WHO AM I 🧐
My name is Nafi, I am a second year medical student at the University of Leeds.
I come from a bangladeshi background (however never living in Bangladesh myself), born in Singapore and then moved to Norwich, England where I went to primary school, high school and sixth form!
I am currently creating vlogs about my time at medical school as it's something that I have wanted to do for along time. I also create other videos about stuff; generally medicine or health related (but not always)! - Наука
I like drinking Huel, & just drink a few slurps per day, just to supplement my diet a bit. However, one of the drawbacks is cost! £3.95 in my local co-op!
Get them in Costco - batch of 12 - will cost you £2.71 each
Thanks for the video. Well presented and all the info i was looking for.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for a informative and honest review. I’ve been using these drinks for a little while now and everything you’ve said is what I have found. anyone reading this comment it’s 100% worth a watch tells you everything you need to know⭐️
Thanks for the feedback!
Bruh the chocolate flavour tastes amazing 🤤
Good overview, thanks!
Appreciate it!
Just started doing this. The drinks are actually so good. Very nutritional and so easy to drink in the morning, plus they do keep me going until lunch.
Nice
Wow, I wasn't expecting to see a comment from a girl that I went to the same primary school as, on a totally random video.
This is definitely a small world.
@@myRUclipsChannel31 Lol, I know you probably think I'm making it up, but it's true. 🤣
Could I chase whiskey down with the coffee flavored one? Say maybe some Skrewball possibly?
Very useful video from a doctor point of view. I am also looking to start using it as a substitute for my breakfast. My only worry is if this will make me feel full or i will end up snacking again. great video implimenting nhs weight loss..
You should order online, a lot cheaper if you buy in bulk
Apart from drink, what do you eat?
Literally just started, mainly because i work away a lot and im spending a loooot of money on shite food, whilst these arent 'cheap' they sure are cheaper than stocking up on junk!
Thank you so much for the great video! 😊
💪
I had two over a few days and have had tons of stomach issues. Like wtf seven quid for stomach cramps and what follows.
@@UKgamer87 ur bodies maybe getting used to something new? U know…. Healthy stuff….
@@seriously6644 Thats not it. Lots of people have complained about huel because of intense stomach cramps. Its the absurd levels of fibre in the shakes.
My guy, u wearing a huel t shirt?? No bias here then
Lol its free merch when you order
@@nafi.iftekhar are they healthy?
First order comes with a free shirt…
It’s free with first order
I don't trust this guy
Did you prefer RTD or powder? What are the pros and cons between them?
I preferred the RTD (which I still use) as I found it tastes much better than what I was making by myself. It was also way more convienent for me to just take a bottle with me out of the fridge just as I'm about to leave the door compared to making it from powder in the morning. It is a little more expensive than the powder but it is a cost I am willing to pay for the ease of use
What are you cooking at 6 in the morning? It won’t be a fry up every morning I am tell.
Do you ever drink it in the morning and then work out right after? Do you think Huel would give you enough energy for that??
I think I did this a couple times and it seemed to be okay
How about solid food vs liquid food? Talk about that
I don't think I'd be able to comment much on it
Lol they have a vending machine at Heathrow for huel t5 baggage reclaim
How many bottles do you drink a day? Which meals can it replace?
I had it for 1-2 normally, usually for lunch or post gym
This place is Leeds for sure
The bottles aren't sturdy at all, in fact they're really easy to smash.
I saw the Huel T-shirt, left this comment, and I'm off.
He cooks in his scrubs 😂
“Would I recommend it?” - he says wearing a Huel t shirt.
How much are Huel paying you for promotion fella?
Nothing; it's a free shirt they give to everyone on first orders
It's a free T-shirt that comes with the first order you muppet.
You should really make it clearer if you’re getting paid or otherwise incentivised by your ‘honest’ review getting people to try this which would seem likely given the referral code…
I have just started using this. I have to chuck a banana 🍌 in with my dinner
How many did you drink in 1 day?
I think it was in the range of 1-3
Chocolate one is grim, such a horrible aftertaste. Much prefer slimfast shakes.
£4 per bottle😬
Can be quite expensive
Are you a medical student? Don’t think you mentioned it
I'm actually a scuba instructor
He did mention in the video that he's a 3rd year medical student currently doing a surgical rotation
You did not really give much negatives
I had a very good experience overall; couldn't find any negatives for myself
There just arent any negatives ...the choc is so lush
£2.50 - 3 for a meal that packs the punch is not too bad. Fast forward 30 years, this will be how we eat
Sounds dystopian
£2.50 - £3? Where do you shop? This is not typical supermarket/shop price. More like £3.95
