Recipe:
8 cups flour
8 tspn baking powder
6-8 spoons of sugar
Pinch of salt
500g rama
2 1/2 cups ultramel custard
1 cup inkomasi
3 eggs
2 tspn vanilla essence if you like
2 tbsp mayonnaise

I tried your recipe just now and, WOW!!!!!they came out so perfect, soft and moist with a crusty wall.

Inno I have tried so many scone recipes on RUclips but non has surpassed the detailed, precise and delicious recipe like yours, I tried these and they came out so perfect, Crisp outside and super soft and moist on the inside with the right amount of sugar. The way you showed us how to softly mix the dough oh my word, i was so clueless now i know what gently mixing is.... Thank you so much Inno, this will be my go to recipe for scones always. Am so happy, thank you for sharing and hardwork put in😊

Thanks Inno for the scones tutorial, I always fail dismally at them(but not to Punkas level😂mine also come out hard but not as rocks you can still eat and enjoy them.) and had decided that I'm done trying them out. But after this video I will try once more, I think my mistake is on the mixing, I knead very hard😢. Death by Punka who kept insisting that "I got this, what could go wrong" well Mr Manchidi looks like something did go wrong in that kitchen,it was punishment for playing with the spray😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
