That " No Parking Board " is still there . That was Installed while in 90s . Tree was small those days . Tree grown along with Trafic board .
I was having my daily breakfast here those days . Good food .
Kharabath and Idly vada were only available items those days . Still been continued .
Some friendly feedback:
1. There are plenty of reviews of this joint and other similar ones in Bangalore from locals and from North Indians who can barely tell idlis and dosas apart. The way to differentiate yourself is to utilize your extensive experience with these items in the Telugu states to compare and contrast with how they do things over there in Karnataka. Would you say Brahmin's fare is superior to your favorite tiffin places back home? If yes, why?
2. The music you are using as filler during the pauses in the commentary is mixed way too loud compared to your voice. I am constantly adjusting the volume dial to prevent eardrum harm. Please look into it.
Sir one suggession. It being a Brahmin hotel, it's name may be changed as coffee house instead of coffee bar. Please bring it to the notice of hotel management.

I am from bangalore... This hotel is very expensive... Now one coffee will cost 24 Rs. And normal taste only... This place is hyped... There are better small joints like dwaraka etc.,
Already many self serving hotels charge 22₹ for 2 Idlis. Coffee ₹12 only in small cup in small hotels. Regular moderate hotels also ₹25. So not very costly. ₹18 for Idly is normal.

What is the problem in selling that. Andhra lo raju gari biryani, subhani biryani, chowdari gari hotels kuda unnayi kada. Tine vantalaki kulam, gotram matam undadu. Nijam oppukovalsinde. Udipi hotels anevi entha famous world wide. They are from Udipi Brahmins alage MTR, Adiga group of hotels anni world famous. Meeru Karnataka lo ekkada chusina pure veg hotels operated by Brahmins or by their franchises. Taste, Quality, Hygiene anedi comparison anedi ledu. Janalu evaru kulam chusi vellaru. Quality bavunte veltaru. Ledante evaru vellaru

It's a problem if they refuse service to people of other backgrounds or religions. That's not happening. Caste here represents a style of cooking and preparation. It's not being used to discriminate or insult anyone.
First thing don't do food review in Bangalore 90% of Andhra and Telangana people definitely don't like it. It is not of our taste. This is just waste of your time.
