During this whole video I was reminded of isolation cells in prison and how they affect people, especially when you said you would go crazy if this lasted for weeks. It sounds really scary.

Also if someone went to jail, they would be put in a cell. They only get put into complete isolation for doing something wrong.

this was actually like a study someone did in psychology, he did the same thing but in a cave and it messes with your circadian rhythm ( the 24/25 hour cycle you go through everyday)

I remember there was a show on TV years ago in the UK and they tried this experiment

is it weird that i really want to do this,, for like a month-
maybe more as in still have the ability to listen to music and read e-books but i feel like the ability to track time and see the world around me makes me really unproductive, and i feel like cause there are almost constantly people around me, i can’t do the things that i want to.

Its more likely you'd lose your mind as it is very damaging on your mental health
I read this and immediately thought that your an introvert. That means that working in your own company is chill for you compared to others and you may not depend on human contact like others.
U can read more about it online but if u do want to raise your productivity, you can work alone but dont block the light, etc. It really messes with your interal clock and u may just lose ur mind.
Just try to find a mixture of both productivity, silence and ur normal life.
