Waterfall Long Exposure Photography. Using A Faulty Wide Angle Lens!

In this video I am shooting a beautiful waterfall in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. When I'm shooting waterfalls, I'm always using long exposures because that's what makes a waterfall stand out. This time my friend David came along and it was so nice having another fellow photographer shoot with me, because most times I'm flying solo.
Also, towards the end of the shoot I am trying a long exposure with my wide angle lens that is damaged and cannot be used in conjunction with a ND filter. Will I get a good photo, or do I gave to get another wide angle lens?
