I like this floor plan better than any I have ever seen. Essentially 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bat, and a functional mud room. Great for a family
This is ABSOLUTELY hands down the BEST floorplan I’ve seen that gives the full time living feel in an RV with the mud room. Perfect place for my husband to take off his work boots! I work from home full time in corporate but also run a catering and craft business. I would swap out the theatre seating with my work desk so that I have a beautiful view of outside with easy access to my kitchen for when I need to cook. The storage area behind tv is perfect for my craft supplies. The living room area is perfect space for my husband to chill out while I’m working in the kitchen. I don’t even mind the tv in kitchen because it’s perfect for when watching live demonstrations and other videos for my side business. I put this one on the top of my list!!!!
Gotta say I LOVE this! As a single person, I don't need a ton of seating in the livingroom, and that front room is just BEGGING to be turned into a home office!
Mud room is a fantastic idea. The 90 degree entrance is going to make moving things through the doorway a challenge-not just when things break. Overall, looks like a nice unit, and the accent lighting looks very nice.
Yes... I would love a mud room and I hope RVs start to incorporate this feature in their trailers.

One observation: Since you can only fold out one of the two sofabeds in that multipurpose room at the end, it would be wiser to make one if tgem a regular sofa. That would cut back one some of the weight, as sofabeds are generally heavier.
Or switch the love seat with the theatre seats to each others spot
I really love how rv's are evolving lately. I really liked the full bath. Putting that sliding door to hide the washer/dryer is the best thing I have seen to date. It is an interesting idea. I love being able to have a place to put your shoes right when you come inside too. All in all I love it.
Yes to a mud room. It looks like if the slides are in, the mud room is the only part of it you’d actually be able to access, though.

“Where do the shoes and jackets go when I come through the door?” has been my #1 argh! with fivers. So happy to see this.
Finally someone understands storage! Love the mudroom, the behind-TV pantry, master bath layout (especially W/D not in the closet). I'd swap out the Murphy bed for a desk and make that into a craft room. Great to see a floor plan that isn't the same-old, same-old!
Love the mud room! We take shoes off in the house and camper, and this would make it so much easier. Also, as a homeschooling family, the second living/bedroom is very appealing. Multifunctional and fantastic.
This is awesome, the onlY thing I would add, is maybe a drip grate in the mud room that you can empty out as needed.

Perfect couples camper... the seating in the kitchen area for just the couple, and the flex room for overnight guests or a room for day visitors with the 2 sofas, or a work from home space with a desk, or a craft room, or... endless uses!
Then the mud room! WOW!
I wish we could have seen the 2nd bed set up as a sofa.
the mud room area will make it very difficult to move in/out or replace any large things in the RV. and the entire RV is closed off until at least 1 slide is opened
Absolutely one of the best ones I have seen in awhile. Finally room on both sides of the stove! I love that is has 2 bedrooms also and the 1/2 bath is great for keeping visitors out of your main bathroom/bedroom area. Mudroom area is a really nice touch. Hopefully more will catch on. The hidden storage is fantastic, you never have enough storage.
This is by far the best 5th wheel I've ever seen! And I've seen them all. Add a dishwasher and It would be perfection!!
You can get a Fisher and Paykel drawer dishwasher in the Cedar Creek 5th wheels and Cottages as well as a combo or stacking washer and dryer. That is why the sink is off-centered in the island.
We absolutely love this concept of a mud room when you step in. Anytime you have a place to kick off shoes is a plus!
Two Bedrooms! This is what we've been waiting to find. It fits our needs almost perfectly.
Would be great if it had an option from the factory to have that in an office configuration in that front room where the pull down bed/couch is located
I agree unless the two beds are set up for two kids. Sill, a desk makes more sense.

What a great plan . Would work well with our family . Lots of living room and When kids or guests are ready for bed they have a spot and we still have a living room to use after.
This one is perfect for my family- the extra room is my room-the grandma suite! Lol. I love it!

Love, love the mud room! Shoes and coats out of the way and I love the second living/sleeping with half bath. Nice private space for guests. Love it!
Really great floor plan. I love the mud room and the second living/bedroom is brilliant. The only thing I would change is switching out the theater seats for a sofa or loveseat. The interior colors are very nice. Very innovative design. Great job!
I wonder if you can switch the teater seats in the main rm to the extra living and move the love seat in the slide to where the theatre seats were

Oh man! The RV industry has really stepped up for 2024!!
We're retiring next year and have been shopping for that perfect (affordable) RV to do a little full-timing in. We had mostly settled on the new Brinkley G3950 due out next spring, but this one just might have stolen the show for us. The kitchen is a bit smaller than we'd like, but it's very usable as is. The front room is a perfect space to turn into an office for both of us to share, and not have to sacrifice so much in the rest of the unit. Thanks for finding this one JD!

The mudroom feature would be quite useful for people who regularly boondock in campgrounds, state & national parks, and Burning Man.
I love this floor plan. I could definitely fill time live in this RV. The mud room is a game changer. It is a functional space to leave the outside “out”. lol. I would use the front living space as an office since I still work full time remotely. I am a huge fan, I can’t wait to see the price.❤

We use a toy hauler essentially to get a mud room. This floor plan gives all the extra sleeping plus mud room that we get in a toy hauler without having to tow extra square footage! Great design!!
That floorplan is amazing, but that little entryway is going to be a technicians worst nightmare, and an owners worst nightmare when they're suddenly paying for twice the labor because you cant get anything in or out through that doorway.
That last bedroom is actually a murphy bed. But probably one of the best layouts I've seen in a 5th wheel! Mud room is awesome!

This is a fantastic unit! I like the mud room! Love all the space behind the tv wall! What a gorgeous bathroom and actually enough room to move around in it. If it wasn't so big, it would have been a perfect unit for our family about 5-8 years ago. We like slightly smaller bumper pull units.

❤ the mud room idea, wish more trailers had this option. I only wish the 1/2 bath in the 2nd bedroom had a shower. Only reason is that everyone will need to use the master bath shower. Fine if it is your kids, but for anyone else not so great!
Awesome floor plan I would say yes to the mud room I love everything about this floor plan. I would have love to see the outside like the storage compartment. I would definitely say yes to the sticker.

Everything in the interior of this coach was executed beautifully. One piece shower stall, solid surface and floor plan. What makes it truly special, is it’s not just lipstick on a pig, Cedar Creek build quality is better than 80% of other mainstream brands.

Love the idea of a mud room! Living and camping a lot in Michigan, we have very sandy soil. And despite the rule of no outside shoes in our 5th wheel, we still end up with sand everywhere, especially now that we camp w/our rottie!
Mud room is a WIN. In our time full timing in our RV - there was not place to set coats, shoes, etc. We'd have to carry them and store them under our bed to get them out of the way. What a great idea!

I love the mud room idea, especially for full-timers with school-age kids to put their backpacks. Great area to take off shoes and keep mud and dirt out of the unit. I do wish it was wide body.
Wow! This is a great floor plan. This would be a top pick for us. The mud room is a great idea and the on suite bathroom is great with the washer/dryer hook ups too.

I could totally live in this full time. Love this Floorplan & I dont look at forest rivers bc they're usually cheaply made & over priced. So hopefully the manufacturers I prefer will make something like this.
Refreshing to see new innovation in all the upcoming RV's. The last couple years it seemed like RV's were cutting options and rehashing the same styles over and over as people were just giving them their money. Now that the market has slowed down, the manufacturers are stepping up with innovative designs and premium quality options/materials.

LOVE THIS! love the mud room. It would make such a big difference in tracking in dirt to have a nice spot to kick off shoes upon entry. Love the two bed, 2 bath and plenty of storage. I just came off of full time rv living and if I had had this model I would still be doing it!

I love the wood steps! And the two different colored counter tops as well as the two full bedrooms!. I say yes to the adorable mudroom! I have no where in my 5th to hang any coats except my already full bedroom closet. You guys did amazing!!
