@GibsonGarage Hey mate, thanks for the video and tips. I am very curious, did you ever find out more about that small strut that was forward of the steering linkage? I’ve never seen that before and I don’t believe my 2011 has one. I’m wondering if that will help with the engine stability. Thanks
@@Michael-fr3xc I doubt that was the case. Anything can be reverse engineered. Chances are Rock Auto was out of the passenger side. There are times when Ford aftermarket parts are produced by an "approved" supplier and Ford gets a cut of the action.
I have a 2003 Ranger and it was given to me free. Had no motor. Vin said had 3.0 so I found a used motor from a 2005. Didn’t want to go on the mounts so I forced it. Now I notice it is leaning towards passenger side. Do I need to buy mounts for a 2005 3.0 ?
Thanks Allin You’re an amazing mechanic and very reliable people out there if you want good work done Get a hold of him
not interested in what you did, but HOW it was done step by step. thank you for the videos.
Can you tell me where to get the driver's side , because I've looked everywhere and I can't find it

Gotta get a whole new front end alignment to put on motor mounts😳😂😑!!
If you got to go through all that pop a new motor in there. 😂
I noticed Rock Auto only has driver side engine mounts for the RWD but not passenger side. Odd.
That’s cuz Ford didn’t give the correct design to aftermarket manufacturers.
Pisses me off!

Is this for the 5.0 V8 too?
