    Thanks! I just did this, and it sounds great. It's louder but still an elegant beast sound.

    I just did this the other day and it’s sounds glorious at all RPM’s now. Also it removes the small delay in throttle when accelerating from a stop. I’m not sure if it’s because of reduced back pressure or something else but it’s smoother and more immediate.

    That's cool. Thx. Saw a gut a few weeks ago wire a remotely control box inline with the module in the trunk so the valves could be opened and closed remotely from in the car.

    So my 2021 vert only had one valve per side. I zipped tied and put painters tape over the male and female connectors to keep them clean. Does sound better at low rpm’s.

    I did unplug 2 connectors on my 2023 convertible while the car was off. When it starts it sounds awesome it after about 20 seconds the rpms drop down and it gets quiet again. Is it what it supposed to do. The outer pipes are exhausting not the inner. Is that right?

    • @naeemcharania8996
      @naeemcharania8996 2 года назад

      Not sure, but it’s less restrictive so there’s probably some minimal gains. Not really worth putting it on a dyno just after doing this little “mod”. I’ll probably dyno after getting an e85 tune.

    I have a question!! I removed all four of these plugs and as always, when I first started her up (cold) she sounded absolutely great. However, after about 15 or 20 seconds it got quiet, just like normal. Just like it normally does. Is there any reason why the exhaust valves still closed even with all 4 plugs, unplugged?! It was a significant reduction in sound quality after about 20 seconds of running. Hate it!

    • @cartune_netwerk
      @cartune_netwerk  Год назад

      It shouldn’t do that. Did you unplug them while the car was off or after turning it on? Turn the car off first and then unplug. Valves are set to open when the car is off.

    • @DKeithAllen1
      @DKeithAllen1 Год назад

      @@cartune_netwerk yes, I unplugged them all while the car was off. It blows my mind. All 4 unplugged and sounds great at first, and then gets quiet as soon as you put her in reverse or if idles for about 20 seconds. Sucks.

    • @cartune_netwerk
      @cartune_netwerk  Год назад +2

      @@DKeithAllen1 interesting. I know there’s a $300 module that does the same thing and gives you remote control ability to open and close the valves. Maybe try that. Sounds like you’ve done it right though so maybe take it to an exhaust expert and see what’s going on.
