I'm unfamiliar with how the game development process works but you really gotta wonder why they'd add cool shit like elements (that also changes the color of attacks, something I've always wanted in XV2) and leave out other cool shit like transformations for cac's. And yeah, only 3 fighting styles & no sword styles? I genuinely don't understand some of the decisions that were made here.
Because its more about goku luffy and naruto so are cac will only have those 3 type of fighting style but it would be cool if it was about goku luffy naruto and Ichigo that would be so awesome

What we need done is to speak up cause if we come together we can get them to give us a sword fighting style in a update later on after launch. Why accept what they gave us we want more and it’s not selfish if we’re paying for something we want it’ll also help the game more. And they do listen because look at Dragon ball xenoverse 2 we wanted super sayin blue a couple of updates later we got it, we wanted a invite button for jump force we got it , i say we should have people fire up and get them to give us our sword preset fighting style because I do not want to have the vision for my cac ruined because they didn’t want to add it and I’m sure you people agree the real question where do we go from here. It takes more voices to be heard let’s make it happen.
since I know damn well this game will get a sequel or a really big update the next update needs to add the following : Customizable stands : Sharingans Rinnegans and other Genjutsu : Different Races like Vampires : Saiyans : Majins : Frieza's : Ect : More than 3 fighting styles : Sword : Ninjutsu : Pirate : Martial Arts : More customizable attacks like Quirks : Stands : Grimoires and Ninjutsu, Tailed beasts? maybe even Zanpakutou : More Anime series than just One Piece Naruto , DBZ Love em but we need characters like Tsuna, Koro Sensei : Like in DC Universe Online you can change the background where you're character comes from it makes a different story each area : More Villains That's really all I want from the game The rest is pretty solid in my opinion Just needs more attacks to use and more customization besides character customization
So basically... you just want every move in the game to be usable by the CAC. Well... I get why, but I also understand the reasoning behind not including certain abilities. It simply wouldn't make sense for the CAC to just suddenly have a Stand or a kekkei genkai. Meanwhile, the abilities that _are_ usable by CACs could actually be recreated through other, relatively more accessible means.
Here's my personal wishlist for Jump Force 2, if that ever happens. - More characters from more shows. This is a no-brainer, moving on. - More fighting styles for CACs. The 4 we have right now are pretty cool, but at the same time, there are quite a few more that could be given to us. Heck, a Stand-based fighting style _could_ actually work... _if_ we made it a generic energy construct like the swords, because an entirely unique Stand would mean an entirely unique ability, which wouldn't let you use all of the actually _cool_ Stand user powers that ya'll actually _want_ anyway. There could also be a gun-based fighting style, or one focused around magic (fancy schmancy light circles and everything), or a duelist style with (if we really wanna go this deep) multiple different sub-styles that determine your primary monster. - If you're not gonna let us use actual physical swords, atleast let us recolor the energy blade. Same with the glowing humanoid Stand stand-in, magic circles, and _maybe_ muzzle flashes from guns, if the previous point makes it in. - Make the CAC aura not depend on the CAC's fighting style, and instead let us customize it ourselves. It's honestly kinda sad when the fighting style you chose for your character fits them... but the aura doesn't. - On a related note, give us the ability to personally customize our CAC's awakened form. I'm not asking for specifically Super Saiyan, but let us create that if we want, or give our characters a Hollow form, or give them some sort of kekkei genkai, or even make an entirely unique form specifically _for_ our character. The generic aura is neat, I guess, but we would _all_ like some extra flair to our power-ups, and it'd be best if we got to choose the specifics. The "related note" is because... well, a different form tends to also mean a different aura, so that should be customizable on this too. - _They should stop limiting themselves just to WSJ._ Seriously, it's not Weekly Shonen Jump Force, it's _just_ Jump Force. It's fine if they don't want to give us things from non-Jump manga, but they shouldn't limit themselves to _just_ WSJ when stuff like Young Jump gives the game _this_ much more potential for awesomeness. - Fix the story mode animations. Yet another no-brainer. - Give us better netcode. No-brainer, is that you? _Yes it is._ - Rather than having us stick to pre-set color schemes for the different outfits, they should do what Xenoverse (usually) does, give us just _one_ copy of each outfit, and let us color them ourselves. - This is just a personal thing, and _somewhat_ ties into the custom awakening bit, but imagine if certain bits of character customization, like the eyes and "features"/markings, could be made to glow. That would just let us make _all sorts_ of badass characters. - Expanding on the element system. I like the idea of recoloring your attacks, but they seriously haven't done enough with it. Give us more moves with the option for an element change, let certain previous moves that didn't have this option before get it... *stares at Yusuke's moves* ...and let us element-change ultimates. As for the elements themselves... the 6 we have already are just fine, in my honest opinion, though I'd say they should probably influence the moves a bit more, like darkness making the Kamehameha purple and black rather than just purple.
Considering the lack of features for the CaC this kind of feels unfinished, but this seems to be the standard nowadays, release unfinished games and charge the people more to finish it. Maybe by the end 2019 after all player feedback this game will be finished.

Making a character like Kenshin was my sole reason in getting the game. Without actually weapons.....this just reminds me of a polished up xenoverse. And hell, at least I can transform in that game.

well tell me how to program gear fourth for example on every cac. If you want more buy the game and they'll give you more content with the resources that money can provide. The moves available are a lot even when they could have use that time to put more characters in the game but they gave you the opportunity to use a kamehameha and a rasengan at the same time with your cac.

See, this is why I don’t preorder games anymore. The one thing, the ONE THING, they needed to get right was the character creator, and they fucked it up. Like, I can understand not having transformations as that could become really hard to program, but could they really think of no way to alter transformation supers to not include the transformations? Like for Gon’s remove the part about becoming an adult and getting Marge Simpson hair but keep the punch-kick-punch combo. Could they really not think of a way to include weapons other than an energy sword? One of the ultimate moves I was most looking forward to was Seiya’s since I love archery-based powers. I mean, Ryo pulls guns, bazookas, exploding barrels and an entire freaking car out of thin air, why can’t our CaCs?

Aporia Yakuza if that was true couldn’t they let us have that guy who uses guns moves? I’m pretty sure if our character is from America they would have access to guns to fight with.
Aporia Yakuza first off, a game about anime coming to life and the main character turning into an anime character has no need for realism. Secondly, what, my character can learn some ninjutsu, but not Shadow Clone? Or use Ichigo’s and Rukia’s Shikai, but not their Bankai? Or summon swords out of thin air but no other weapon? Also, you can’t even use Dark Magician or Dark Magician Girl. Those are kinda just two normal Duel Monster cards in Yu-Gi-Oh. The game has no excuse to not include certain moves. Turn stands into Shadow Clones and replace giant summons with a mecha or something, if they’re THAT concerned with believability, just don’t be promising character creation then leaving a third of the moves on the chopping block.

We need to talk to bandai with our voices and not our wallets and in order for that to be done we need a crap ton of people to be on the same page. Literally 3 fighting styles and no usable weapons. I'm down for it. There are a lot more issues than we thought.. For example: loooooong ass loading screens. You can literally just sit there and do sth else just to get to your cac customization menu and those times between cutscenes.. it's ridiculous! Another thing is the story mode.. weird animations and all you do is fight other cacs(enemys) or casts to allie with them

While we’re at this movement let’s also try to get shenanigan moves for our cac followed by sword fighting style and if not a sword fighting style at the very least a better looking energy sword for when we do the move cause the current one looks horrendous

The animation quality is honestly not that great. It feels like there is very little weight behind a lot of moves and they try to hide it with an overly shaky camera.
My heart broke as I saw that you have to earn money for the moves. I really hope you can get money fast in this game because the CaCs are basically the selling point for me
There are gold farming missions that pay out tremendously. You can also earn moves through certain character quests to negate purchasing them, cause TBH, the costumes expensive... but are fantastic! DIO's alone has 4 variations, one based on Giorno's colours!

Uh no. Onyx Chidori is not no damn Amaterasu in a chidori. Sasuke been doing Onyx Chidori since he first unlocked curse mark. They just brought it back, once Sasuke got the sages power. It's literally the same exact move though.
Uh yea thats the same chidori he used at the end of shippuden and even so they cant use the excuse that your human for sharigan abilities last i checked sasuke is 100% human and it still don't excuse that moves are paywall locked

So random questions. can you stack Buffs? whats the stats for the Buffs? how much does Awakening of Senses decrease your defense? and if you can stack the buffs, debuff a character then us an Ultimate, How much damage would that do?
But they could of had it like to make a dragonball sayain Naruto ninja either from uchiha/uzumaki Jojos world etc so that making different characters actually meant something that different races had race/ clan specific moves
Dang man, I was hoping to give my character a Stand ability but I guess not. I mean it wouldn’t make sense since it’s complicated to get a stand with these moves. I felt like if they added Joseph or Jonathan (who has Hamon or in Joseph’s case Hermit purple which is just hamon) we could have some fun and interesting move sets. I was hoping to make a super badass Stand or Hamon user but I guess not. Heck giving CaCs Killer Queen or King Crimson or whatever stand they can find would be cool but that would take a lot of time and would cause some controversy.
I mean, I get it, kinda, but it's still weirdly strict. Some of the moves that we _can_ use are still weird for us to be able to use and some of them are just weird that we can't. We can use some of Ruffy's moves despite not having the Gum Gum fruit (or whatever it was called lol), but we can't use Ryo Saeba's moves, which are literally just some guns?
Well... If you didn't notice, whenever you use Gum-Gum Red Hawk, your arm doesn't stretch like Luffy's does _because_ you don't have the Gum-Gum Devil Fruit power. Just saying.
I've noticed that there is only a colour scheme of Blue, orange/red and purple attacks. Maybe it's too much to ask but, maybe they could let us choose the colour of the blasts and what not.
The thing is they dont even need to make our cac have star platinum or the world if that was such a problem all they needed to do is animate arms punching really fast and that's it. Simple as that.
Well, I suppose I'll have to make do with having Dio or Jotaro on my team to be able to use stands, plus I'm not technically a Saiyan so I suppose I can leave that to Goku and Vegeta. :/ I'm pretty sure it'll all come in the form of DLC's in the future, but for now I'll make my CAC the best it can be when I get this game I guess.

I got this game tbh its a 4/10 maybe a 5.5/10 if you really want to be a fan boy. It has cool concept but it lacks a lot in execution and i think j stars was better. The cac is a waste of a character. Cant customize clothes and over half of the skills in the game aren't available for cac for example no stands no doujutsu no swords no guns no tailed beast. Pretty much anything in game that is really cool your cac cannot do.
Or naruto ultimate i was hoping for multiple ults for each cc but nop instead we got tailed beast boom ( even tho they could have chosen tailed beast rasenshurken which it looks alot better than the tailed beast boom) but what do i know

Alright, i'm happy they kept it realistic and all, (No sharingan or stand moves for CAC ect.) And I understand the tailed beast rasenshuriken thing but... Kaguya's ash bones are also a kekkei genkai. .-. what logic? Also gonna agree with all the comments asking for more fighting styles, especially weapon based ones like swords.
Welp guess I'll just play xenoverse 2. More moves, transformations for everyone. Instead of this they should just make xenoverse types for all the core animes. It would be awesome to make a ninja in the narutoverse, or someone in one piece. I had a feeling that with so many animes in one game there would be a lot of moves left out and I was right. Don't get me wrong, the game looks great, and seems like they definitely nailed the effects, but there just isn't enough in it to make your character feel somewhat unique. It's a bit of an immersion breaker to have moves from a bunch of people on one character, rather than just focus on having a ton of moves from one anime instead. This is of course my opinion only.

well tell me how to program gear fourth for example on every cac. If you want more buy the game and they'll give you more content with the resources that money can provide. The moves available are a lot even when they could have use that time to put more characters in the game but they gave you the opportunity to use a kamehameha and a rasengan at the same time with your cac.

See, this is why I don’t preorder games anymore. The one thing, the ONE THING, they needed to get right was the character creator, and they fucked it up. Like, I can understand not having transformations as that could become really hard to program, but could they really think of no way to alter transformation supers to not include the transformations? Like for Gon’s remove the part about becoming an adult and getting Marge Simpson hair but keep the punch-kick-punch combo. Could they really not think of a way to include weapons other than an energy sword? One of the ultimate moves I was most looking forward to was Seiya’s since I love archery-based powers. I mean, Ryo pulls guns, bazookas, exploding barrels and an entire freaking car out of thin air, why can’t our CaCs?

Aporia Yakuza if that was true couldn’t they let us have that guy who uses guns moves? I’m pretty sure if our character is from America they would have access to guns to fight with.
Aporia Yakuza first off, a game about anime coming to life and the main character turning into an anime character has no need for realism. Secondly, what, my character can learn some ninjutsu, but not Shadow Clone? Or use Ichigo’s and Rukia’s Shikai, but not their Bankai? Or summon swords out of thin air but no other weapon? Also, you can’t even use Dark Magician or Dark Magician Girl. Those are kinda just two normal Duel Monster cards in Yu-Gi-Oh. The game has no excuse to not include certain moves. Turn stands into Shadow Clones and replace giant summons with a mecha or something, if they’re THAT concerned with believability, just don’t be promising character creation then leaving a third of the moves on the chopping block.

Literally 3 fighting styles and no usable weapons. It would have been fine if it were just the weapons but let's not leave us with 3 fighting styles and call it a day😤😒.
I'm down for it. There are a lot more issues than we thought.. For example: loooooong ass loading screens. You can literally just sit there and do sth else just to get to your cac customization menu and those times between cutscenes.. it's ridiculous! Another thing is the story mode.. weird animations and all you do is fight other cacs(enemys) or casts to allie with them

While we’re at this movement let’s also try to get shenanigan moves for our cac followed by sword fighting style and if not a sword fighting style at the very least a better looking energy sword for when we do the move cause the current one looks horrendous

Until Now I Haven’t Seen A Single Game With CAC Creation Which Everyone Loves And Doesn’t Complain About
The animation quality is honestly not that great. It feels like there is very little weight behind a lot of moves and they try to hide it with an overly shaky camera.
My heart broke as I saw that you have to earn money for the moves. I really hope you can get money fast in this game because the CaCs are basically the selling point for me

The last expert mission gives like 21k gold. Maybe 24k. Surpass limits 14 I believe

Uh no. Onyx Chidori is not no damn Amaterasu in a chidori. Sasuke been doing Onyx Chidori since he first unlocked curse mark. They just brought it back, once Sasuke got the sages power. It's literally the same exact move though.
Uh yea thats the same chidori he used at the end of shippuden and even so they cant use the excuse that your human for sharigan abilities last i checked sasuke is 100% human and it still don't excuse that moves are paywall locked

Dang man, I was hoping to give my character a Stand ability but I guess not. I mean it wouldn’t make sense since it’s complicated to get a stand with these moves. I felt like if they added Joseph or Jonathan (who has Hamon or in Joseph’s case Hermit purple which is just hamon) we could have some fun and interesting move sets. I was hoping to make a super badass Stand or Hamon user but I guess not. Heck giving CaCs Killer Queen or King Crimson or whatever stand they can find would be cool but that would take a lot of time and would cause some controversy.

I mean, I get it, kinda, but it's still weirdly strict. Some of the moves that we _can_ use are still weird for us to be able to use and some of them are just weird that we can't. We can use some of Ruffy's moves despite not having the Gum Gum fruit (or whatever it was called lol), but we can't use Ryo Saeba's moves, which are literally just some guns?
Well... If you didn't notice, whenever you use Gum-Gum Red Hawk, your arm doesn't stretch like Luffy's does _because_ you don't have the Gum-Gum Devil Fruit power. Just saying.

There are worlds between xenoverse 2 and jump force combat system.
The Peanut Phantom in xenoverse 2 you could use 8 moves with your characters while jump is just 4.

I've noticed that there is only a colour scheme of Blue, orange/red and purple attacks.
Maybe it's too much to ask but, maybe they could let us choose the colour of the blasts and what not.
The thing is they dont even need to make our cac have star platinum or the world if that was such a problem all they needed to do is animate arms punching really fast and that's it. Simple as that.

I got this game tbh its a 4/10 maybe a 5.5/10 if you really want to be a fan boy. It has cool concept but it lacks a lot in execution and i think j stars was better. The cac is a waste of a character. Cant customize clothes and over half of the skills in the game aren't available for cac for example no stands no doujutsu no swords no guns no tailed beast. Pretty much anything in game that is really cool your cac cannot do.

Welp guess I'll just play xenoverse 2. More moves, transformations for everyone. Instead of this they should just make xenoverse types for all the core animes. It would be awesome to make a ninja in the narutoverse, or someone in one piece. I had a feeling that with so many animes in one game there would be a lot of moves left out and I was right. Don't get me wrong, the game looks great, and seems like they definitely nailed the effects, but there just isn't enough in it to make your character feel somewhat unique. It's a bit of an immersion breaker to have moves from a bunch of people on one character, rather than just focus on having a ton of moves from one anime instead. This is of course my opinion only.
