    I am eating some snow crab legs while watching this. lol The only time I boil them if if I know the store I buy them from are saltier than normal. Other than that, I prefer steaming them after rinsing off the salty ice. Some buffets are known to throw a ton of salt along with their snow crabs. It's the only way to prevent customers from eating them out of business.

    How long to boil?

      5 minutes per pound is standard. It all depends on how much water or the size of the pot and the amount of crabs you'd put in. It's better to do them in batches like frying. Putting too much in at the same time will drop the temperature too much. Just do 1-3 pounds per batch.

I like them like them spicy cajun southern style yet many and just like simp,y cook mild seasoned with butter which is yummy to. No need for. Me to poo poo on that deliciousness. That was rude of me and I apologize for my flippant comment .
