UNB is somewhat known to bend the rules and adjust the standards. The team generates a lot of income and publicity for the school so the faculty tend to be more flexible with the players.

Great video! I took engineering while playing in the OUA. Practices were always around 2-4 or 3-5 plus weight room but we had to schedule that on our own with the strength and conditioning coach. I would miss Monday and Wednesday practices but not if it was game. My coach would get the Dean of engineering to override the system and put me in a class/lab/tutorial that was full so it wouldn't conflict with practice.
I had that would I had a teammate doing his PhD and would only play home games and wouldn't play away games if it wasn't a multigame road trip.
Can you do a video on the CHL education package? Some of my teammates had their entire schooling covered. They took classes (online and paid for by the CHL) while still playing major junior. They had some money left over to pay for the rest of their degree and for their grad degrees.
I also heard USports started giving athletic scholarship that are not grade based. My university gave you 50% scholarship if you were a varsity athlete and had a 80% average out of high school and 3.5ish (B average, different departments had different grading scales) GPA in your university classes.

How often do NCAA and Usports do head to head matchups? What is the record?

When I played U Sports (Then CIS in the mid 2000s) we always started with a road trip to the US. We'd lose 6-0 or 7-1 to top teams like UMichigan and Ohio State, but we could beat the lesser ranked schools like Robert Morris or Northern Michigan. The NCAA schools had a lot more practice time cause their school years start in August and we were fresh out of training camp.
With Covid they slowed that down but even now UToronto is playing Cornell this Saturday and Concordia (in Montreal) is playing Clarkson and Colgate around the Holidays. If you check the schedules you'll find a random exhibition game or two.
