So, I just binged all of these videos and I must say, a superb job. While not official, it's certainly a great mod for people like me who are used to the dub actors. I'd say out of the lot, Asta, Kaiba, Sabo, and Grimmjow were my favorites.

@@the-NightStar this is actually a good test of his skills some of the lines match with what the characters saying which isn't a easy feet. This probably took a few months to do going through all these shows finding lines that not only match the atmosphere but also could sync up with the characters said in Japanese. These are skills that are used on a regular basis for syncing English dubbed audio to anime. Honestly I think this guy truly deserves a job in the industry he did this for free and put in so much work into it.
It is true though. I had a lot of fights with Josh about picking quality / mouth sync lines over how close a line would be to what was originally said. I really enjoy working with audio. It increased even more as I worked on this. Was one of the most fun things I've ever done. I'd love to work with audio at Funimation putting in the lines for shows as the VA's recorded. Would be very fun.

While I got nothing against fighting games that are based on Japanese anime having Japanese dubbing, I do wish that there was an option to have the fighters speak in different languages. Mainly English dub. It's something that I've noticed in a lot of more modern Fighting Games with an anime-inspired look where the voices are Japanese Exclusive. Not all but a decent portion.
I think in many cases, this one especially, the dubbing rights are all over the place and makes actually organizing a proper english dub nearly impossible from a legal standpoint. When working with a singular series (like a One Piece game or a Naruto game) its much easier as you just pick the dub the currently has the rights and hire them, but for this there's some that have had multiple dubs or at least have it spread across many companies. Also to be clear I would totally love for a proper dubbed one of these games, I'm just afraid the likelihood is low
One of the many things they messed up on that Marvel vs Capcom Infinite messed up on too: They made a lot of the characters talk way too much during their ultimates/Super moves. This dubbing mod fixes that problem (mostly) so I’m glad to see it.
I can tell the voicelines are taken from Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise. The "break" voicelines came from the bartender minigame where Kenshiro chips ice with a pick. Which I find a puzzling choice here since there is an English "ATATATATATA" that comes from the actual combat lines.
They change the names of some characters when dubbing jojo to English to avoid copyright since most characters and stands are named after copyrighted music. Gold experiences localized name is golden wind which is what they say in the dub
