My granddaughter isn't fond of not-cooked veggies (well, mushrooms, scallion & leafy greens are fine). I'm thinking I might steam the tougher ones as separate entities on a plate in the microwave, and then pack them in, because she's definitely a fan everything in your recipe. Especially bell pepper, carrot, etc. would need a pre-cook. But I love this concept (& exactly your way when just for me).
I assume boiling actual stock would be good, too.

What size jars do you use?

I tried doing this, and mines has a funny taste. I think it's the vermicelli. I used mushrooms and green onion. I want to try miso along with the bouillon. Please tell me if I'm doing something wrong

@@Snoopssisterz hi! Did you follow the recipe on the site? The broth seasoning also includes soy sauce, sriracha, and a few other ingredients.

@oliviayi no, I believe my mushrooms weren't fresh and I also used gochujang paste instead of the siracha. I want to try chilli garlic crisp and I have all of the other things. And I'm using baby Bella instead of white this time. Too!

Think I'll give this a shot myself. Personally not a fan of edamame but I'll just replace it with something else as you suggested. Very nice!

yes one of the best parts about this recipe is that it's very customizable so you can replace with your favorite veggies :)
