Just installed this. Damn bro! What a difference. Those blue plugs were terrible to remove. I ended up disconnecting the battery and the other plugs in the way. Still a hassle. Also to anyone who does this you have to make sure the new harness clips in and clicks. Requires a lot of pressure.
Great video, I’m going to order one. Question for those whose has this mod installed: which option do you have the module shipped with? Open, Closed, Car control, remember last mode? Or it doesn’t matter? Thanks in advance
Curious why you dont just remove the 3 tree plugs on the side wall to have access to thise 2 plugs--guess I will find out in a bit how hard it is to relocate to put them back
Okay, trying this on the convertible was a challenge. I do have one question because I'm not completely sure I did the right connections. What would happen if you cross-connected the two plugs i.e. blue 1 with white 2. Would you get a partial valve opening in either mode?
Has anyone been able to simply reprogram the onboard exhaust change valve control module to set custom exhaust settings? It would be cool if I can switch it to Sport + on the car and have it always open.
After installation, the inside (right) muffler of the pair was open and when toggled, the left side of the pair was open. Which side of the pair is the open valve?
Hi there, just received mine and installing right now. Got to the stage where I test the exhaust opening and closing however only one side (rear right) opens and closes with the remote. The left does not change? I’ve tried checking all connections and they are tightly connected. Any suggestions?
I tried to install that controller on my 2022 LC500 convertible. However, I gave up because the blue couplers were too far away to reach. Have the wiring locations changed a bit?
You can choose what state it powers on in. It can also remember the last mode it was in This module runs off the same power source as the valves which do not turn on until engine is on, so no power draw unless engine is on. Downside is that you can not control the valves in accessory mode.
That's it. Screw around with a perfect car. Why not? If your goal is to make it sound like a piece of junk, you've succeeded. Do you not think the Lexus engineers tried to make the best possible car they could make? Now you have a loud, fluttering, broken sounding piece of crap so enjoy it.

I tried buying one from etsy and the order was cancelled? It's there another way to get it
