The new Laura Mercier Real Flawless Foundation has surprisingly become one of my top 5 favorites. I live in Kansas & the humidity in the summer is just insane & the Laura Mercier one holds up like magic. Even with sweat dripping off my face working in the yard my makeup looked flawless 8 hours later. I was blown away. The blurring aspect is fabulous & totally makes a difference. Gives a beautiful airbrushed look with minimal effort. It’s worth every penny & considering I’ve not liked any of her other foundations that says a lot.
Thank you so much for referring us back to your tutorial about how to apply the Estee Lauder double wear foundation. Although I’ve been a subscriber earlier, then you posted that video. I wasn’t using that foundation at that time. I have it in my collection now and rarely used it, because it only worked for me sometimes. I just tried it again and it’s beautiful. It definitely helps us a lot to refer even us longtime subscribers back to these earlier videos
I love the mally stressless foundation and I have oily skin and wrinkles at 57. I also love the mally face defender product. It's kind of a clear gel and works better than setting powder for me.
I just watched your video after I had purchased the Laura Mercier Real Flawless Foundation. My questions after my first use are: 1) My face felt sticky shortly after applying. When I attempted to apply my blush, it seemed to go on very strong (like it was sticking heavily to my skin). Should I allow this foundation to dry thoroughly before applying blush? 2) I was applying with a sponge. Do you recommend using a brush? Thank you for your video review. I appreciate it. 😉💄 I also wanted to mention on a separate note that this foundation shows a 90 rating out of 100 on my Yuka app for containing the safest ingredients. That is the most important to me.
I have to tell you that no matter how much you dislike the foundation or the color mismatch, you always make it work. Your after pics all look beautiful.
You work so hard at your reviews. Really appreciate all you do. I think another new round of the tinted moisturizer and serums. I have to say. My new loves are the MISSHA bb LOVE , AND PURLISSE ageless glow. They actually are amazing. I’m 62 y’all and wow Thank you. I like lighter coverage. LIVING IN AZ. IT ALL MELTS 🥴🫠🫠🫠🫠
The Saie foundation is amazing for sheering out heavier foundations or adding some glow to matte foundations. I have normal to somewhat dry skin and love it!
As a fellow humidity expert…the Saie was a big miss for me! All the prep (or no prep) didn’t keep this on my skin for more than a few hours. Once it started to break apart…there was no saving it.
@@theemmadog I haven’t found anything better for humidity and gross sticky summers than the OG Estée Lauder Double Wear. I keep looking, but I haven’t found anything as comfortable to wear and that lasts all day long like it. I do use a hyaluronic acid + niacinamide serum, a glowy sunscreen like Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel and a dewy setting spray to make it less dry and matte looking since I have normal to dry skin.
My Lancôme Teint Idole and Haus Labs both last through a Houston day and Disney World. I do use a matte primer (Milk hydro grip), powder (Huda easy bake with a puff), and the Milani (OG)setting spray-then it’s bulletproof.
Thank sooo much for the new Laura Mercier Flawless perfecting foundation. I’ve been tempted, but after last weeks video you said you would be doing a foundation roundup this week, so😊I thought 💭 “she will review this I’m sure”-so I will wait lol! It looks promising, I may just have to order this one very soon. Again, unbelievable dedication to your job, and we as your viewers appreciate the absolute thoroughness of your reviews 😉💄💋👏🏻❤️
I have also been using the Mally foundation, I bought mine on QVC and I gave enjoyed it greatly. It has great coverage and long lasting. It was a good purchase.
I never tried the KVD Good Apple, tho I did try the Lock It. I remember that it didn't blur my texture very well. I have oily skin - nothing dry, and live in a similar climate as you. I like the idea of a serum with* coverage that might not melt. 🤞 Also still think a matte primer, matte foundation, and Wayne Goss' technique of primer - powder - foundation layering is hard to beat.
I love the serum foundation way better than the Lock It. I think it looks more natural but still with great coverage, and it lasts forever without settling into lines,
I think I’m done with foundations, I’m 57 with combo to oily skin. I have a drawer full of foundation and they all look bad from sliding off braking up to to much and looking so bad and I’m tired of it getting all over my coats. So frustrated!!
On occasion I'll use Laura Gellar Balance&Brighten powder foundation... lasts all day and feather light. For everyday, I now only use Australian Gold tinted mineral sunscreen... evens out skin tone, gives sun protection, lasts all day. For reference I'm 59 with combo skin.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that more often than not it’s not that the foundation that doesn’t work. It’s user error. Make sure you prep your skin before applying & use a good primer. If your not taking the time to properly prep it won’t matter what product you use. Primer wise I use Bobbi Brown Face Base because it doubles as a moisturizer & primer. It also hydrates dry skin like a dream. It also makes almost any foundation look flawless on my dry mature skin.
I love the Laura mercier foundation. I bought it a month ago. It is dewy but dries down and is transfer resistant. Weird right? Welp I'm 45 and it doesn't make my crinkles look terrible. Also I kins like the new lancome, but I really like it when I mix the two...
Thankyou so much for ur foundation roundups but there r so many that now I’m confused 😊 could v pls get ur all time top picks for combo oily mature skin foundations- out of all the foundations you’ve tried not just the new releases, that would be just great 😊
Happy Easter Stephanie , to you and your family ❤ I love your videos and your recommendations . They are always working great for me. Totally agree with you on the KVD serum foundation. I took a sample from Sephora, and was blown away. I am 61, and it looks amazing! Couldn’t believe it. I will buy it in the Sephora upcoming sale.
Totally agree with you 💯 on the Gucci foundation! Sephora employee talked me into buying it. Ugh awful. I had to return it. I have super dry skin and I told the Sephora employee that! I knew better!
Gucci foundation - probably the worst I have ever tried and I’m no make up artist but the price tag doesn’t match the quality ! Sadly . And the powder is just as bad .
You definitely need to try the KVD Good Apple Balm foundation too! I was amazed by how wonderful it was in mature skin. Amazing perfecting coverage. I , too, order 027 in the balm and it was too light but with bronzer made it work. Found that 033 was my colour. Was so shocked that I loved it as I usually don’t like viral products as they are for teenagers. But this is now my HOLY GRAIL
I wanted to try that kvd balm foundation but was worried about the consistency bc my skin gets semi oily but mostly im worried about it accentuating my huge pores! I'm 39 btw. Any thoughts?
Love the KVD foundation! I also cannot get a good color match. The color I ordered is too light (medium 054), but when I went into Sephora to exchange, the next shade up was too yellow/dark. Like you, I have taken to adding the D Bronzi drops. I wouldn't work so hard if the finish weren't so lovely.
I’m 56 with combo skin and I am loving the KVD serum foundation. It goes on easily, with or without primer, looks beautiful, and lasts forever. It’s one of only 2 foundations that I can wear without a setting powder if I choose to. It doesn’t get splotchy on me and doesn’t settle in fine lines. I live in the Southeast where it is hot & humid, and even after hours, it still looks amazing! I love it.
Stephanie I usually wear the same shade as you. Cashew is too light on me. After trying 5 shades I actually went with Ecru 2C1. I found that even though it is a cool shade it leans more neutral maybe slight peach on me. Anyways it’s a perfect shade. Linen was too warm on me. Hope you see this and try that shade. I LOVE this foundation. Love love love. Ty for another great video 😘😘
I love your foundation round ups ❤ I found your channel when searching for how to apply Estee Lauder Doublewear foundation 😊😊 I use your way to this day ❤❤❤ Thank you Stephanie
I was in Sephora for a new foundation. I made a decision not to order online for foundations anymore unless it’s a re-purchase. I am terrible at returns regardless, and Sephora is a half an hour from me and this is why nothing gets returned . I went in with a KVD new good apple. I do have the original cream, good apple the shade was matched for me to be L12 it looked great in the store, however doing a full face it’s a little light. While in Sephora, the sales girl did not think it was a good choice for my 45yr normal to dry skin. I then asked her for a suggestion. She suggested NARS light reflecting OR Armani luminous silk (btw she also poo pooed Haus Labs😔). The Armani 5.1 was the best match. NARS Vienna was an ok match from the bunch. slightly warm on my light to medium neutral skin. I couldn’t make a decision, so I bought the Armani which I do enjoy and a month later I bought the NARS online, knowing my shade.. The reviews that I have seen here for the new KVD Good apple have all been good.. even from my RUclipsrs with grown-up girl skin.. I’m gonna go get it down the road a little bit and give it a try. If it doesn’t work, will it get returned? 🤷♀️I’m really going to try and be better at it, it’s a terrible waste of money. I wish I knew somebody with my shade match that I could offer my foundation/concealer graveyard products.
Hi Stephanie! Happy Easter🐰 I'll keep checking back to your list to see if cashew works out in the Laura Mercier. You are my shade twin and I really want to try it!
I love the makeup forever powder but I live in Arkansas so I get a little oily/sweaty in the tzone so I set it like I would w a liquid foundation but w wayyyy less powder. I just brush a tiny bit of my Huda on my tzone n use a setting spray and it’s perfect for me! I also use the glow recipe pore minimizing toner in my tzone when I use it!
Thanks for the reviews!! I didn’t realize that Mally had a foundation-so cool! I’ve used quite a few of her products from back when I regularly haunted QVC online 😂😂, and I loved most of them. My favorite is the Mally Poreless Face Defender…if you haven’t tried it, I’d bet you would love it! It helps cut shine in place of using powder, but I’m not sure how to accurately describe that product. It’s a clear firm gel(?) in a compact. I know that QVC still carries her products. Anyway, I appreciate all you do, and I hope you and your family have a beautiful Easter!
I have been on the hunt for a new foundation, and after six separate returns, I went back to the iT Cosmetics CC+ cream foundation! And, I have to say, it’s amazing. Truly. If you haven’t tried it since the original rollout, I would absolutely try it again!
I use the Gucci foundation with the Gucci primer and it is really beautiful. I have never tried it with a different primer or no primer. If you are unsure get a sample to test it out. I live in the mid-Atlantic area and have gotten through spring and summer with no issues. Definitely full coverage
Hi Stephanie! Love your channel. I have an idea for a video. Recently I tried the True Match Nude Tinted Serum based on recommendations from your channel and several others. I love it! I’m 51, oily tzone, normal to dry perimeter of my face. Now I’m wondering what other foundations are similar to this. So an “If you like this” series would be awesome! You could do it with all kinds of products. Thank you!
Second time I have heard Mally today and I had not heard of them before. Has anyone tried their Poreless Defender? Looks great for oily skin. Also, I would love a video on primers. I don't recall ever seeing one. Thank You for the great video Stephanie! I really appreciate you taking the time and effort try all of these! ❤
Yes - that's how I discovered them recently. It's in my Testing Instagram Ads so you don't have to video from a couple of months ago! :) I've done a video or two on primers! Thanks Tracey!
I had so much lifting with the Laura Mercier foundation that I was polka dot. I’m super dry and dehydrated. The texture was like a thin oil maybe? 🤔 Definitely different and light weight.
Happy Easter, Stephanie. I'm late watching this because I was at Mass and then with my children and grandchildren for our family gathering. I had no luck with both the Gucci and Laura Mercier foundations. I need a new foundation! I think sometimes our holy grails reach their limit and it's time to find a new HG. I just ordered the Mally foundation in Beige. My first makeup purchase since Lent began!! Thank you for this review and the Mally suggestion. I have an overflowing Sephora cart just waiting for the sale on the 14th!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Obsessed with Saie it’s like someone took my skin and poured it in a bottle it’s like water but radiant I am Dry - normal Tretenoin skin so probably why I love it so much
Well, I'll definitely be trying the Mally - fingers crossed it's available in the UK 🤞🤞. Funny how this was the cheapest of the lot!! I also want to try the LM foundation but I've already got 5 foundations that I haven't opened yet - do I really want to add another (on top of the Mally)? Decisions, decisions 😅 Even though we have completely different skin types, I absolutely value your opinions regarding foundations (and everything else). Thank you Stephanie, this vid is very much appreciated 😊 Lots of love and warm wishes for a healthy/happy Easter 🐣 💕💗💕
I’m done with foundation too. I’m 52 with hormonal, combination, sensitive skin. Everything causes breakouts. I don’t do Botox or fillers so fine lines and wrinkles are my problem. Everything settles into them. Primers irritate and block my pores and honestly do nothing for me. I don’t use moisturizer as they all cause breakouts, even those supposedly for combination skin types. Getting old just sucks.
Today I'm trying Lancome's new Teint Idole formulation. Never tried the old one to compare, but this is the first time I've worn foundation since my wedding (and I think even then it was Jane Iredale's Amazing Base Powder) 12 years ago. Idk how I feel about it - it's more matte than I like (or am used to), but I figure as the day goes on, my skin will break it down and give it a more natural finish - just checked in at 7 hours and somehow I'm still matte, but my rosacea and texture is showing through. Idk. All this to say, I'm really, really curious about and wanting to try Saie's foundation. I forgot to mention one other thing about LTI, it is super thin formulation and you cannot feel it at all. That's saying a lot about it's comfort from someone who only wears tinted SPF! Super, super comfortable and my skin feels fresher at the end of the day than when wearing one of my SPF's. So there's that. AND! They say it doesn't have SPF in this new formulation, but it actually has 6.7% octinoxate. Just sayin'. Idk what I'm saying, but just.
I’m in Utah, super arid and dry, I’ll be 40 soon and need something that has moderate coverage that’s hydrating, but I’ve found that my foundation and concealers settles into my fine lines under my eyes. I always wear a primer. Any suggestions??
I keep noticing that year after year it shows up on so many best of lists. Researched yesterday and saw it has different formulations. Even at 63 I have combo skin so between now and next week I’ll figure out which one is best for me.
I’m interested in checking out the Laura Mercier foundation. This 40s gal loves the idea of blur. I suppose I’ll need to venture into a store to find a match. Have you tried the Beauty Blender Bounce Whip foundation? I’m LOVING it. I believe you’d be in 2.10C. 😘💋
Laura Mercier does not own the company anymore . She sold 3 years ago . I believe sisheido owns it now because the original buyer let it go . It took a minute to get production out again. I remember for a long while we couldn’t get our normal products . The newer launches just aren’t “it” the line has changed for the worse in my opinion. I only use some of the original products but I’m sure over time they will change too 🙄😟
I'm interested in the d bronzer drops. I always struggle with my foundation being too light. Can you mix these drops with any foundation to warm it up? Thanks.
Seems makeup companies and hair care companies really underestimate how much weather affects product performance. I live in an area of the country where my skin is dry as a bone in late fall, winter, and early spring. In summer and early fall, the heat and humidity are merciless, similar to your environment most of the year. So, with summer coming, the Saie will be a pass for me but I am going to try to the Make up Forever, mostly because I just want something I can dust on quickly that won't be too coverag-ey. I have to say though, MakeUp Forever's HD foundation is winning for me right now. And small tip - I have medium skin that is neutral but leans slightly pink. I ALWAYS order the cool options in foundation - the "neutral" options are always super yellow!
Make up forever is now on my no-by list for complexion products. They used to be one of the best brands out there for cool undertones, but when I bought the reformulated HD foundation their light medium with cool undertones was completely peach. It’s a shame. It’s like they hired someone who’s colorblind to develop their new shade range.
@@StephanieMarie I love the formula of that one as well. I have their old water blend foundation in the shade that is actually very pink. I use it as a mix-in whenever I find a foundation formula that I love, but the undertone isn’t quite right. So, I did keep the HD and mix in the water blend, but it is still unbelievable, that I have to use their old shades to make their new shades work.
I have also gotten to my limit with the MUFE colors. So peach! I’m yellow. Not orange. They’re not the same. I was also the lightest shade and that’s not usual. Foundation shades need to look like skin colors when on.
Im almost 55, dry, sensitive skin. I hated the Saie foundation on me, it gathered in fine lines (that weren't even visible without make up on), collected between by eyebrows, and collected in my pores. Super disappointed
It's funny your skin actually looks like a lovely neutral undertone with a mixture of both warm and cool 😊 Things can look completely different on camera as opposed to real life though, anyway your looking beautiful as always😊 ❤
Don’t even get me started on the Lancôme reformulation . I knew it was coming because the UK you tubers knew way before we did . I was dreading it because the act of finding a new makeup that can be worn similarly to someone’s holy grail makeup daily can be sick and tiring and mentally exhausting and frustrating. So anyway the new Lancôme teinte is absolutely trash and I’m so mad and sick over it . I’ve used the normal one for 8 years and now I’m getting samples of all kinds of makeup all the time in hopes of finding something close to it 😞
@@lilajane3 it worked very well for me, but I stay away from sunscreen and hyaluronic acid and both are in this. Sunscreen in foundation is so outdated. I wouldn’t be able to wear this often with the ingredient list.
Hi. I’m almost 50 and this is my experience with these foundations. It’s not easy to do these on ourselves, much less recruit volunteers of specific ages to come on camera for each foundation. I’m sure there is a RUclipsr who is 60 and does foundation reviews if you’d prefer foundation reviews from that age 😊
Maybe it's because of the poor shadematch, but it looked like a workout to blend that Gucci foundation! Your facial expression seemed to say: Gucci, are you kidding me right now? For me, it's a hard pass based on that clip alone.
I do top foundations videos. I do these roundups of newly tested foundations so frequently it would make them insanely long since there is an infinite number of existing foundations to compare them to. Inevitably, I wouldn’t compare them to something someone wanted and it would be a never ending rabbit hole if I did that in every one
@andyrina3688 Stephanie has a foundation roundup playlist that is extremely helpful when I am I researching a new to me foundation purchase. She does reference in some round-ups videos what a new foundation reminds her of previous products. Plus, I get reminded of older products that I may have forgotten about etc. Great and useful playlist to reference! 😊
Haha! It's overlining. My lips are so much thinner than they were years ago. I've toyed with it but haven't taken the plunge! If you check out videos after, they're back to their same thinner selves! LOL

@@StephanieMarie of course. Would love to see you test it on here. Let me know x
I wanted to try that kvd balm foundation but was worried about the consistency bc my skin gets semi oily but mostly im worried about it accentuating my huge pores! I'm 39 btw. Any thoughts?
@@k8m549 I have big pores. I put a primer on first and it helps a ton
@@americangirl4410 what primer do you find helps with large pores? I’m dealing with the same thing and haven’t found anything I really like.
I want to try the Laura M new foundation. I have combo skin as well .
I love the lip you have in this video! The color is fantastic on you!
I love it.
I greatly appreciate your thoroughness in all of your reviews. Thank you!
I enjoy your thorough reviews. I can’t afford any of these, but I appreciate all of the work you put into your videos.
I might try the Mally foundation, love some of her products. Thanks for the video!
Thanks for the information. What eyeshadow are you wearing
Thank you! ❤️
THANK YOU!!!!! so much
I love your foundation round ups ❤ I found your channel when searching for how to apply Estee Lauder Doublewear foundation 😊😊 I use your way to this day ❤❤❤ Thank you Stephanie
I always listen up to these videos! I’m 63 and constantly on the hunt for a foundation for my mature skin. Thanks so much!
Does the scent bother your eyes? That had been my issue. Thanks.
I love the IT cosmetics CC cream. I Ickes up the CC cream in the Nude Glow formula which is also nice.
@@Sherrie561 - I haven't noticed it bothering my eyes; although, I use their Bye-Bye Undereye, and I'm fairly certain that's unscented.
I'm going to try this one. I loved the confidence in a compact by IT. If you ever tried that, is this similar?
@@piperlucille - me, too! The CC Cream is a bit heavier, and a touch more full coverage. I'm actually going to try the glowier version next!
I use the Gucci foundation with the Gucci primer and it is really beautiful. I have never tried it with a different primer or no primer. If you are unsure get a sample to test it out. I live in the mid-Atlantic area and have gotten through spring and summer with no issues. Definitely full coverage
Thanks Stephanie for the review. I had been wondering about the Bare Minerals one. It's a no from me too as I have many of the same skin concerns
Love it!!! What sunscreen to use under your make up?
I used to live by Mally products. I think I’m gonna have to give that one a try. Thanks so much!❤
Hi Stephanie! Thank you!
I love the channel! You are my go to source now!
Thank you SO much! 💖
I really need a dupe for the Tom Ford Traceless Soft Matte foundation! My oily skin loves it and it is so pricey! Thanks for the reviews! ❤
Have to try Mally!!!! I absolutely love most of her products!!!
Check out QVC for her line. She has some really great products and QVC has some great prices- especially when it’s a Mally TSV.
@@stillsheryl776 Great tip, thank you!
@@StephanieMarie Instagram is not my thing but I will look! ❤
I had so much lifting with the Laura Mercier foundation that I was polka dot. I’m super dry and dehydrated. The texture was like a thin oil maybe? 🤔 Definitely different and light weight.
Happy Easter Stephanie! Great video 💗
Happy Easter! You too! 🥰
Obsessed with Saie it’s like someone took my skin and poured it in a bottle it’s like water but radiant I am
Dry - normal Tretenoin skin so probably why I love it so much
Well, I'll definitely be trying the Mally - fingers crossed it's available in the UK 🤞🤞. Funny how this was the cheapest of the lot!!
I also want to try the LM foundation but I've already got 5 foundations that I haven't opened yet - do I really want to add another (on top of the Mally)? Decisions, decisions 😅
Even though we have completely different skin types, I absolutely value your opinions regarding foundations (and everything else). Thank you Stephanie, this vid is very much appreciated 😊
Lots of love and warm wishes for a healthy/happy Easter 🐣 💕💗💕
Happy Easter!
I wore the kvd for Easter. It was a long and hot day and my makeup wore beautifully ❤❤
That’s great!
Thanks for reviewing the Saie foundation. I have oily-to-combo skin and will be skipping it.
Have you tried DIOR FOREVER NATURAL VELVET? If so, how does it stack up against your favorite powder foundations?
LA girl makes mixing pigments, love them!
The Laura Nerdier looks the best. I wonder if their CC your skin but better is just as good?
I have purchased Mally makeup from QVC in the past and like several of her products.
Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for the reviews. Do the Drunk Elephant Bronzing drops mentioned add a lot of glow to your foundations?
Not shimmer. Just deepen them ❤️
Great in depth reviews on all the products. Appreciate all the time you put into these reviews.
Hope you had a great Holiday🌸🌸👍
Thanks so much Elaine!
So sorry about your shade matching 🙁 Thanks for the reviews ❤
Have u tried the Fiera concealer ?
I just discovered it on RUclips, Facebook, and it’s been RAVED about by women over 40.
I’m super curious to try it
Today I'm trying Lancome's new Teint Idole formulation.
Have you ever tried the Armani foundation? Thinking about getting it at Sephora VIB and just looked at your foundation matches and didn’t see it
Yes Armani is beautiful foundation
I keep noticing that year after year it shows up on so many best of lists. Researched yesterday and saw it has different formulations. Even at 63 I have combo skin so between now and next week I’ll figure out which one is best for me.
I’m interested in checking out the Laura Mercier foundation. This 40s gal loves the idea of blur. I suppose I’ll need to venture into a store to find a match.
Have you tried the Beauty Blender Bounce Whip foundation? I’m LOVING it. I believe you’d be in 2.10C. 😘💋
Yes that's a good foundation!
Is it possible to refresh us on the proper way to apply primer. I’m not sure if I app😅enough, too much, etc
Evening thanks for sharing see you soon ❤
I will stick to the original HD powder foundation. I love it in the summer.
I live in a humid area and do not like glowing skin, on me it just looks greasy. I love your reviews
Thank you Sally! 😘
I only use some of the original products but I’m sure over time they will change too 🙄😟
Ohhh, I didn’t know she got bought out! That explains why things have changed
@@donnagerhart1273 during covid 2020 … yep
Excellent video!
Thank you! 😘
Does anyone use MUFE Water Blend? I loved it so much but became allergic. Recommendations for another foundation that is really thin like that one?
I didn't care for the Makeup forever foundation powder. I was oily but looked dry and cakey at the same time, it stayed well but looked crappy
I'm interested in the d bronzer drops. I always struggle with my foundation being too light. Can you mix these drops with any foundation to warm it up? Thanks.
Yes! To deepen them! :)
Well now I’m torn between Laura Mercier and KVD. I also have combo skin and sweat a lot 😅🤦🏼♀️
Hi Steph lovely video, don’t have any of these foundations but the Laura Mercia looks the best! 🎉
thanks for vid pretty lady. be safe
havent used any of these
Make up forever is now on my no-by list for complexion products.
They used to be one of the best brands out there for cool undertones, but when I bought the reformulated HD foundation their light medium with cool undertones was completely peach.
It’s a shame. It’s like they hired someone who’s colorblind to develop their new shade range.
I do love their HD Skin and wear 2n22 in that! I totally understand the frustration though! :)
I’m really intrigued by the Gucci but I’m also in two minds about trying it ❤
Im almost 55, dry, sensitive skin.

Hi Judy. I provided timestamps for people who don’t care about skin type or the methods I use to test.
I really hated the original good apple. I have dry skin and it slid all over my face. It had like a 5 minute wear time.
I don’t think the Mally foundation is underrated it just doesn’t have enough shades.
❤❤❤
Don’t even get me started on the Lancôme reformulation . I knew it was coming because the UK you tubers knew way before we did . I was dreading it because the act of finding a new makeup that can be worn similarly to someone’s holy grail makeup daily can be sick and tiring and mentally exhausting and frustrating. So anyway the new Lancôme teinte is absolutely trash and I’m so mad and sick over it . I’ve used the normal one for 8 years and now I’m getting samples of all kinds of makeup all the time in hopes of finding something close to it 😞
Yes! Gemma told me about it weeks ago and it made my stomach drop! Yikes! I'm not looking forward to this one or the Dior. Ugh.
Lancome has been go to for years also. Thanks for the heads up. I might try the Laura Mercier.
@@StephanieMarie yes super sad . It makes me so mad that companies are changing perfectly good products. I mean it was loved worldwide by so many. 😓
@@lilajane3 it worked very well for me, but I stay away from sunscreen and hyaluronic acid and both are in this. Sunscreen in foundation is so outdated. I wouldn’t be able to wear this often with the ingredient list.
Can you please add a 60+ model for these foundations becuz 40 is far different from 60+ very mature skin 😁
@@StephanieMarie i understand , thank you. Your video was still more helpful to me than most 😁
That's MUFE, not Makeup Revolution. 😂At first I was like dang! Makeup Revolution copied the packaging down to a T!
Yes I know. Slip of the tongue. Can’t go back and change it.
Why did you title the video for mature skin if you’re talking about other skin types?
Hi! What other skin types are you referring to? Mature women can have various skin types - ranging from oily to dry. I’m not sure what you mean.
@@StephanieMarieI think I messed up and misunderstood. I’m very sorry!
Maybe it's because of the poor shadematch, but it looked like a workout to blend that Gucci foundation! Your facial expression seemed to say: Gucci, are you kidding me right now? For me, it's a hard pass based on that clip alone.
It WAS kind of a workout! LOL!
This would be so much more helpful if you compared or ranked these in relation to existing foundations.
You said "Make up revolution" instead of "Makeup for ever"..
Yes I know. Accidents happen 🤷🏼♀️
Did you get lip filler? Im binge watching your videos and your lips are much much bigger here.
Haha! It's overlining. My lips are so much thinner than they were years ago. I've toyed with it but haven't taken the plunge! If you check out videos after, they're back to their same thinner selves! LOL
