I remember his shorts popped off from RUclips and when he had his crowdfunding campaign going. It’s crazy to see just how far he’s come with his film and he deserves everything he’s getting out of it!
I followed him through the process and i was greatly anticipating the finished product . It was amazing!! It _is_ amazing!! I'm si glad he's being recognized!
I watched the premiere of gruff. It was beautiful. I was telling my mom about it, and I said it was 2 minutes long. It was actually 9. It felt like 2 because I was so invested.
I just finished watching you on CBS. You have so much patience in creating your masterpiece. Paper cuts of each character and turning into a film. You are a genius.
I've been following along with this project for a while now, over a year at least. I'm delighted that it's so successful, and I know he's going to go on to do amazing things
So sad man. When a man becomes a father they need to learn to open up. Life is too short for this hard heartednes. And I am almost certain the father wished he could, but the more you solidify your ways the hard to seemingly becomes to let them down (it isn't though, I finally realised for myself, thankfully at a younger age before it become who I was).
❤❤. Respect my father passed away two years ago. He was a strong man, he lived till 80 years old. I still remember him saying. “Te Amo CABRON!” Some people would say it was wrong, but that was my Dad. He provided for me, kept the family together before my Mom passed and accepted the good and bad. Thank you 😅
The man who made Wallace and Gromit did a not too disimilar excellent job. It would be interesting to see what this fine creator thought of Nick Park's intricate characters.

You know you've hit the big-time if you have your own segment on a national news program!
I love the innovative style of film making for Gruff. I want to see this film now.
You can watch it here on RUclips
That was the best CBS Sunday Morning SUN ever !!! Your paper characters are Beautiful !!! ❤
This guys deserves recognition. Thanks CBS
I am always cheering for the independent film industry. The quality looks great. It’s all about storylines, character formation and good plots.

I'm si glad he's being recognized!
I’d love to see a feature length animated film done in this style, it’s very appealing and wonderful eye candy. In addition to unique storytelling.
This is so inspirational! More power to independent animators/filmmakers who actually try something fresh and original.
Love the old handmade animation of Disney and Warner Bros.; never really got better and more human than that.
Been following his progress for a while so this is amazing to see the recognition
So talented! You made it happen and I am so proud of you. You brought me happiness when I learned of your process -- ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!!

He made it fr 🗣️ good for him. He truly deserves the recognition
First question. BANG! El Major saves the day once again.

Amazing and beautiful art.
Man I’m so proud of bro!
Man hearing him say why he did it makes sense how he had the drive.
These paper cutouts are so much more visually interesting and compelling compared to that over-the-top overproduced computer generated movie.
Wow amazing.
The man who made Wallace and Gromit did a not too disimilar excellent job. It would be interesting to see what this fine creator thought of Nick Park's intricate characters.
Well done!
Fantastic!!!
In Japan this is called GEKIMATION, look up the more adult (horror) films, Burning Buddha Man and Violence Voyager

We are generations of traumatized human beings. Blessings to all, be kind.
I loved elemental
It's been done...
new? they did this on MTVs liquid television (at least do not call it new)
Did anyone else come from their art teacher sending you this?😅
Disney needs this guy.
i love this rather that AI stuff that is starting to look all the same
Did people miss life with loopy on kablam? It was paper with stop motion and real hands combination.
R.I.P,,2 Ur Pop.
Now, if he had just shot it on an iPhone, he could've gotten Apple commercial residuals... ;-)
Fantastic work. HAND MADE
looks way better than elemtanatatao or whatever
How is he come with this idea of using paper?
❤💓
❤❤😊
I’d rather pay $20 for gruff than any woke BS Disney or others put out. This was a good short movie that told a good story.
Now ai will do everything for us
The grandpa died at the end
While amazing with new techniques, paper animation is NOT NEW invention. check out The Fight Between the Snipe and the Clam (1983) among many others.
Lol. They’re flirting
I seen gruff
Eh its ok
South Park did this years ago.
This looks infinitely better than South Park
No. This is a different animation process.
Not the same at all
Miss peel
