We ended up purchasing this at the Hershey show. Totally fell in love with it! Perfect for us and our 3 kiddos. The bunk house, double sink bathroom and amazing kitchen/living space sold us! We did hesitate a little with it being a new floor plan and having absolutely no info on it out on the internet so it is very exciting to start seeing videos of it popping up!
@@sassytink8540 when talking with salesman/representatives from the different manufacturers and the different floor plans we’ve considered they all told us that there aren’t really any RVs that are “full time covered” or “full time rated” so we personally just decided to go with whatever floor plan we fell in love with and make sure our insurance we bought on it covers full time.
Best I have seen for families, especially if home schooling, this is great. I do wish the counter was a little longer and you could seat 4 on the counter. I really don’t care for televators so would love to see the new storage area behind all TVs.
Yes, we homeschool and are considering this one as the bunk room can store there school and personal items. We also dont need 4 bunks so we would remove the shorter ones and make a desk on the opposite side.
They nailed the floor plan on this. Only things I would like to see them add is a drop frame, raise the back bedroom up to add an underneath storage like most front livings have, and a door to the bunk room. You are definitely going to want to block off the kiddos once they go to bed and you want to stay up for a bit. Keep the videos coming Myles!
As a mom of multiple children, this is exciting. The fact that there seems to be a good deal of space in the bunkhouse, plus a desk, and four separate beds is Huge!! School is easier when you have space to put students in different areas. So the bar, the couch, and the desk are amazing. I also really love that the inside of the kitchen sink storage is painted the same as the outside portion for absolutely no reason. 😅 it just made me really happy.
Dude this is beyond perfect for people with 3 kids. I’ve never seen one more perfect. Usually the bunks have smaller couches, but the whole family could fit on that thing. And there’s still room for the kids to have a dedicated place to eat meals. Thank you for posting. This is currently top of the list right now. Plus that price is nuts for what you get.
WOW . Wow . WOW . Decor and flooring is spot on . Single basin sink in bathroom is plenty . Much rather the counter space . Love the trim and all the cabinets
For a couple with no kids but is looking for a RV that has room for a private office space; I still work a full time remote job, this is an awesome option. I love the half bath in the bunk room. I can certainly remove the bunks and put a pullout 2 seater or L shaped couch for another sleeping option. I love this 5th wheel and consider this in the running
@tonyahutson7843 I could not agree more. Taking the bunks out would give you a ton of room in there. I’m not a fan of the enormous couch, but that is my ONLY criticism of this unit. I absolutely love it!
Love the colors inside!! I really like the wide body RV’s! I really like the the tile backsplash!! I really like the glass panel cupboard doors! Wow!! That bunk area!! Amazing!! That bathroom is great!! I really love the colors in the bedroom and bathroom! I really like like this RV!!
This RB is most impressive and my favorite thing. in here is the bunkhouse. Blowing my mind. I loved it. They had their own bathroom. They're sleeping arrangements that it was just spectacular. This fifth wheel was well thought out for a family. Love it. Unbelievable. And the price was spot on. I have four daughters, and This would keep them from fighting. Besides the bunkhouse, this was a beautiful, beautiful layout. Loved everything in there.
Decent price, but there were several misses, such as only a half bath with 4 children in the bunk room, missed opportunity for storage and/or wireless charging in the end tables, only 3 eating spaces when you have room for 6 sleeping and only 5 sitting (the bar could have had a flip up also at each end of the island for more dining), and neckwrecker TV placement in the master.
1: I love your videos and have watched a TON of them. So great job keep it up! 2: I will be buying a new fifth wheel soon, and this is honestly the first trailer I have considered that is not a toyhauler. Love this layout!
Wow this is amazing and that price point is incredible! This hits almost all the high notes for my wife and I, and the kids really love the bedroom floor plan.
I would make the sofa for only 3 to sit. That extra space is for dog beds. The spare room with bunkbeds, I would have them out in. It would be an office/craft room. Other than that, I would buy it.
Half bath shifted to the rear with an exterior access door would be cool. If the bunk house could be shifted forward to allow for that, it would give an outdoor entry to bath to limit interior/exterior traffic. love the couches and love that bunk house
I love this. One of my fav floor plans. The only thing I don’t like is the plastic shower. It’s so luxurious feeling and so nice and I wish they’d have done like a faux marble or just some nice tile (even fake tile) to make it a little nicer with the little wood seat lol. I love those. But it could be redone to your liking of course, people customize their RVs all the time! Love the washer and dryer in the bathroom area too. The living room is super spacious, nice kitchen space.. the bunk room is incredible. And if you didn’t need that many beds, you could always take out the ones on the back wall for even more space for a vanity or maybe some toys, etc. Again, that’s with someone crafty who knows what they’re doing w adding/removing things. 😂 I couldn’t do it on my own but just some things to think about. If this had a side patio, it would be the perfect camper for me!! I absolutely love it. Thanks for the review!!
The bunkroom is interesting, however, the bunks are not oriented so the occupants can easily watch TV. I also noted that they forgot to put a cabinet handle on the medicine cabinet. I agree with the person who commented that with that many kids, a full bath would be more useful than a desk. The opening under the bunkroom TV could be used as an area for a pull-out table or a flip-up shelf/table to use as a desk or as an extra dining space. Folding chairs could be put in the alcove. The bunkroom definitely needs a soundproof door. Or, remove the TV. The comment about more flip-up counter space in the kitchen is also appropriate because, with that many people, more dining space would be useful. Bar stools could be kept along the blank wall between the living room and the bedroom. The dead space in front of the living room TV has plenty of room for flip-up extra dining to extend when it is needed. I've seen that done in other RVs and it worked well. Yes, the bedroom is nice and it's odd the extra TV was put in the bunkroom, not the bedroom. The bathroom is also nice and I agree the color scheme is soothing. The price is reasonable. Just a few tweaks here and there and it would be worth it.
I really like floor plans where the kids rooms are in the front and the master bedroom is in the back there's not many models out there that has a type of layout and I feel that by having the master bedroom in the back is generally larger then having the basic layout with a front master bedroom.
I am so excited to see this. I’ve been looking for a model that has the most seating in your kitchen living area. I LOVE that couch! The bunk house is interesting for sure. Not having a door for my teen girls is a bit concerning. This might be put on my list. I have 2 other models we are currently looking at. I wish I saw this one at the show. Thank you for sharing.
My wife and I just ordered this model and we are going to convert that front bunk house into a mobile gaming room until we have kids in which we can convert it back. Also for anyone interested in this model the manufacturers have confirmed the bunk house will have a door on newly shipped models and the fifth wheel will be the more modern white on the exterior rather than cream.
Really nice one. Best floor plan for your buck so far that i have seen. I would love to see a different set up available for the bunk room. If i buy something like this, I want good sleeping space long term for my kids. With this set up, i would loose my kids presence around 12-13 with too many small beds. 3 double beds with one on top and the bottom on a wall, and the other one in the middle on the other wall. A Murphy bed with a desk would also give more sleeping space.
Myles, this is a perfect RV but can I make some changes in the bunk room. I would need to take out the bunks and have a bigger dest with drawers on both sides and the my craft cabinet would take up that long wall when fully open. Is that doable in the RV. I also would want a fancy double recliner and another desk next to it. Also I would like a rain shower type unit in the shower too. Please let me know. We are starting to shop and this would be perfect for us. Also I would like a slide up bed too.
Amazing! RV designers/manufacturers: instead of a 5 seat recliner 😂what about a real / dedicated / private work space / pod. RVs seem to ignore work from home / remote workers
This is a super nice floor plan! I wish that there was a door to the bunkroom as my husband works remotely and would be using that space as his office. He will drive me nuts if I can't shut him out 🤣 also I would love some upgrades in the shower and would be willing to pay a higher price. The rest of the RV is so nice that it makes the master bath look like ... eh. The price though... that is an amazing price! Well done Sanibel! Excellent floorplan!
Love this video thank you. I couldn’t see any outlets in the master bath so was wondering if I just missed them? I too thought the long couch was too much and would prefer 2 single recliners and then some kind of table there. Out of weeks and weeks of watching videos (mostly yours lol) this is my favorite.
This is perfect! Only thing is the shower should be located in front of the rear bedroom. That way guest don't have to walk through the rear master bedroom.
Love this!! Great for traveling with lots of kids. Love the couch and island space. We travel for work with 6 kids and definitely need something like this. Not loving the 46’ but… any other brands doing a similar layout?
I love the bluish cupboards and the white and tan/brown colors. I'm so sick of all RVs being Gray/Black/white, horrible anticeptic look. So this one is very refreshing! And that childrens room with sleeping 4, WOW, thats so awesome! I'm not a fan of the 5 armchairs and that tv isn't big enough... just don't care for the combinaton of the kitchen/living room combo like that. But I'm sure others will love it!
This is super interesting! I do wish it had a door to junk room though. And ideally, guests wouldn’t have to walk through master to shower but that’s minor.
I'm a single guy so it's not for me but man, that layout is so nice and open/ unrestricted, it just flows from space to space. Really different if you look a little deeoer.

thanks for showing us around all these 5th wheels/ rvs, but I wish you would broaden your vocab, as well, is pretty used up miles
Queen bed, reconfigure the master closet, take out the bunk couch, take out the long recliners, and I want it!
Amazing rv with open lounge, bunk area, love blue cabnits. Need slide door 4 bunk area
Great for our family!! Need a door on the bunkhouse for my daughters. Otherwise, I LOVE this 5th wheel!! Great price!
Love it! ❤
Thank you
We want to buy this , hoping that San Antonio will have this soon.
Love it!
Do the TV swivel ?
Love this one!! Any chance they are available in Canada?

awesome

Real nice good price
I wish they sold these in Australia
Sounds like a business opportunity.
Can you take those bunks out
My 7 year old has said we need to trade in what we have for this. She's the youngest of 4...
I’ll take it❤
Nice concept but are the kids supposed to sit on the floor across from them TV in the bunk room? They need a love seat in there.

The coffee bar should have been extended but other than that the floor plan is amazing. I hope higher end Manufactures will copy this floor plan.

I would like more ac and a full bath in bunk house.
for a family I don't like not having a family/living room. Also as the parent who is cooking do you really want the kids on the couch in the way?
This would be our pick if it had an outdoor kitchen 😢
Aree you back into a sales position, Myles?
No, I don’t ever plan on selling again. Just making videos.
The living/kitchen space bugs me because of all the recliners and 3 of them conflict with the bar and chairs. With that said, I do like the bunk room as it has lots of space. Weird about no door though.
Would you have preferred them put a dining table in place of the 3 recliners? That’s what most bunk model floor plans do.
@@mylesrv Well, with all those kids, a table would give them a space to eat. :)
