What? A realtor telling us that we should buy right now? No way!!! That's so unexpected. Florida has a housing/housing affordability problem. In many areas, inventory is up while median income is stagnant. A 50 basis point change in the fed rate isn't likely to move the needle as much as you probably think it will. Track what happened in 2007...this is nearly the same recipe we saw right before the 2008 "crash." Buying now is silly. But, hey, if you've got money to burn...why not?

The woman definitely lived a secluded lifestyle with running water and facilities. Don’t think she’s ever been to Naples Fl. Although home insurance is expensive; that true, but taxes are extremely reasonable for luxury homes. So there is a lot of give and take. As for HOA SHE doesn’t mention the lifestyle; tennis; golf; pickleball, dinning, health club; they provide for the community for an additional fee of course The price of luxury $$$$ Oh by the way extremely clean and well kept, immaculate and very little crime. Try living in New York, New Jersey TAXES TAXES TAXES

Wow 🤩 the memories! I’m 35 now, my parents owned a condo there, 119 Coventry court. We vacationed there from when I was 13 months old till I was about 9, then we moved there permanently from Boston, lived there a year permanently while they built a house not too far in Autumn Woods, lived there for 4 years before we moved to CA when I was 12. My brother and I learned how to golf ⛳️ on countryside and we still talk about it to this day. My parents regret selling the condo. It’s so funny seeing this on RUclips since we have so many family pictures of those areas. We use to go to brunch at the club, just so funny how you can search anything these days and find real time videos of stuff that’s tucked in your memories. It’s nice to see countryside is still as nice as it was when I was a kid 30 years later. I still remember my Dads 5 digit member number you could use at the snack bars lol 😆 my brother and I had no clue you actually had to pay for it at the end of the month lol. He’d get like 100 charges for snickers bars etc lol 😆 and we’d be like, but Dad it’s free you just tell the lady the number. Lol 😂 Wow 🤩 Cool video !

Owned 2 homes in Naples 1990/2014. Top five HOA, Property Taxes, Homeowners Insurance, threat of Hurricane 6 months out of the year, huge growth since 1990 ( traffic is nw awful year round). We got out Just in time. Moved to Western North Carolina. Huge decrease in annual living expenses and still a great place to live. Good riddance Naples. P.S. made a fortune on our Real Estate.

Naples, FL is amazingly Beautiful, but now, it is very expensive. My friends moved there.

Naples is just for having a safe and nice place to reside. Miami, Key West and the Bahamas are the fun places to visit but always come back to Naples after. And yes in the Summer stay away- hot and humid- rains every day.If you fallow this routine you will love Naples for life. God Bless the great folks in SW Florida!!! I love you all 🏖️☀️💓😎💞🏝️
