Naples is just for having a safe and nice place to reside. Miami, Key West and the Bahamas are the fun places to visit but always come back to Naples after. And yes in the Summer stay away- hot and humid- rains every day.If you fallow this routine you will love Naples for life.
God Bless the great folks in SW Florida!!!

I've been to Naples many times, over the past 20 years of my life, and neither the weather nor the insects bothered me. If I do end up moving to FL, Naples is certainly near the top of my list. 😎✌

I almost completely disagree. I just came back to California from house hunting in Naples and it was beautiful. No, bugs, mosquitoes, or roaches. There are restaurants open later than 9pm and the weather was gorgeous, we even caught a day of rain. Everything is not expensive and gas was $3.21 a gallon compared to $4.79 in California. I can’t wait to move there.

This is a well-done and very informative video that should have more views. I've been visiting my family down in Naples for 13 years. The weather is unbearable in the summer. The city is quite boring unless you're with people who want to do things. And Laurie is right about everything closing down at night. On the flip side, Naples is very safe, very clean, very beautiful, the people are nice (not sure about snowbirds), and there's lots of great food and outdoor options.

LOL . She’s incorrect on so many issues . The only way to go in Naples is gated . While the fees are high , it includes water, pest control , beautiful golf greens, hurricane coverage if condo or townhouse. Cost of groceries at Publix, cheaper than Krogers and they have cashiers and take your groceries to your car . Only multi , multi , multi millionaires live on the ocean and they are taking a chance with zero hurricane insurance because they can afford to .
Don’t compete with others . Be your own person and enjoy the area .

The woman definitely lived a secluded lifestyle with running water and facilities.
Don’t think she’s ever been to Naples Fl.
Although home insurance is expensive; that true, but taxes are extremely reasonable for luxury homes.
So there is a lot of give and take. As for HOA SHE doesn’t mention the lifestyle; tennis; golf; pickleball, dinning, health club; they provide for the community for an additional fee of course
    The price of luxury $$$$
Oh by the way extremely clean and well kept, immaculate and very little crime.

I've been coming to naples my whole life my family has always had a apt here or lee county. I have seen drastic change in the people and the population. Honestly it seems like miami is too crowded and now everyone's moving to naples and squeezing 10 people in a 2 or 3 bedroom apt. It's ruining naples along with the horrible drivers and the fact that Noone recycles ♻️ in naples. No recycling bins at Gas stations except wawa. Non at the mall not even the organic coffee shop it's 2024 and it's insane. She forgot to mention the growing homeless population, standing in the streets, begging at intersections. A RUclipsr that lives in Bradenton recently aired podcasts about where all the homeless encampments that he could find are located, and the conditions inside the encampments. There are no social programs to help anyone should they suddenly fall onto hard times. My girlfriend drives 65miles out of Naples to see the doctor that accepts her NYPD health insurance. If you live close to water, yes you must pay insurance , but then you are rich and who cares. Heat is normal like a cold in North. Bugs is not a problem and if you care about your health you eat at home. So where is a problem if you think that Naples is good place to live.
