A heads-up to the Olkaria Geothermal Spa fees. You have to pay KWS national park fees AND you also have to pay again to use get into the pool. Best day would be a cloudy one because Naivasha can be super hot on regular days.

Hi sis I could definitely relate to your experience at the police station. Our police system has deteriorated badly, that even something as quick as certification of a document becomes such a hassle. And its the same with us as well, still using paper and ink for fingerprints....when I went last month, I was not even provided with something to wipe my hands with doing the prints 😄 As for office politics, don't even get me started....kindness, helpfulness is slowly disappearing...quite sad!

Please get rid of the plastic cover. The micro plastics get into the food. Re: odour please go straight to your gynae. It could be nothing or BV or something else. Just get it checked. Also gentle exercise helps during your period. I’m a heavy bleeder with fibroids. I cut down on tampons when I noticed the smell and stick to fragrance free pads.

My menses would take 5-6 days but noticed there was spotting going on 3- 4 days later, & a bit of an odour. Ignored ot for I'd say 6 months until one day I was at work & I was like I can smell myself & got paranoid that other could smell it too. Went to see the gynae turned, she prescribed anti bionics for me & my person at the time. Bur as she examined me she found 2 orange sized fibroids No brainer for me coz I'd decided 6yrs ago, no.kore kids...did a hysterectomy 3 months ago - ovaries intact (yay to no more expenses on pads & tampons). So YES...pls visit the gynae.

Hey Mufu! I so enjoy your videos as we navigate midlife. So proud of you for going back for your Masters. It’s never too late and if it’s in your heart, go for it! I just went back for my doctorate after 11 years on my masters. Happy to say I graduated last December. Hang in there. Anything worth doing isn’t easy but you got this.

The reason I have a hard time firing the help is that I imagine this story behind her employment situation. I tell myself, "She has small kids, she's the sole provider, good work is hard to come by, etc.." It totally disarms me and then I force myself to look at her soft skills..."she's punctual, polite, kind, etc..." as I continue to suffer.😓
