You don't need to show funds for the accomodation contract. You just need to show the funds for tuition fee + the living expenses. No need to show that extra 7000 GBP of your accommodation contract.

In theri bank balance certificate I don't see any email id, now UKVI people have started their verification on my application and it is not straight fwd. I don't know whom they are going to contact in axis bank. Although I have raised a concern on UKVI wherein I have provided them the bank representative direct number and branch head email id. Not sure if they will consider the same. I can visit my bank and update them but no idea how UKVI officers will reach them.
