Amazing video. I have tried everything to try to restore a Sandisk write protected flash drive which corrupted after I used to to make a bootable drive for a motherboard bios update. I tried many different recovery software, Diskpart, Registry editing, you name it but nothing would remove the write protect and format this usb. Brilliant work my friend.
The only method that worked when my USB write protected couldn't be fixed, thank you!

i bought it last 2008 HP 8GB, 2016 it corrupted and never it a successful attempt to recover my USB, i was thinking of disposing it, but decided to keep it for future purposes, until this tutorial came by. I tried all the software found in the ZIP archive corresponding to my windows 10 purchased USB pendrive (based on Phison PS2251-07 chip) It didn't work for me. It seems nothing on earth can remove the write protection on this stick and format it :(
