a couple of tips do not put the bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and such in the pot to cook as those are toppings for you to adjust the crunch and flavor after fact. put about half the noodles in along with half the meat that way you get a sense of what it needs. always taste the soup before and after cooking to see how the taste is as it may need the toppings and you can adjust. the point is not to overflow it but to adjust it to your tastes. also if there is a bottle of siracha its fine as that is adjustment also. i've been around so many Vietnamese place and when they serve this its usually the protocol. regular Pho is done for you and you adjust with the second plate of greens and sprouts.
Troi oi! The struggle was real to watch you cook the pho. 😂 It's like cooking hot pot, and it's my first time seeing this for pho. 7:10 That is steamed egg meatloaf, and the dish is called cơm tấm (broken rice) with all the side ingredients. Good stuff and nice to see there are vegan options on the menu! The Vietnamese music added to the ambience. 🎶 Thank you for sharing this yummy review and experience, AK! 🤗😋
Good Morning Ken, 6am in Hawaii, 12 Noon here in Florida... All that looks delicious 😋 I could go for those noodles 🍜 right now. Keep enjoying your Hawaiian Paradise stay 🤗
Looks like enough food to feed at least 2 people. And now I know I'm not the only person who's created a situation to be cleaned up in a restaurant. LOL!
@@ActionKidExtra that's weird. Authentic Vietnamese rice plates and vermicelli bowls usually come with the Nuoc Mam to dip the meats or pour over the noodles. 🤷🏽♀️
@@schen5425 I'm not camera shy. Lol!! I would 1st introduce myself in front of the camera & wave and say I'm going to help AK record while we are in Hawaii 🤪😅😅
You should try and branch out with these videos. I really enjoy them, but all you ever eat is Asian orientated foods ! Keep up the good work though mate.
I luv Vietnamese music in background, meal looks delic 👍🏻

Great advice:-)
That’s why I don’t cook pho Thanks for the advice!
It looks good. I love rice noodles. Can we ever see your mystery girl? lol
It was so delicious
Oh man, looks challenging HAHAHA looks good though! 🍜
The song in the background super OG
Pho’ is good, I like the herbs that comes with it. It is very aromatic. 😋🍜🌶️
Everything looks really delicious AK, thanks for sharing!
Much appreciated!
Yes, the food here is very tasty. My favorite is the simmered caramelized catfish and the hainan chicken rice.

You’re welcome, it was very interesting to cook my own pho (and make a mess)

Keep enjoying your Hawaiian Paradise stay 🤗
You’re welcome, glad you enjoyed it!
You need to work on your chopstick technique. I can catch a fly with mine. LOL.
Michael, 😅😅
@@insinty LOL. I did once crush a fly with a pair of nunchakas on a desk in my college dorm. True story.
A Vietnamese noodle restaurant where you cook your own pho on a hot stone, eh? Pretty fascinating experience, AK. Thanks for sharing this.😀
You’re welcome! Glad you enjoyed my cooking skills 😂
Nice atmosphere in there and the food looked delicious!
Absolutely!
What the heck? They want u to cook and charge u an outrageous $18 for a bowl of pho?
That's what I say. I gotta cook my food, too. Next restaurant please, Lol!!
That’s right
I love phõ
Try Colombian 🇨🇴 food 🥘
This is the way I've always gotten pho, but I usually don't have the ingredients overflow the bowl. It looks really good.
I’ve never had a hot stone pho before where I had to cook it myself
That food looks rich and delicious ❤
It really was
That’s a pass for me …next 😉 I am glad you enjoyed it.
The rare beef slices are meant to go into the soup last, otherwise you would overcook it!
Good point!
hilarious in moderation AK\ you need some sriracha and hoison to give u some more flavor
Your soup making technique needs work too. Continue spilling that soup and you won't have any left.
Plus don't pick noodles up from the pot with a spoon for heaven's sake
AK, are you wearing lipstick or... in this video? Cherry flavor!!!!!!!! 🤭😯👏

Good to know I’m not the only one to create a mess
Nice.Thankyou
Did they give you the Nuoc Mam (fish sauce) for your rice dish?
I didn’t see any fish sauce

You should have put the noodles in first!
😂🙃😋👍
What is the highest rating you give? So far, I have only seen 2 thumbs up...
I never saw hot pot style pho. I’d rather the experts cook it since I ‘m good at overcooking or burning the meat.
Nice decor at the restaurant and your foods looked delicious 😋Thank you for sharing A K🙂👍!!!
Much appreciated! It was a great meal
🦜AKen ur eating 2 dishes again 💥 if not, why can't *we* know who is with you?
It's a surprise Lol!! Someone must be camera shy or AK figures it's none of our business Lol!!

Bi is shredded pork skin and meat. Also, Where is the nuoc man (fish sauce) for the rice dish?
