This 1000 cartons are in four container like 250. Each . now problem is that how can put 900 in hand cartons with formula in four to share cargo status.
When I do the same in Excel. The sequence of duplicate numbers are shooting in reverse order. Means the last duplicate value number show first and the first in Excel sheet shows the last number. Why is this so?

Same not working. I do not have duplicates in my list. I added a few and still did not work. Copied formula exactly and all steps.. I did not do the Data Validation which should not matter..

If you are using Excel 365 version, You can apply FILTER function based on your scenario.
