Thank Gork you are back! I will be watching these videos with great interest buddy. I am eager to learn the tricks of the trade in terms of plasticard. Currently I have only done very basic stuff with it.
@@DreadWaaaghGaming I doubt I will follow the builds exactly. But I will certainly learn how to do certain techniques etc so I can start making some mad creations of my own design. I have already learned that you can use poly glue. I always thought you had to use super glue with plasticard for some reason!

Oh fuck, that's a game changer then! You will find the HIPS plastic like evergreen acts exactly like GW plastic. But the ABS type available from greenstuff world is much less useful imo. It's cheaper, doesn't seem to glue so well and is far more brittle. Not really ideal for our uses but they just decided to push it out cuz it's cheaper and most people dont know the difference until they've bought some
Glad you're back! A bit too much precision work for my style of Madmek scratch-building, but will be a really great way for beginners to learn how to use plasticard and the tools. Looking forward to more mate! Cheers! :)
I used to exclusively use 1mm till Krooza pointed out to me that 2 thin sheets is better than 1 thick one. Yes its twice as much cutting but it gives more scope if sandwiched together. Easier to make holes through and cut outs etc.
Sorry bud, I've been in the process of packing, moving and relocating my whole life from one country to another and only just started to get settled. I don't have any of my notes etc handy. Do I not mention sizes in the grot tanks build a long?
If you follow the card to my video all about Da Green called "3rd party focus Da Green One" you should find all the information there. Da Green I know is in the process of updating and renewing his website and range so if it doesn't connect it maybe temporarily down so just keep checking back. I will announce the new webpage when it's done too if he let's me to know to let people know

More like the Grots nick the tank and make tones of them out of the one tank.
Brutally Honest video! (Lots of fails). Lookin good man.

Thanks bro! I've another few episodes already to go too. And I'm putting one out tomorrow to kinda explain my absense and announce competition winners
@@DreadWaaaghGaming Finally! Sounds good, have been wanting to know the results for quite awhile. Looking forward to it. :)
Excellent! Scratch building IS the Orky (and Grot) way after all. :>)
I think the .5mm (.020") is too thin for scratch building, not very sturdy. I do most of mine with .75mm (.030")

how long are the bodies of the tanks?
