I thought this video was a flop and was just what worked for you, I am new to the game and had catcher camera angle two pci bubbles on and maybe got one perfect perfect a game, I switched to your settings which simplified everything down played around 3 games and probably averaged 6-7 perfect perfects and over 12+ hits a game where I was like 1 pp and 5-7 hits a game this video is HUGE for beginners!!!!

Snapped my little losing streak. And I won my first Event game (only lost my first one and gave up.) If someone enjoyed playing the com in a game I was good at, like fifa or nhl, I’d make fun of them too. But I’m enjoying the comp on The Show lol
I am a 74 year old baseball fan, specifically for the Royals. Since MLB the Show has come out, I “religiously” buy each year and with the Show 24, I am very frustrated. My needs are simple. I just want to load up the current day roster and play with the pitching and hitting mens shwoing up for my controller. However when I do that I am in simulation mode and no matter what settings I access I cannot get the menu for pitchers and batter to appear. Am I just old and out of touch? I don’t want to play the last 3 innings of the “road to the Show”! What am I doing wrong? Is my controller in need of replacing? I have the Playstation 4 version. Thanks for your help.
Just have a good approach while hitting, I tend to try not to swing at any pitches near the edges of the zone unless I have 2 strikes on me. It helps you work counts and just focus on crushing mistake pitches left over the middle of the plate
Normal swing at all times. I sometimes contact swing if it is a situation where I need to score a runner from 3rd base with less than 2 outs but 99% of the time I normally swing
Hitting on Ps3 with a basic 1080p tv is like a slow painfull death caused by being eaten by sand flies. I played on my buddys ps4 with monitor and I hit like Aaron judge and Juan Soto combined.
I’m not buying anything, and I’m not using a wired connection. All for the sake of a game I’m not even dedicated to. Here’s a tip. Don’t play on Series S. I’m only playing because it’s free on Game Pass, but yet I load up The Show 22 on PS5 and I’m hitting everything. Something is obviously off with either the game, or the Series S.

Changing the batter view and the fastball practice literally let me move up from rookie to all star and move my BA up .100 points

Only sometimes when I’m up big and messing around, but almost never because it makes ur pci smaller when u swing with it
