Tonka trucks are great. I had several that we kept in the back cabinets of our garage when I was a kid. I know we left them there when we moved. So wish we would've kept them. Sweet finds!
I only collect and deal in numismatic coins, although as a youngster I had a great Lionel HO gauge train set. Those people in the great state of Wisconsin, along with Minnesota and Michigan, have very noticeable accents, I must say !!! 🧐😉 😲😳😬 🤣😂🤣
The Tonka "Big Mike" dump truck indeed had the tandem rear axle. The "State Highway Dept." dump truck you have is the 1957 version. That apparently was the only year that version of the cab had the hood scoop.
Very cool I used to get the Hess trucks for Christmas every single Year from my grandma when I was little. Instead of playing with them and breaking them and destroying then I come to find out years and decades later that there's a huge collectables market for sealed Hess truck toys in the box😂oh well at least I had fun with them as a youngin 😂😂
@@dancerscc I have seen them before they are getting more and more scarce and are climbing up there and value. The big Mikes if you look at them have the big dump bed and are longer. This one however has a small bed and dosent say big mike on it. But really it is getting to be worth just as much as the big mikes nowadays.
I wanted to thank GamingYT for subscribing to Dancer's Collectibles.

That's actually really sweet!!
It is amazing how much you can make off those toys.
That’s cool my friend
I forgot to ask. Do you have plows by you, or does the weather change so fast that you don't need them?
@@dancerscc we have plows

I don't think I ever got more than one Tonka truck when I was younger!
@@dancerscc crazy how there's a huge market and collectables for them
Thats not a big mike. Big mikes has dual rear axles and a extended dump bed. Still a cool find.
Have you seen one like this before? Can you identify?
