I never tried drugstore foundations before until Wet n Wild was recommended to me ! Let me tell you all- it is the bomb and I only paid under 5$. It looks like my skin and I am over the moon. I have normal skin and I am 83 yrs.old . No more expensive make-up purchases for me. Also bought the contour stick and it is so convenient, love it too 1. As to the foundation, I mixed SOFT BEIGE with ROSE IVORY. Perfect for my light skin.
It’s great to hear from another girl in their 80’s! When looking for ‘mature’ skin makeup the results often are in the 70’s. Huge difference between the two 👩🏻🦳 ! I’ve also heard that wet and wild is good, I’m going to try it. Thanx for your comment.
I heard about W&W through another influencer comparing it to La Mer foundation! The influencer is in her 50s and was a Super Model. Still is as far as I'm concerned. I was at walmart and they were resetting some make up sections...I got my W&W foundation for $1.00! Love it!
That L'Oreal True Match has become my new holy grail. When I want to look flawless - on camera for work (zoom meetings ALL DAY) or IRL - this is what I reach for. It looks so beautiful and natural on my 46 yo skin, has great staying power, and all of my favorite products work well over and under it. I have dry skin but still like using a primer under it and setting spray and it always looks fantastic. I have very, very intense spots of rosacea that can look nearly purple on my fair skin and this does an incredible job of covering it. It's not full coverage but it's really strong medium coverage and it just looks so good on my skin and so natural. I highly, highly recommend! Stephanie, thanks for always being so thorough in your reviews in terms of wear and skin type and really getting into the details of why some formulas work for you and why others don't. It makes it so much easier for those of us that also have more mature skin that is maybe a different type from yours to have an idea of how well it might work for us. Can't wait for the concealer review!
So much variation in foundation wear and textures, and so much moody weirdness with my skin, have made me a BareMinerals girl for over twenty years. OG, Original loose mineral powders in two adjoining shades allow me a broad range of coverage no matter the weather or status of my rosacea or what I'm wearing under it. No extra aging effects either, and at 63, that makes me very happy.
Bare minerals original was my only go to for years, ages 45 to 55 prior to that i used a gel foundation I do not remember the brand but it was discontinued, I had rosacea, it has calmed down after learning how to care for it but not without leaving texture and vegans and an orange peel skin on my nose suddenly the bare minerals just didn't look right nor did the shade golden medium, move tired more neutral and rosy of the shades nothing is looking good it makes my skin look worse than when it's bare, i had a brief affair with the complexion rescue with actually came with a powder from than that was a different formula than the mineral veil which doesn't work for me, also discontinued, my quest for a good foundation since then has been fruitless, I have two very expensive brands that are in my top Tom Ford 90$!!! And Estee lauder. I am always tempted to try bare minerals again, i go by the display and I have no idea what shade, color matching by store employees is hit or miss. I am 62 , may I ask what combo moisturizer, primer and or skin care do you use with the bare minerals?
I wish I’d had that experience with BareMinerals. Maybe I need to try it again? I’m sixty-four and can’t seem to find any cc, bb, tinted moisturizer or liquid foundation that doesn’t either look cakey or accentuate lines and look unnatural.
Yay! Ive been waiting for an updated foundation review! My 52 yo oily/combo skin loves the Loreal Blendable , but I have to mix W7 and W 6.5. when my oils come thru, it's a soft glow and keeps my drier areas hydrated.
Thank you for your thoughts! Even though I’m 70+, I still have combo skin with an oily T-zone. (I look much younger than my age) I’ve been on an exhaustive search a great foundation. I love that you put in all the work!
I appreciate your reviews of foundation! I am 45, have combination skin, and live in hot and humid Houston, so I can relate to your experiences. Thanks! 😊
I am in my upper 40’s also but with dry skin. I tried the nyx foundation and absolutely hated it. It made my dry skin look even drier and that’s a feat. I thought it felt gross and actually immediately removed it. Just to let anyone else with dry skin know what I experienced.
My HG is the Dior Forever Matte & Dior Forever Glow mixed 50/50 and I absolutely love the True Match! I’ve just turned 60 and my skin is normal to dry and it looks gorgeous! What a steal!
I use the Patrick Ta and have dry skin. Using a good moisturizer underneath it works well. You don’t need a lot. I also like the Iconic London one which really is nice especially with the primer underneath. Slightly dewy without sparkle. Thank you for the in depth reviews:)
I use True match N3 and I think we have the same skin- and undertone. And I also have rosacea. I love the True match, but prefer a mineral powder foundation like BeraMinerals. It holds better, even without primer or fixingpowder/spray. Better when skin is inflamed due to Rosacea.
Loved this video. I’m 45 & just picked up the L’Oréal true match at Walgreens with a $5 off coupon (they still have it rn). I love this foundation. My top 3 drugstore favs are all L’Oréal. I love the fresh wear, true match, & the tinted serum. All beautiful for mature skin & I have normal skin too btw❤
If you are near a dollar general the believe beauty foundation is 5.50$ and it works great for dry skin and at $5 if it doesn’t work for you, you are not out much money. 😊
I use hyaluronic acid after I wash my face. It attracts moisture from the air, it is absolutely fantastique .I am 83 and have great skin . No wrinkles except lines above my lip. They are awful and impossible to get rid off. I tied laser about 30 years ago, it turned my skin snow white, never again !
I live in Australia and I’m 60 years old. I love the L’Oreal True Match Nude plumping tinted Serum. It contains 1% Hyaluronic Acid. It makes your skin look beautiful. Very undetectable and light weight. Gives your skin but better appearance. Gives a natural glow. Sheer light to medium ( if you layer), but totally designed for a natural complexion. Smooths, plumps, hydrates with beautiful radiance. I have mature dry to normal skin. I don’t use powder and it always wears well and I get a lot of compliments about how my skin looks when I’m wearing it.
I love seeing this, I am 66 with slightly dryer skin but pretty smooth. Make up by Mario is my favorite right now and I just bought a Lancome love your skin, which I had once before and found it on sale at Sephora last week. I forgot how much I really liked that one.
1:42 How did I not know you were in New Orleans?! I live in NOLA too and you’re not joking about the heat and humidity. It really is on another level. My name is Stephanie as well and I am 43 yrs old and have been on the hunt for the perfect base product that lasts here and that doesn’t settle in fine lines and accentuate them. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on all of these!❤
Thank you so much for your videos Stephanie! I am turning 75 soon and now have very dry skin except for my nose🙄. Have been looking at so many videos on skin care, make up, sunscreen, etc. Not happy anymore with my expensive products, am going to try some of these drug store ideas - particularly in L'oreal brand.😊
I absolutely love the foundation and concealer videos! This didnt disappoint. I think out of all the selection i would go for the true match! Looked lovely on you 🎉
I'm interested in the reformulated Loreal True Match, even though I didn't use the old formulation. It seems everyone really likes it, so I'm guessing I will like it too. I'm a big Double Wear fan, so it's hard for me to like anything else, but the Loreal is much more affordable.
FYI - the double wear is going to be 50 % off in the Ulta 21 days of beauty sale! I don’t really like that one, my skin is too dry, but I love the L’Oréal true match
I am 56 and live in Las Vegas (extremely hot and dry) and I LOVE the Patrick Ta major skin balm! I do put charlotte tilbury collagen superfusion oil on first because my skin is dry and it wears like a dream.
I have been waiting for your review on the makeup by mario foundation because i have had it in my cart since it came out. I love love love all of your foundation reviews because we have the same skin type and i can also (typically) order the same shades you use. I am also in my 40’s. And live in hot and humid FL. I appreciate all of your reviews so much. 😊
Dry skin (37 yo) gal here. I love the new loreal one! The Patrick Ta foundation is OK on me. I have to REALLY prep my skin though. I’ve been using it as more of a concealer though! It’s been great for spot treating any acne!
Thank you for this helpful information. I have been enjoying the reformulated True Match as-is. However, I have found that if I would like a little more coverage and longevity, I just add a drop of Estee Lauder Double Wear, mix them together, and apply with a sponge. They seem to play together very well.
I have a similar skin tone, in the old version L'oreal True Match I wore a W3, the W4 seems to be a little too warm and deep for me, W3 is perfect. I'm planning on trying this version in W3 as well.
I LOVE YOUR CONTENT ! I gravitate more to your videos as far as foundation/concealer recommendations even though you say you’re more for “mature skin” Girl please !! You are gorgeous ! I’m almost 35 so I’m getting up there, however you look more like late 30’s ! Also I can totally relate with the humidity factor as I’m from Pineville,La which is right next to Alexandria which smack dab in the middle of the state (if you didn’t know lol) so I’m only about 3 & 1/2 hours from you ! I’m not active on commenting but I couldn’t help it being you’re so close !
Great thorough videos Love your reviews so much I’ve been loving the Wet and Wild photo focus foundation both versions Matte and Dewy and the Rimmel 25 hour foundation My fav high end is Dior Forever Matte I have normal to dry skin and I’m 53 💗
I'm 39 I live in Hawaii and I have major oily skin, and I have not found anything yet so I'm glad about this video its given me some tips for different foundations.
Welp, thanks Stephanie...just ordered the L'oreal True Match. I do like the Iconic London. I bought their primer that's supposed to be blurring...it's not. I would not purchase that if I had it to do again. I have the Tula tinted primer that does work well under it. I'm also in Louisiana and Lord, these temps and humidity! I'm already melting. Looking forward to the "cool" front coming through in the next day or so.
Ahhhh, Steph!! I'm your shade twin! I live in AL and have the same needs as you when it comes to foundation. Patrick Ta did not work for my normal to oily skin which hurt my soul bc of the price. I agree 100 with your comments on the powder! I've been wanting to try that Iconic London one and had it in my cart for a week (same shade as you of course) been looking for a review for it and tada!! I'm getting it bc it really did look lovely on you! Your fave primer please? I'm going broke here trying to find a good one lol love your vids!!
For ladies who are in the menopause the store boots in UK but I think you can get online also have done a skin care routine for the sensitive menopausal skin it's amazing and after using this my foundation now looks much better after using it.
I'm interested to see how you rank the Gucci foundation you're wearing in this video as I think it looks amazing on you. I was surprised to see in the description box that you've got a liquid eyeshadow on too, that also looks lovely. I really like your hair too - the highlights are great. Are they new?
I really love the true match foundation. I liked the old formula but it was a little dry on my dry skin. I love the new one. I haven't tried the Patrick Ta foundation but I've only heard bad things about it up until now lol.
I agree with you. The Mario foundation broke apart on me as well. I returned it. 😏 I really love the Loreal True Match foundation. Love your reviews so much. Kimber (Your Austin, Texas Sister in Beauty)💞
From RUclips recommendations I tried the Trumatch when my favorite Christian Dior was discontinued. I thought it would just be a placeholder while I found a new high end foundation but I haven’t found anything else I like as much.
I have always had very dry skin. At 50, no moisturizer can touch it. Foundation is sucked up along with everything else, leaving a pretty unattractive look. I am in a very dry, very cold, zone 3 climate. In the 6 weeks of "summer", it's not as bad as we have some humidity. At home, I don't wear makeup, and layer on shea butter and jojoba oil, which is fantastic. I have to reapply. I do sometimes put makeup over it, by wiping off most. This isn't great by wiping off most, as it leaves the skin very dry. I just bought a GloSkin moisturizer, it is shea based, it is helpful. Right now I've been skipping primer in favor of a "glotion", then foundation, cream blush. Skipping any face powder/setting powder - this is new to me. Completing all makeup and finishing with a setting spray. This leaves a nice glowing finish for a few hours.
Great video with valuable information on foundations! I’m always trying to find good foundation for my mature skin so thanks for this! You look so pretty also Lisa!!
I just read my comment and saw I called you Lisa!!!! Hahaha! I am literally rolling on the floor! I don’t even follow a Lisa lol!!!! Soo funny! Sorry Amanda!! Just kidding Stephanie!!!!
Thank you for this review! The Iconic brand is what I am going to try out. Sounds perfect for my skin type. Appreciate all your research and opinions.💕💕💕💕
Very interesting about the Makeup by Mario foundation. Alex Anele said the exact same thing! She’s young but says she has texture and this emphasized it and her pores. Thank you for sharing!
New sub here and although in tears I want to TYSM! ❤ My gosh! I stopped wearing makeup in 2020 and now trying to start again and this is really tough! COVID got me twice and took me down hard so I bet I’ve aged 5 years. At 48 now I have wrinkles and dark circles and it’s almost like I’m getting baggy underwear the eyes and foundation is only going to draw attention to that! I’m extremely overwhelmed! 😢
I absolutely LOVE the Makeup by Mario foundation! I guess I lucked out with my 43 y/o problematic skin lol! Probably because I’m dryer in the winter & oilier in the summer. I’ll definitely reserve it for the cooler months. I hated the NYX blur & the Iconic London. They made me look dryer than a desert 🏜️ and just gross overall.😅 Love your videos!❤
Can I suggest an idea? How does a foundation/ concealer/contour/blush wear in swamp NO and how does it wear in rainy, cold UK? Would you and Gemma consider a joint/wear test video?
I am wondering if you have tried the Carpe sweat absorbing skin lotion. It just seemed to pop up out of nowhere and was all over my feed. I live in San Antonio so we also know hot and humid. I’m trying it today for the first time so we shall see. Thanks for the great videos! ❤😅
Thank you! I'm just trying the shiseido. A little goes a long way. I don't wear foundation every day at aretured 59. Wondering about the new saie foundation 🤔
I love foundation reviews more than any other product review, although I do love concealer and blush reviews too. The only foundation in your video that I've tried us the Makeup By Mario foundation. It was a fail on my normal leaning dry skin. I totally agree that it's most likely best for young smooth skin. I've been tempted to try Patrick Ta's foundation. I recently tried the Gucci and Laura Mercier foundations. I'll hold off on commenting here until your review. I do love your full face look today. The foundation shade is beautiful. It looks like you have a slight tan which is flattering!
I really want to try the L’Oréal true match, but the shades and undertones for light medium are a little strange, too yellow, not neutral enough, the one neutral shade I found was too cool, I gave up.
i’m most curious about powder foundations especially how the newer releases compare. for the last 6months or so i’ve been mostly wearing la mer foundations, whether it’s the cushion, radiant skintint or liquid depending on the occasion. the only one i’ve not tried is their powder foundation because i’ve no idea how it will hold up & there have been hardly any reviews on it especially from anyone with combination skin. your experience with the maybelline is a typical one i relate to where powder foundations are concerned ! the recent releases i’m interested in include chanel’s le teint ultra & the dior forever velvet powder foundation. i’m definitely interested in the la mer even though it’s far from new. in theory powder foundations sound perfect ; perhaps there’s a trick to making them wear flawlessly for hours !
That NYX one... oh my gosh. Same as you, I thought it was not a great color but I was leaving it by the door to slap on before dropping off the kids to look less scary. NO. After two schools and a grocery store, I came home my face looked like a strawberry with huge seeds. My pores never even bothered me (42 Y/O) until this product made me very self conscious about them. Bought 3 shades as I am looking for something a little less expensive to replace my beloved Ilia... yeah no way. Horrible.
I've really been enjoying the Iconic London Super Smoother foundation. On my dry skin it's so pretty and lasts a decent amount of time. Imo, I feel it's more a Spring/Summer foundation. The L'Oréal True Match was one I tried a year or two ago - (I believe it has always had a pump). Obviously, it was so good, I've completely forgotten what i thought about it it 🤣🤣🤣 Love you, 💛🧡💛🧡💛
You wear the same shades in foundation that I do...I wear N3 in this Loreal true match just FYI. I tried it again after several years, but it doesn't offer quite enough coverage for me. My all time favorite for 20 plus years is still Estee Lauder DW in Dawn.
Am I the oldest sub ? I just turned 62 Monday. Dry skin I haven’t tried a lot of foundations my go to is the Lancôme teint Idole. Both 😂😂😂😂can’t wait to watch tho. LOVE HOW MUCH WORK YOU PUT INTO THIS
Hi! I’m a new subscriber and I’m also from New Orleans. I live in Mandeville now. I just turned 60 and I have normal/oily skin. I’m very oily in my T-zone with enlarged pores. I stopped wearing makeup during the pandemic because of wearing a mask constantly as I’m in the medical field. Now that I’m not wearing a mask anymore, I would love to find a foundation to suit me. I can’t wear any with silicone it seems because it breaks me out really bad. Drugstore foundations tend to oxidize on me. So what should I do? I haven’t tried the L’Oreal True Match yet. It seems that it is highly rated. I may give it a try. Primers are another problem because they also contain silicone/dimethicone. For some reason, I get really bad break outs from that. Your video was helpful and I will try to watch your other videos as well. Thanks!
Appreciate all your work for us over 20 something ladies. Definitely want to try the new TruMatch as I haven't found 1 person who didn't like. Can you suggest a good primer for drier skin to help hold our foundation?? Also what about finishing or setting powder for dry , mature skin ? Still don't know the difference?
L’Oreal True Match didn’t work at ALL for me. I have oily skin with my cheeks being normal ish. This settled into lines I didn’t even have. It turned each cell into an island surrounded with this liquid foundation. I couldn’t get it to stop settling into my forehead lines. As they day wore on, it just got worse. I have had a few foundations do this, but I can’t predict when it will happen with each foundation I try. I am 54. I wear sunscreen on my face everyday unless it is the middle of winter (with minimal sun because the clouds are hiding the sun) and I am working from home.
I did buy the nyx. I haven't tried it yet but I got it to try with the L'Oreal prime labs primer that Risa liked together. And I went in ulta so I got to swatch and choose my correct shade! 😁
i bought it too and i hate it lol😅. I think i should have listened to the reviews. Where I live it's super gloomy and rainy, my skin is extra dry and somehow at the end of the day I was looking like a grease ball with that foundation
I never wear any foundation on my forehead. It just never fails. Always settles in my wrinkles on my forehead. So i just super moisturize and put primer on to smooth my forehead and only foundation on my face gently blending to forehead.
I live in Oregon, no humidity. I have dry, large pores, texture and mature skin. The NYX Blur foundation does not work on me at all. My entire face looks dry and splotches on me.
I am your foundation twin and am going to be purchasing the TruMatch as the Maybelline Fit and Poreless is becoming too cakey on my aging skin. If W4 is too dark for you, what is your current shade match in this Loreal foundation so that I can purchase it ASAP.
I never tried drugstore foundations before until Wet n Wild was recommended to me ! Let me tell you all- it is the bomb and I only paid under 5$. It looks like my skin and I am over the moon. I love my True Match too. It has quickly become my most reliable foundation. It covers my flushing and doesn't cling to my dry patches. Love it 💜

Good to know. I’m 60 and had the oiliest skin when I was younger but dry as the desert now. It’s a challenge!
I had same experience with it and also have normal dry skin was horrible
So glad you spoke up, thank you! I hadn't purchased because I suspected this might be the case, but your feedback sealed the deal.
I think you can try Revlon illuminance skin caring foundation. Light to medium coverage, dewy and so smooth.
Also very dry skin. It's a real challenge.
My HG is the Dior Forever Matte & Dior Forever Glow mixed 50/50 and I absolutely love the True Match! I’ve just turned 60 and my skin is normal to dry and it looks gorgeous! What a steal!

I feel you! Turning 65 in a couple of months and in the last 2 years my skin has changed so much!

I would love your thoughts on the new MUFE powder foundation.
Coming up in the next one! :)

Thank you for keeping us company !
Hi I was curious about which setting powder you used I couldn’t find it listed. Thanks for the thorough reviews!
I am 56 and live in Las Vegas (extremely hot and dry) and I LOVE the Patrick Ta major skin balm! I do put charlotte tilbury collagen superfusion oil on first because my skin is dry and it wears like a dream.

Hi Stephanie! You are my foundation twin and I also found W4 too dark in the reformulated True Match. I ended up finding a good match in N3.
Dry skin (37 yo) gal here. I love the new loreal one! The Patrick Ta foundation is OK on me. I have to REALLY prep my skin though. I’ve been using it as more of a concealer though! It’s been great for spot treating any acne!
I have pretty oily skin and I’m in LOVE w NYX blur foundation and I’m 44 w texture. 😮😮😮😮
Thank you! I'm oily and 57 with some wrinkles.
@@tracyjohnson5023 let me know how it works out for you. 😉
Thank you for this helpful information. I have been enjoying the reformulated True Match as-is. However, I have found that if I would like a little more coverage and longevity, I just add a drop of Estee Lauder Double Wear, mix them together, and apply with a sponge. They seem to play together very well.
I love mixing foundations and will definitely try this combo! ❤️
Loved this video!!! Thank you for giving us your thoughts and advice as always!!
I have a similar skin tone, in the old version L'oreal True Match I wore a W3, the W4 seems to be a little too warm and deep for me, W3 is perfect. I'm planning on trying this version in W3 as well.
I haven’t found anything better than the Nars Light Reflecting foundation for this 70 year old face.
Lancôme
Which Lancôme. There are a few. Curious!
Lancôme Teint Idole ultra wear I love it for my mature skin I have guess normal or combo skin I’m 66
@@sandylay5831 I’ve tried it but for me it was too full coverage and doesn’t play well with the Texas summer which last from March to December 🤪
I’m in Texas too. Belton. I powder it
I LOVE YOUR CONTENT !
I love your eyeshadow in this video. I’m looking for an easy light and not overdone eyeshadow. Can you show this one?
Thanks Stephanie, you look so nice in this video…I’m loving your hair. ☺️
Love your closet! ❤
I love how detailed and informative your videos are! Thank you 💄
Your eye look is so sparkly and beautiful!!
Thank you! 😘
New sub! Thank you so much for sharing your foundation color matches! That helps sooo much! 😊👍
I really love the true match foundation. I liked the old formula but it was a little dry on my dry skin. I love the new one. I haven't tried the Patrick Ta foundation but I've only heard bad things about it up until now lol.
Hi.I am new to your channel. I am a Dutch grandmother of 66 almost 67 years old. I also love the L’Oréal true match.😍
By the way,love your eyeshadow.🥰
I agree with you. The Mario foundation broke apart on me as well. I returned it. 😏 I really love the Loreal True Match foundation. Love your reviews so much. Kimber (Your Austin, Texas Sister in Beauty)💞
Any tips on figuring out skin undertone (cool, medium, neutral)?
From RUclips recommendations I tried the Trumatch when my favorite Christian Dior was discontinued. I thought it would just be a placeholder while I found a new high end foundation but I haven’t found anything else I like as much.
Love foundation round up, im always looking for foundations for different occasions.
I am using Patrick Ta for a while now. Works well , applies fast , covers nicely!!
Thanks for doing the leg work for us 😊😊😘
Thanks for this current comparison. Always trust your information &opinions.
I haven't tried the Patrick ta but I've been wanting too! Balms normally do pretty good on my skin!
So helpful!!! Thank you and you have saved me from spending my cash on items that would be a waste for me. Love these types of videos!
Thank you for this review! The Iconic brand is what I am going to try out. Sounds perfect for my skin type.
Appreciate all your research and opinions.💕💕💕💕
How did you like it?? I'm searching reviews for this one & thinking of getting it. Would love to hear how it worked for you!
Very interesting about the Makeup by Mario foundation. Alex Anele said the exact same thing! She’s young but says she has texture and this emphasized it and her pores. Thank you for sharing!
I’m glad I’m not alone! Thanks for sharing that! 💗
They made me look dryer than a desert 🏜️ and just gross overall.😅
Love your videos!❤
Can I suggest an idea? How does a foundation/ concealer/contour/blush wear in swamp NO and how does it wear in rainy, cold UK? Would you and Gemma consider a joint/wear test video?
I am wondering if you have tried the Carpe sweat absorbing skin lotion. It just seemed to pop up out of nowhere and was all over my feed. I live in San Antonio so we also know hot and humid. I’m trying it today for the first time so we shall see. Thanks for the great videos! ❤😅
Love your hair Stephanie, can you please share what color is it ? 💗
Thank you! I'm just trying the shiseido. A little goes a long way. I don't wear foundation every day at aretured 59. Wondering about the new saie foundation 🤔
I would love to hear your opinion on the Dior forever matte foundation.
Hi! It was reviewed in a roundup a few months ago if you want to check out the playlist! :)
I love your makeup look today!❤
Thank you so much 😀
I love foundation reviews more than any other product review, although I do love concealer and blush reviews too.
Coming up soon for ya! 🥰
Yes, more like this please
Check out my attached playlist with many more! And stay tuned for a new one soon! 🥰
I really luke the L'Oreal true match super blendable foundation! I've been using this and the haus labs foundation the most lately!
I really want to try the L’Oréal true match, but the shades and undertones for light medium are a little strange, too yellow, not neutral enough, the one neutral shade I found was too cool, I gave up.
New Subscriber from Switzerland 🇨🇭 Great informative presentation; pleased to have found You ✨🍀✨
i’m most curious about powder foundations especially how the newer releases compare. for the last 6months or so i’ve been mostly wearing la mer foundations, whether it’s the cushion, radiant skintint or liquid depending on the occasion. the only one i’ve not tried is their powder foundation because i’ve no idea how it will hold up & there have been hardly any reviews on it especially from anyone with combination skin. your experience with the maybelline is a typical one i relate to where powder foundations are concerned ! the recent releases i’m interested in include chanel’s le teint ultra & the dior forever velvet powder foundation. i’m definitely interested in the la mer even though it’s far from new. in theory powder foundations sound perfect ; perhaps there’s a trick to making them wear flawlessly for hours !
Your makeup in this video is beautiful.
I do have the Maybelline also but haven't used it yet.
Obviously, it was so good, I've completely forgotten what i thought about it it 🤣🤣🤣
Love you, 💛🧡💛🧡💛
I love the Iconic London foundation.
LOVE HOW MUCH WORK YOU PUT INTO THIS
Nope, I'm 63!
No girl! I have some in their 70s here! ❤️ Thank you!!
I live in Florida and I love your content
Thank you! 😘
I watch SimplyBlair on RUclips and she just used this in a grwm yesterday. She has normal, leaning dry skin and loves it.
Which one are you referring to?
I want your closet! That might be enough room for all my clothes! Hehe!
Loreal make great products. X
How does the Patrick ta cream compare to the kvd good apple?
I haven't tried the iconic london either.
Have you tried the Jane Iredale skin serum tint? If so what are your thoughts on mature skin?
I live in Oregon, no humidity. I have dry, large pores, texture and mature skin. The NYX Blur foundation does not work on me at all. My entire face looks dry and splotches on me.
I am your foundation twin and am going to be purchasing the TruMatch as the Maybelline Fit and Poreless is becoming too cakey on my aging skin. If W4 is too dark for you, what is your current shade match in this Loreal foundation so that I can purchase it ASAP.
Well, since it works for me in the summer, I've kept using W4 and just bronze up my neck 🤪 I'd probably try N3 next.
For someone who is in their upper 40’s you look amazing
For any age, you look amazing!
@@ginnyburley9552 Yes, you are right! I stand corrected
What’s your current favorite primer?
