The forties have been 'unpopularised' because it's the period when our pursuit of material successism is constantly being challenged by modern day society standards. All of a sudden, we're busy counting our regrets.
@@theatienor Thank you for watching and for your kind words ☺️. In your opinion what do you think is the 15th regret? Maybe you’ve observed elsewhere….
@@ManoeuveringMidlifeMy biggest regret is not having the confidence to pursue my talents and dreams when I was younger. I let self-doubt hold me back from exploring my passions and potential. I wish I had been more courageous and believed in myself more, as I feel like I missed out on opportunities that could have shaped my life differently. Now, I'm working on building my confidence and pursuing my dreams, even if it's later than I hoped.
@@theatienor I feel you 💯... As someone in my mid-40s, I’ve learned that self-doubt is a common hurdle we all face, but it doesn’t have to hold you back. It's good that you believe in your potential and are starting to take steps towards your dreams every day. Surround yourself with supportive people who lift you up and remind you of your worth. STAY CLEAR OF THOSE THAT ALWAYS DISCOURAGE YOU. They are not visionaries, they are DREAM-K!LL3RS. Be kind to yourself and watch your confidence grow with each step you take. You've got this!🤗
@@ManoeuveringMidlife Thank you so much for your encouraging words! I really appreciate your advice and support. You're absolutely right, self-doubt is a common obstacle, but it's not insurmountable. I'm grateful for your reminder to surround myself with positive influences and to be kind to myself. Thank you so much again 🫶🏾
Thanks so much🙏 for your kind words and for watching my videos! I sort of give my story in another video (which I linked it in this video). I intend to another one after I complete another milestone. Please stick around for that.. 🙂. By the way, what is the 15th biggest regret in your opinion as a midlifer?😊
@@ManoeuveringMidlife my biggest regret is honestly staying too long in a bad situation that never served me,am still here imagine such a shame ,another one of my greatest regrets is i should have persued my dreams now i just imagine them in my mind, but am working on my life i believe its not too late.
@@maddemadetv445 Sending you hugs 🤗 my dear! The fear of the unknown makes it harder to get out of a bad situation. I wish you courage. I am here with you, pursuing my dreams at mid-40s. I believe you can, too. Start by taking small manageable steps. If you can still visualize yourself actually achieving your dreams (no matter how big), then you're halfway there. And please guard and keep them private because there are people (even close relatives) who will always plant doubt, because it is human nature to fear the unknown. xoxo
