Thank you for helping student like us..!! :) Second thing, I have funds according to 105rs per pound rate and today pound rate is 104.63 rs.. Should I increase the amount for VISA or this will be accepted by Visa officers because it is already under 105rs per pound price?

@@Dream_UK Acha Ritwik I had a doubt regarding visa filing. Suppose my parents are providing me the funds for my abroad studies and I'll be showing those funds into my account for 30 days. After holding for a month, I will then have to apply for my visa along with all the supportive documents. So will the visa department be looking for Income Tax Returns file? As I'm a fresh graduate, I don't have a ITR file. Do I need to show my parents ITR files or the process can go on with only the bank statements and consent letter from my parents? Please reply.

For me also was the same case bro. They said that I had insufficient funds, but they did not factor in the amount of sponsorship I received. So, I applied for the Administrative Review. I got the successful result the next month, but I received visa after 10 months. January '22 was my course start, and I came to the UK in November '22.
This was really heartbreaking to hear! I’ve been following your channel since a while now it has been extremely helpful throughout my application process! P.S My university says that you shouldn’t apply for your visa until 3 months before the start date of your course, do you think that could be a reason too?

With regards to your question, If you're applying from outside the UK, you can apply for visa 6 months before your course start date. 3 months rule is applicable if you apply for visa from inside the UK.

hello brother! i understood your flaws in the visa application just by listening your case cos i have also faced refusal from canada in 2012 since then I ve been studying canada immigration and giving free counselling to students for canada immigration.
Though I do not know much about UK, the best advice I can give you is to involve authorised UK immigration advisor by UK govt. as for Canada we have ICCRC members or immigration lawyers. Because they have right to represent you to immigration and make your case simpler for visa officer.

Maybe the problem was that you used many accounts statements . Your advice is right now to use only one bank statement . That is an easy task for the visa officer to grant visa .

Do we need to upload the bank statements on the VIsa portal, or present them during our BIometric Visit to the VFS center?
You can either submit docs online or at the VFS centre.

Hello , I had a doubt that I am showing my funds with mutual funds , Gpf and bank statements.
Is it okay or do I have show them only in Bank statements?
It's unfortunate that you had to undergo this experience. I am certaint that consolidating all the funds to a single account should help resolve the issue. But the additional waiting time of 28 days will need to be met.

Yes, that's unfortunate and I learned about cover letter the hard way. It's even more frustrating to see my consultant saying nothing about it in the first place, because that could have saved me from wasting a lot of money, time, and energy. Since it's clear one can't completely rely on a study abroad consultant, I thought of sharing this information with everyone.

No, you don't.
Just to clear- There is no interview in VFS for VISA.
You can't file VISA early. CAS is mostly given 2months before.
4 bank account statement was really not a good idea. Unfortunate.

I went to vfs office today and did scanning and biometric documents But in scanning documents, vfs did not scan my educational document line wise. so my UK visa application will approve?

Actually my consultant did not submit my masters initially in embassy... Now embassy ask for gap justification... So they provided my masters along with work experience... Do this will create a issue??

Bro, in the case of the loan application. If loan covers tuition and living expenses both. Do I still need to show 28 days old back statement holding sufficient money in it? Or loan samction letter is all good?

If you're showing complete funds from loan, then you shouldn't need 28 days old funds in your bank. Because you're aren't showing money from your bank account.
If yes then In how many days after the decision of refusal your passport is delivered??

I have a question regarding TB report, I have one spelling mistake in TB report that is, in my passport my name is Mohammad Adeeb and in my TB report it is Mohammed Adeeb, But the passport number in the TB report is correct. My question is will my visa get rejected because of this reason or else I should provide an affidavit for name change in TB report.

Buddy.hope you r fine..let me give you a situation. My total program fees is 12k gbp n i m willing to pay 3k gbp right now. Let say im planning to live outside london. Which means 9200k gbp approx living cost..i have shortage of funds to show but i can show 9200k plus difference remaining fees i.e 9k gbp total 18.2k gbp as 28 days statement..my question to you is that right after 28th day i will apply for cas pay 3k gbp from 18.2k gbp which i showed in statement and submit my visa application after 15 days from 28th day. Since i have gotten a time frame of 31 days from statement date. Can i do that.? Will my visa b refused for funds shortage?

As we all know for sept intake UK govt. release CAS letter in June end or July start, then how it is possible to apply for visa 6 months prior?

Me & my daughter applied for dependent visa which is due to funds requirement but we have showed 2separate accounts of my wife and self but it has been oversight of case officer and refused our case.Infact we submitted the both account statement and balance Conformation of bank which is well above the living expenses.I have applied for administrative review
