
I had replay from 5:05 twice, cuz that's exactly how I feel about using normal conditioner as a co wash, it will just put more product on my scalp &hair. Love this detailed video. The product junkie in me is itching try some of those products 🤑😁
Thanks for this video! I'm hearing so much about terms that I've never heard of, i. e. Slip. And now, pre-poo! Why so many products? Also I have 4 different curl patterns and textures around the sides, back, front, and top(3b,3c,4a,4b). Can you also tell me how do I know if my hair is coarse or fine. But after listening to you about the tangling, I'm thinking my hair is fine. Oh my hair is definitely, low porosity which I recently discovered after figuring out why it's so brittle, like straw. I was doing too many protein treatments. And leaving them in too long. Now, I'm trying to get it back in shape
Please try the Groveda Organic Matcha Green Tea Avocado hair Mask!! I think it's so underrated and you don't hear a lot about it. If I never had to use or buy another deep conditioner I'd be ok with that!!!
Hi🌹 I have a Question, Can I use any of these on my relaxed hair? I have low porosity hair as well😊 you have beautiful hair, love it! Your hair is beautiful just like Samantha Erica I am subscribed to her as well I've been subscribed to her maybe 3 years now and I just subscribed to you a few days ago if I'm not mistaking thank you so much for sharing God bless you🍃🌼🍃🌼🍃🌼🙏
Thank you so much! Yes, you can use a lot of these products on relaxed hair. All of the cleansers, conditioners and deep conditioners would work well for relaxed hair. And the lightweight moisturizers like the Mielle Organics Leave In and the Oyin Hair Dew would play nice in relaxed hair if you are not heavy handed.
i found my holy grail 7.99 care free curl gold. it doesn’t have natural ingredients but i swear in 13 months of being natural my hair is soft and my curls are popping. im a single mom i don’t have 20 $ to spend on products that won’t last
Another great video girl! I really want to try the oiyn products. My hair absolutely loves the As I Am product line. I think you might like them too. Big thank you for helping me figure out I had product buildup last week after going to a salon. Clarifying fixed everything!
Yay!!! I was wondering how your hair turned out. I am glad it all worked out. And I haven't tried something from As I Am in a minute! Thanks for reminding me.
Your products are exactly the same as mine. Thank you so much. I found a RUclipsr with same hair characteristics but different pattern ❤ thank you for creating content
HI Kenya, I just found your channel and love it! I was wondering if there is any change in this list of products as the video dates from 2017. Let us know if you found even better products. Thanks and love from the UK.
Do you have any exact list of these products written any where? It’s was an excellent video and very informative. Yet it would be easier for me if you actually had a listing. I actually do you use the Camille rose marshmallow curling gel but I want to go for more softer texture once dried.
You should try Deva Curl's Melt Into Moisture Conditioning Mask if you haven't already. I like it better than the tgin mask but they are both great products. The mask is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the investment!
This was so helpful! I think we may have similar hair characteristics. My strands are really fine but with medium density and I'm low porosity. I'm about to buy up a lot of these products because my hair is so sad and dry right now. Thank you!
Thanks for this, Miss K! Will these products still work well for high priority hair? I also have rather fine hair (nowadays)...hoping to get back to my past thickness & length!
You are welcome! I think the products can also work for high porosity hair you just have to test them out and see what works best. A few women have mentioned in the comments that they like these products to and the have high porosity. Specifically the More Moisture cream and Mielle Organics deep conditioner may be work well for high porosity.
Have you tried the she scent it brand ?? her conditioners are BOMB and she always has like 30 or 40 off i'm sure she will be having something soon she just had 35 off
Very informative, though the number of products is too extensive and expensive for me. Am looking for 3 - 4 fail-proof products that can thoroughly cleanse, condition and moisturize my hair. Still, thanks for posting!

@Keanu Rodrigo Instablaster :)
I really appreciate the way you give specifics on why you like a particular product and what the products do for your hair. It really helps me make an informed decision about what products to try.
Thank you Katherine!
yeah same

TEAM FINE HAIR/ LOW POROSITY!!!! #newsubbie
Heyyy sis! 💕
The longer my hair gets, the looser my curl pattern is. The shorter it is, the more defined the curls are. New sub!
Just starting my curly hair journey. You make it sound so easy to follow. Thanks for being so clear and straight to be point.
Can you make a list of no protein no silicone/ water soluble conditioners?
Camille Rose Deep Agae renew is a great deep conditioner.
Does this work for boys to
TGG Virxl it doesn’t work based on your gender but rather on the porosity of your hair . So I would say Yes it works “ for boys and girls “
I’m so impressed by your presentation and choices. I have the same type of hair but shorter. I’m going to purchase quite a few of these products. Thank you!

sometimes it says on the product like Shea moisture line

that Mielle deep condtioner is THE TRUTH!!!! DO YALL HEAR ME??? ITS THE TRUTH !!!!
Lol yes!
but expensive I can't afford it
I really want to try their products , but then again i am waist length... i don't know.. is their leave in suitable for thicker curls that are waist length girl? Have you tried it?
You're Beautiful THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTHHHH!!!

Question: What do I use and in what order do I use products? Also during the week before shampoo day; what do I use to moisturize during the week?
Great video! My holy grail leave in is the Jane Carter’s Curls to go Untangle Me and Jane Carter’s elongated gel. I use them together for my wash and go. They never let me down!
Thank you! I haven’t tried those products yet so I may have to check them out 😊
I don’t have dry scalp but all of your other characteristics so this was very helpful.
Do you still use DevaCurl even with the recent news that it causes hair loss?
Oh wow. I hadn’t heard that so I will check into that. I was contemplating getting that service line. Thanks!
Thank you so much! You are beautiful as well Sarah ❤️
I'll definitely check out your other video now, thank you for the recommendations!
i have too much hair to buy those overpriced products. carefree curl gold is the one for me 🙌🏽
I love Eden Bodyworks. I stock up on their stuff when I find them on sale at Sally's. I can usually find their stuff on sale for 50% off there or 30-40% off on their website or Target. No need to pay full price, but the downside is you have to be willing to put a good chunk down to buy enough product to last you until the next sale.
PowerInYourCurl would this work on 4C low porosity hair
For a 3rd deep conditioner, I would try Qhemet Biologics Amlia and Olive Oil Heavy Cream. It's the most moisturizing deep conditioner I've EVER tried. And it's great for moisturizing and sealing in your elders as you like to say lol.
LOVE the TGIN Honey Miracle Hair Mask! So many great brands in this video that I want to try, especially Oyin and Mielle! 😍
You should check out Miche Lush Deep Conditioner. It performs just like the TGIN Mask because they have similar ingredients but without the cone. There are a lot of videos on it,; it’s made by youtuber, Michelle B.
I have heard of it and wanted to try but forgot about it. Thank you for reminding me!!
And Have you ever tried Soultanicals? or Alikay?
I watch your videos all the time for advice. I really like them, keep up the GREAT WORK! :)
Thank you so much Elisha! I hope you have a great day 💕
Lololll I feel like I almost made you make this video with all my questions 😂!! Thank you for this!!! I have super fine, thin, 4c hair, low porosity.. so I've binge watched and rewatched a lot of your videos for the past few weeks trying to solidify my regimene. I just went to target but I will return as needed 😂❤❤❤
O Love I'm sooo glad I'm not the only person who binge watches her videos.
lexxni girlll! Lol at this point I can sit in class and ace a test on all of her product recommendations and hair tips. 😂, we're in the same boat!
O Love same here!!
what products did u decide on
Speaking on products, haveyou used the Keravada, bask&bloom, or curl origin products?
I am so glad you like it! I didn't try her products for so long and when I finally did I was mad I waited so long lol.
The Eden Body works crème is one of my favs also!!! It lasts soooooo long too!!
Yessss!
i can't use it because of the coconut in it😑
is this a good cream to use for the LCO method?
Have you tried the SheaMoisture Low Porosity Line? Do you have an updated version of this video? Maybe a 2019 update :)
Thank you for watching and I am glad you enjoy the videos.
omg ive been using that Eden Creme for a minute now and I'm so glad I picked it up I LOVE it.
Im that subscriber that likes videos before watching because i know the video is gonna be entertaining one way or another
Love you girl!
Just started taken out my beloved locs needed a change thanks for the product break down very helpful my head has always itchy
I can't wait to try Mielle Organics🤗🤗 Trying to finish up the products I already have before I buy anymore 😊 Great video 💜💜
That's really smart.. I can't say I am that disciplined, lol. When you do try them I hope you love them.
wow we are hair twins when it comes to fine texture and curl patterns! 👌
I must try *grabs keys and heads to Target*
That Peace Rose Oil line from them just looks like I am going to like it but I haven't heard to many reviews on it.
Good luck!
The curls curl control jelly and moisturizing spray has my hair smelling good all day
Saw so many of my fave products!😄 great video❤️
Yay! and thank you!
:) I'm definitely addicted to the Curls refreshing gel cus it smells amazing✨✨✨
I also started using the mielle scalp oil for length retention ...but it helps with an itchy scalp! ! You might like it between wash days to keep your scalp happy. 😊
Awesome video!! I can relate to so much of what you said about hair type, especially tangling and loosing hair in the process!! Thanks!!!
You've got such gorgeous curls! :D
Thank you Marleen!
@power in your curl
I recommend trying the Morracanoil intense Hydration treatment!!!!! That product is hands down so moisturizing and it leaves my hair so soft it it does keep your hair like that after you wash it out!
Jane Carter products are good!
Hi🌹 I have a Question,
Can I use any of these on my relaxed hair?
I do love that Camille rose conditioner as a wash and go leave in.
It just sooo good. 😍
I thought I was the only one that love Oyin Honey Hemp for detangling.
Your products are exactly the same as mine. Thank you so much. I found a RUclipsr with same hair characteristics but different pattern ❤ thank you for creating content
I get excited seeing ur notifications. Your videos help me sooo much💓
+Grace Michel 💗💗 Thank you Grace!
Love your hair, have you tried As I Am hair products and what do you think of Jamaican Black Castor Oil?
HI Kenya, I just found your channel and love it! I was wondering if there is any change in this list of products as the video dates from 2017. Let us know if you found even better products. Thanks and love from the UK.
Do you have any exact list of these products written any where? It’s was an excellent video and very informative. Yet it would be easier for me if you actually had a listing. I actually do you use the Camille rose marshmallow curling gel but I want to go for more softer texture once dried.
Avocado oil works really nicely
You should try Deva Curl's Melt Into Moisture Conditioning Mask if you haven't already. I like it better than the tgin mask but they are both great products. The mask is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the investment!
Tgin is so good just tried it and I was afraid to style my hair I just wish it would’ve stayed just like that lol
Haha! I know what you mean.
This was so helpful! I think we may have similar hair characteristics. My strands are really fine but with medium density and I'm low porosity. I'm about to buy up a lot of these products because my hair is so sad and dry right now. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video. I’m looking for products for low porosity and fine hair. I’m literally taking notes lol
Hey Kenya...great video! Love love ur hair! Hope to see a vlog soon.
Thank you! And I actually have one coming up really soon 👀
PowerInYourCurl, thanks so much! God's Grace to you & yours! 👍🏿
Can't wait until I finally find something that work for my hair
Have you tried the she scent it brand ?? her conditioners are BOMB and she always has like 30 or 40 off i'm sure she will be having something soon she just had 35 off
Very informative, though the number of products is too extensive and expensive for me. Am looking for 3 - 4 fail-proof products that can thoroughly cleanse, condition and moisturize my hair. Still, thanks for posting!
Thank you for posting this!
Have you tried the Black castor oil leave in from shea moisture???If you like that one then I’ll know for sure your my curl twin
Have you ever tried the Curl Love Moisture Milk by Camille Rose ?
+Alana Mcpherson Yep! It’s too heavy for me but very moisturizing and has great ingredients.
Is protein really bad for low porosity hair? The Mielle deep conditioner has protein in it but you seem to love it!
lex xay it should be avoided on a regular basis but protein is good once in a while to strengthen the hair and ensure a protein/moisture balance
I'm such a product junkie lol love your video. I don't need these products except for the conditioner but I'm going out and buying everything 😂😂😂
I am a product junkie too 😩 It's seriously gotten out of control so I know the feeling haha
PowerInYourCurl lol
Fabulously Britt Nah just wait lol try ro use your stash.
My holy grail is coconut oil I use as a pre poo detangler and moisturizer 😍
