(No oven) Korean style 'salt steamed bread'

  • How far will the creative nation's salt bread reinvention go? I found a salt steamed bun hot place in Buan🫢
    There is also a limit of two purchases per person, and salt steamed buns that are sold out if you go late.. I was so curious that I made it myself, and I was excited while making it, but it was more than I expected! There may be likes and dislikes, but according to my family, I think it's better than regular salt bread Make sure to make a soft-textured salt bread :) The first fermentation is omitted, so it doesn't take long and it's!
    **Process
    1. Mix butter and salt well so that they do not clump together, hold a rectangular shape on the wrap, and store frozen
    2. Just knead the dough to a smooth surface. (You don't need to hold gluten for steamed bread.)
    3. Bench time 10 minutes after dividing into 6
    4. Cut the butter into six equal parts and form it
    5. Fermentation (30 minutes using fermentation function in oven, room temperature fermentation 40 minutes to 1 hour)
    6. Steam in boiling water for 11-12 minutes
    ** Recipes
    (Mix)
    200g of gravitational powder
    Instant Dry East 3g
    10g of sugar
    2g of salt
    10g skim milk powder (available)
    10g of butter
    3g of baking powder
    - Steamed bread has to have baking powder to give a soft texture :)
    130ml of lukewarm milk
    (for plastic surgery)
    40 to 50g of butter
    1 to 2 g of salt
    - Add or subtract the amount of butter and salt according to your preference. I like salty things, so 2g is just right, and most of all, you have to mix butter and salt well so that they don't clump together. If you want to feel the flavor of butter more strongly, I recommend 50g.

      @@maisond4684 만들어 봤는데 버터에서 특유의 이상한 맛이 나더라고요ㅠㅠ 혹시 버터에서 이상한 냄새? 나는 건 어떻게 잡아야 하는지ㅠㅠ 궁금합니다ㅠㅠ
