Beware of brake dust on the yellows. They didn’t even last me a year. Stop tech slotted rotors and hawk hps street pads were the best

Watch for smoke and smell 4-5 days + after doing it, you might have a seized up caliper on the passenger hence why more brake dust. Hopefully not but keep an eye on it… and you DEFINITELY NEED brake cleaner - at least one bottle.
Also you should scrub your hubs with the wire brush and lots of brake clean before putting the rotors on

Nah nothing is seized, ebc Yellowstuff are not ceramic coated pad, hence why they create so much brake dust they tracking only use pads , I originally wanted red stuff but it was on back order and you don’t need brake cleaner, you can choose to use brake cleaner to clean up parts. A copper wire brush and a rag will do just fine with cleaning. Everything on my brake calipers looks pretty smooth and was clean with just a wire brush and rag. Pads and rotor been on this car for about 300-400 and they been abused for those 300-400 and they are handling great. Oh and hub has copper anti seize on them as well. Just not included in the video. Not trying to making a 40 min long video of everything lol

@@zoovie I thought you said you had more brake dust on one wheel than the other, that’s the only reason why I mentioned looking out for a seized caliper - I’ve had a few on my 9th gen and they can be a dangerous issue to have so I was genuinely telling you heads up as a look out bro… As for the hubs I’m saying spray the sh*t out of them with brake cleaner and then scrub/clean them with the wire brush too just like you did the other parts - it gives the rotor a clean mating surface. Brake cleaner works tremendously to remove dirt/grease/grime and is absolutely necessary to properly rid all of that grime from the surfaces, plus it makes it way easier and way faster is all I’m saying dude please dont be offended in anyway whatsoever I wasn’t trying to criticize or nothing like that… I actually enjoy watching the way you work on your car and tools you use, you are very handy and capable of doing things in different ways I find it amusing.
Carry on man and best of luck to you

I hated those retainer screws on the rotors. I had to drill them out. Then hit the rotor 100 times to get it loose. Not a good day
