    Hi... very informative video... can you make detailed video about fragrance oils?? What are the top, middle and base notes? How to customize the fragrance oil? How do you decide the name of the candle?? You made this candle and name it "bookshop", so on which criteria, you name it "bookshop"? Please answer these questions... I will be very grateful to you... thanks...

    • @sosacandles

      @namratachakravarty6166 I have used soy wax and coconut wax blend in this video 🙂 (I use this blend for my business as it helps the candles burn cleaner and longer).

      @atharvamishra1-c522 There are multiple things to do to make sure the fragrance stays for long. I’ve shot a video on it. I’ll be releasing it soon. I’m confident it will help you make long lasting fragrant candles 🙂

    That was an amazing hack Sonal, excellent work 🎉 What temp did you pour the wax at if I can ask?

    • @sosacandles
      @sosacandles  7 месяцев назад

      @tinacynth Thank you! 🙂
      I poured at 80 degreees. (General rule of thumb is to add the fragrances at around 85 degrees and pour the wax at around 75 to 80 degrees. Works great for binding the scents with the wax.) I also share a lot of informational content, please do consider subscribing to my channel to stay in the loop 🙂

    What wax did you use? I have tried making a few 3 wick candles biggest is wick placement. Thanks for the tips

      Hey Sharon, I used coconut soy wax. It’s super luxurious wax blend. It burns well and clean, and has a great scent throw. I have these for my high range candles, and customers love it.
      Also, I went through a lot of frustration myself 😅 and that’s when I thought of this tool. It’s really jugaadu like us Indians, and works really well. Do let me know if you’re facing any other challenges.
      Happy Sunday ☺️

      Well... I'm living in Jammu... Yes... It's winter time..🙂

    • @sosacandles
      @sosacandles  9 месяцев назад

      @insiyagandotra4583 exactly! It happens due to inconsistent cooling conditions (caused due to rapid cooling). Completely normal when using soy waxes.
      You can pour an additional layer of melted wax or use a heat gun to even out the surface of the candle. Both the solutions work well.
      Also, the video I discussed previously includes more examples. Its taken a whole, but I’ll release it soon. :)

    • @insiyagandotra4583
      @insiyagandotra4583 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@sosacandles thanks a lot.. but also want to know.. if I don't use a heat gun nor add some melted wax... Does it affect candle burning? Just asking because sometimes i make candles for my own😆

    • @sosacandles
      @sosacandles  9 месяцев назад

      So basically, if you don’t cover it, your candle will burn inconsistently 🙂
      Since it’s for personal use only, how about you burn a single candle and then decide for yourself. Accordingly you can decide on the next steps 🙂
