Every time I travel to India for meeting my family and back to my home LA it feels so nice to land in LAX and usually I don't get night landings but whenever I get, its amazing!
sorry to be offtopic but does any of you know of a way to get back into an Instagram account? I somehow forgot my login password. I love any tricks you can give me!
@Yahir Noah Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and im trying it out atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

Nice video, I'm flying to L.A from London this december, I can't wait. I'm not a big fan of travelling but when it comes to visiting the US, I'm always happy lol. I'm also flying on the A380 so I'm really excited about that too
@@NagaShreeRamPydipalli269 as to takeoff run, once the engines set thrust, I measure it from that to when the wheels leave the ground. As to climb rate, that one is harder to gauge. I try to gauge the lower range from liftoff to the point of the ding that typically signals 10,000 feet.

+K Nola I didn't mind flying backwards, once you're in the air you won't notice that you are flying backwards. I like the unique layout as it gives you 100% privacy.
+Mister Geer It is quiet like that. I have a friend who was several times now on the A380 and I asked him the same question. He said yes. I was surprised myself O.O Even in Economy it's that quiet^^
Is it that quiet? I took that same flight (not on the same day and was sitting a little farther back in premium economy on upper deck) but yes, amazingly quiet even behind the wings where you tend to get a little more noise.
On lift off I always feel like am being pushed into the seat. I wonder, if you're in the rear-facing club seat, do you feel like you're gonna slide out the seat?
+Luke Aveyard (JustPlaneCrazy1999) That's not entirely correct. If the outboard A380 engines had reverse thrust it would cause problems with debris being thrown up on the normal 150 foot wide runways, since the wings are so large in diameter. I confirmed this with Airbus a few years back.
+Luke Aveyard (JustPlaneCrazy1999) Anything that could get blown on to the runway and injested by other planes or blowback debris injested by the A380 itself. You have to remember how much power these things have :D
Great quality filming of the take off from Heathrow. "This transit ends here please leave the vehicle" Really? Why wouldn't I want to leave the vehicle? Those fucking asinine announcements which have become common place in the dumbed down U.K really piss me off! "Please make sure you know your own name before boarding just in case you've forgotten it since check-in" will be the next step in this fucked up place!
This is the part of the flight when the pilots become passengers too. Instruments are flying the plane during most of the flight, including takeoff and landing. The only time when pilots intervene is when something goes wrong or they have to maneuver around bad weather. Many pilots are loosing their flying skills because of too much instrumentation. Read a report about this hazard.
J kK Im a pilot for jetBlue and we never rest or take breaks, as long as we know there is clean air and we are cruising, we may take 5 minute breaks, but we're always at it. Never believe news articles, the only people that can tell you what goes on in there are the pilots like me. (And yes, I do long haul JFK-LAX) so I know how it is
SouthwestKPHL Air , True that 747s look way better than the A380s on the outside but on the inside, the A380s are way better! Especially the economy class seats! Even the 10 in a row in 747s are cramped!
Every time I travel to India for meeting my family and back to my home LA it feels so nice to land in LAX and usually I don't get night landings but whenever I get, its amazing!
Beautifully produced. I enjoyed viewing this. Thank you for sharing with us.
That would be the first time I have heard a Cabin Service Manager sound sincere with her arrival announcement. Great video.
Thank you. We'll be taking this flight out of SFO in 51J/K. Nice to get an idea of what it will be like.
+Rebecca Combs I am sure you will enjoy it! 51K has direct aisle access as well. Have a safe flight
Thank you! We can't wait for this trip.
The quiet in the cabin on takeoff is unbelievable.
BA are my favourite Airline i think but not had to many experiences with others outside KLM, Flybee and American Airlines
WOW!!!! Those engines are A WHOLE LOT quieter than the RR engines on the Good Old Boeing 747-400 often used on BA.
Terrific compilation of footage and your experience. Thanks for sharing. Please keep posting :)

Club World is such an amusing name for business class. I love the A380, though I’ll never get to fly it...🥺
You will

Probably the first dusk landing I've seen from LHR - LAX :)
+Ray Brax Yeah this flight was delayed by spproximately 90mins
+Zuhair Farouk How was your experience on the A380
+Ray Brax It was very good. The A380 is a quiet and comfortable aircraft.
Very good video! Epic stuff :) Liked!
+Elliot L- CBGSpotter Thank you! I appreciate it, more to come soon!
Another great video my friend 😊
That steak looks delicious 👍👍
Speedbird 269 is the callsign by the atc. Right?
10:51 Beautiful queen!
I flew backwards in clubworld in January 2016, it was fine.
Yes 2016.
I like this video
Nice Flight Video Bud.
+scotrail82 Thank you, more to come very soon
Great Video!! If you don't mind me asking how much extra is Club World?
chefs on the grounds does good job cooking the yummy meal which stays yummy on 37 k feet.
Nice Flight Video mate.
Takeoff must feel weird while facing backwards. lol
+Bananas eat Tacos Oh yeah, the 777 is an airplane-turned rocket. lol
+Bananas eat Tacos Nice. Can't wait to get on a plane larger than the 757-200, because so far that's the largest I've been on, lol.
+Bananas eat Tacos Jealous.
***** lol
The zig zag seating in club world is so outdated. It was cool when it was introduced but it's gone past its sell by date.
Great video
15:30 amazing!
You wore the same pants on your Phoenix to London video!!
apiece ofdirt we don't say pants in England they are jeans or trousers pants are underwear in UK
Ahhhhh. Kinda like some people call their car their wheels their motor their ride etc. At the end of the day it's still an automobile.
Wilbur and Orville had no idea.......
Exactly
Surprisingly short takeoff run (36 sec from maxing thrust to liftoff or about 6000-some feet) but really slow climb rate
May I know how did you calculate it?
@@NagaShreeRamPydipalli269 as to takeoff run, once the engines set thrust, I measure it from that to when the wheels leave the ground. As to climb rate, that one is harder to gauge. I try to gauge the lower range from liftoff to the point of the ding that typically signals 10,000 feet.

Nice details
I know a puncture cnt be help but couldn't they get a replacement crew member in rather than holding 300+ people up?
If you're going to film the video from the right hand side stay there on the right hand side don't switch over to the left hand side
Mike Gonzales Why not? It’s good to get views from both sides.
May I ask which camera you use? Great video as always!
+SuperAerogamer This video was shot with an iPhone 5 but have since upgraded to the iPhone 6S so all future uploads will be in 1080p at 60fps
Did this flight go on in pretty quick or was it long? Just wondering as I'm flying to lax this summer and hate long flights
its about an 11 hour flight
london-->la (with no stops) is 11 hours. a bit hellish, but it's worth it
+Rita Simonian ThankYou!
let me guess that plane takes you about 1 day and 10hours to get their right..
Paulina Jusel Just 10 hours 1 day and ten hours would be a 34 hour long flight Or is it a joke plz tell me i dont wanna get r/woshed
It's strange to see the seat from the other side
You Made This On My 7th Birthday
Happy birthday
What is the seat number of this seat and in what class is it?
Did you regret flying backwards, I am booking this flight soon and would like your opinion. Thx

+Zuhair Farouk Thank you sir, much appreciated.
Zuhair Farouk is it first class
Wow, that is really slow climb to cruising altitude.
Beeg plane, sloooooooooow climb...
Wow... Is it really that quiet, or is the mic just turned down on the camera? I usually take the 747 and there is a good bit more noise.

Big Brown hands stealin' at minute 19.47 seconds!
Nice video, Did the csm not do the onboard welcome after takeoff????
+Will CSM personally came to my seat and welcomed me :)
+Zuhair Farouk. Are you gold?
+Will Indeed I am :)
On lift off I always feel like am being pushed into the seat. I wonder, if you're in the rear-facing club seat, do you feel like you're gonna slide out the seat?
+Martin Ucanda To be honest, I do not feel like I am sliding off my sear during take off. Thanks for watching
I travel mostly backward in club and to be honest I prefer it. But landings do feel funny
Must be nice to be able to always afford First Class seats.
What a beast
I wonder if they have Mac and cheese on any of their flights. That'd be perfect for me.
Flew to Phoenix in club on a 747. And yes Infact they did. But they called it original gourmet macaroni and cheese
James Sinon omg thank you :D
Why is it backwards anyway?
+Luke Aveyard (PlaneCrazy1999/Asgore) It is called the 'Ying-Yang' configuration where the aisle seat faces forward and all other seats face rearward.
Oh, this is interesting. Is there an actual purpose to it or does it just look more appealing?
+Luke Aveyard (PlaneCrazy1999/Asgore) My guess is probably to utilize the space and not waste it
+Bananas eat Tacos These are really good ideas. Too bad it has to be so expensive lol
lol I went to the lounge in 2015 IT WAS LIT
Why were the seats facing the rear?
First class or business class seats i think, plus it's a fancy design i guess :D
Because they were?......... Why does the plane have wings? Or engines? While we are asking stupid questions.
was there any turbulence?
Not really
Okay, last comment, I swear: why is it that only the inboard engines have reverse thrusting in the A380? I never understood that.
Because the brakes are extremely strong and they don't need the extra power
James Sinon Oh, k, thank you. :D
+Aidan Hutchison What kind of debris? Dirt from the grass next to the runway?
+Luke Aveyard (JustPlaneCrazy1999) Anything that could get blown on to the runway and injested by other planes or blowback debris injested by the A380 itself. You have to remember how much power these things have :D
Zuhair Farouk what is your job if I may ask ?
is there any difference between business and first class?
Osama Al Mulki yes a lot!
That will be me in 4 days but instead I’m going in first
these videos would be so much better if there was some narration
I am slowly transitioning into doing some narration
I like it better without narration
i thought british airways are thai airlines
i keep always mistaken their aircraft
they are nothing alike
they are nothing alike

Americans are jealous because they don't have any A380s. Sorry America, but the 747 is becoming obsolete :)

What reason is that, apart from not wanting to offend Boeing?
