    You have done this Spot On. I have no idea why anyone would diss you over the things you are doing here. It took me 3 years to work it out and you are giving away the information. So maybe sometime things do not work out the same but all artists and their music are different and sometimes it TAKES TIME and patience to build up. I purchased your Spotify e book the song Launch checklist and when done reading and practicing those will move on to you Tube and Face book You are talented good hearted and others may be jealous but if they follow the plans and make adjustments for their own music I am sure they will succeed too. and NO You DID NOT pay me ask me you don't even know me! I am the owner of 3 micro labels whose faith in your products is high. Thank you

    Dropping a song a week is working great for me and it has helped grow my fanbase more than 10x in the last 12 months. I also do everything myself. I record all the live instruments and i mix and master all my own stuff. I have nearly 40,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and I've never even ran an ad. It's 100% organic growth. It's a lot of work, yeah, but it's very worth it, and it's working great for me, so I'll take your words with a grain of salt 🤷‍♂️ i know you mean well. much love, dude

    Thank you, 1 song a week burned me pretty quickly.
    I do everything on my own, and striving for quality actually made it hard for me to creat new songs - cuz I know that every other song is gonna be a hell of a work.

      My advice - build up a catalog of 20 unreleased songs and post them twice a month, that would be 10 months of songs that you can put out and in that timeframe you work on future projects, so you won’t feel like you’re in a rat race for the new song.

    As a fan, I have no desire for new music every week - the connection to the artist is gone if they drop so many tracks.
    I like it when artists are a bit more elusive so I can digest the new track/video or whatever. That’s way more interesting to me than excessive ‘content’ lol

    Having only a plan A works great if the world stays the same. In 2024, things are moving way too fast to think that what you are doing today will be the same tomorrow. Not to mention, something can happen to you or someone significant, (health wise, financially or other) that can prevent you from completing Plan A, to which you will then sit and wish you had a plan B.

    I agree that publishing once a week is too much work, especially if you have a full-time job and a family. I was releasing every 2 weeks for a while now and even that was hard. I think releasing every 3-4 weeks is possible without burning out.

    • @pipikakachu
      @pipikakachu 2 месяца назад

      @@Dub321 that’s exactly what Nic D was saying. I understand the concept but it is also good to build up a catalog if you have quality music. You can always create content after the fact but dropping the music is important. It’s an extra if you’re able to release weekly as long as it’s quality.
