Press the Quench Button. A „heater“ inside the Magnet will be activated. The liquid cold helium get heated and gets to gas. The pressure rises and the securying „burst Disk“ breaks. The Gas can flow outside through the quench pipe. All this happens very fast, so the Magnet field should be take down in 30seconds.
